A lovely hotel in the centre of the town with a short walk to the beach

Robin the owner was very helpful happy and couldn’t do enough for us and the other guests .Robin said we could come and go as we pleased which was very considerate of him as we were bed and breakfast.The breakfast was lovely just the right amount of cooked breakfast we could also have as much cereal toast tea coffee as we wanted it was a lovely stay I would definitely go back again

The only slight downside was there wasn’t a toilet or shower in our room with 6 rooms this wasn’t a problem with 2 toilets and 2 showers

Absolutely loved the place robin is such a great host

The location is perfect for the town robin the hist is so nice and a warm welcome the breakfast is fantastic

Very clean, great location and wonderful host.

Nice clean room and bathrooms. Good quiet location. Wonderful host and superb cooked breakfast.

A larger bath towel would have been nicer - but that’s a very minor gripe.

The location is superb, and the cleanliness exceeded expectations. The staff's friendliness was truly exceptional, and the breakfast provided was good.

Perfect place to stop for folks walking the Berwickshire coastal path!

Robin the host is super helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds were all fine.

I wonder if there is any way to brighten the space up, even on an overcast day???? One day, it would be awesome to have real coffee for breakfast available.

Lovely B&B

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast cooked by friendly owner. Very close to high street and other amenities without the traffic noise. Would highly recommend.

No en suite, but knew that before we booked.

Great stay, great value.

Robin was an incredibly friendly host, was completely welcoming, and showed me everything I needed to know for my stay. He made a fantastic cooked breakfast, and the room was very comfortable.

Not a huge fan of shared bathroom facilities, but they were very clean and always available, so no issues.

Robin was a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The shared bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. Got up to a lovely breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay again in the future!

A great stop off and a lovely area to explore

Friendly and accomodating staff, lovely breakfast and assistance about the local area. Perhaps have tea/coffee available in rooms. matress may be ready to be replaced, but did have a good night's sleep.

Exactly what I needed and I will be back.

Lovely room, although basic, was comfortable and what I needed. Breakfast really good, Robin is a very good host.

Difficult to fault for a cheap room for the night.

Great location and wonderful host

Robin is a very welcoming helpful host and breakfast was great.

Place is very dated and musty smell like Nanas house. Didn't realize we were sharing toilet and shower but it wasn't a problem. Towels were super thin and new ones recommended.

It was an ideal stopping point on my way to Lindisfarnes

Very friendly x welcoming staff. It was warm and confortable. The breakfast was good. It was in a quiet area x near the bus I needed to take . So very satisfying stay.

It would be nice to have had access to a lounge with cosy seats.

I will be back!! I have already made recommendations!

Breakfast was delicious and right on time. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I was on foot and everything was within walking distance. The views are their coast are just a few steps away with magical history and architecture to be enjoyed whilst treking the close proximity to the beach with cliffs.

A great welcome to a great guesthouse.

Super location, very convenient. Clean, comfy room. Super friendly and helful host - he could not have done more for me. A guesthouse par excellence, as unique as it's owner.
