Very good

Not good for starting it was a bit difficult because of entry codes Adina Howard properly. We had to connect with someone who gave us the codes but generally it was good. Thanks for that after that there wasn’t any problem and it’s near to station which is right thing for us to stay on in future as well. Thank you very much for your For your hospitality.

Hotel is ok but the price is quite high

Lack of kitchenware (no cups) Clean 3/5 Lamp switches on by itself in the middle of the night🙄 No tea/coffee available

Perfect Aparthotel

Location is just perfect. Room was clean, facilities were good.

Twin bed. I asked for a double bed but we only got a twin bed that's difficult for a couple to sleep in.

Perfect mini vacation.

Amazing location. You literally don't even need to go outside to get in the bus/train station. Many restaurants nearby, bars, supermarkets, and other shops. Super clean and cozy! Felt like home away from home! <3

Superb

Excellent location right connected directly to the Tikkurila train station with direct access to the airport. The station has multiple restaurants and fast connection to Helsinki city centre. The entire stay was entirely contactless - no need to check in or get keycards. A lot of plates, mugs, cutlery etc in the kitchen area.

Location superb

The place is just on the train station so great for the commuting where ever you need to go. Shops and restaurants near by. Place is clean.

The room had very strong smell. Beds are not the most comfortable.

Disappointment, overpriced

Bedrooms were not rooms, they are like storage rooms/walk in cupboards - tiny, no windows. Kitchen facilities - oven locked, stove does not work, no microvawe

Can Up Their Game With Better Customer Focus!

Location: Was okay being near the airport but far from the city centre. But the hotel starts from a higher floor in the same building from below which trains leave for the city [ 4 stations] and airport [1 station]. Rooms: Have kitchenette, few utensils, cookware and bath attached. They are quiet. Safety: Rooms are passcode protected.

Bathroom: Area pretty small; do not expect a bathtub. No way! Cleaning: They do not do daily cleaning of rooms. They do not pick up the garbage; you have to throw it out yourself. No One Visibly There To Help: The passcode system can get on the nerves if you forget or have not received in your email before reaching. You just cannot get into the lift as well. And on checkout day, if you move out after 12 noon and forgot something behind, hard to get in! The password gets deactivated automatically. We faced the issue and had to take the help of a neighbour to call the number and get the room password activated because the cellphone and purse was inside the locked room!

Excellent location, the room needs a bit of upgrade.

Great location. The hotel elevator takes you directly to Tikkurila train station. Extremely useful if you commute on daily basis via public transport. Also, lockers available at the train station for your luggage. Very convenient. Washer and dryer available!

Noisy at night. Slamming doors and beeping codes. The room was in dark colors so every mark from the prior occupant that wasn't cleaned well was visible. The kitchen is fully equipped but not everything is sparkling clean. The shower door was leaking and the bathroom got all wet.
