We were disappointed.

This property just misses being top rate. When we arrived we were not sure that we had gone to the right place as the frontage is underwhelming to say the least. The seating area and garden were badly neglected and we at first thought that the property was closed for visitors. Inside was a different story and two rooms had been imaginatively transformed into a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a lounge area. The location was not good - mainly due to the roadworks that went on all night throughout the weekend. Whilst I appreciate that this would not be in the control of the owners, I feel that some effort could have been made to warn us of this issue as a relaxing weekend was rather spoilt by the noise. I would not book this property again.

The outside of this property requires some attention.

we were in Llangollen just for a couple of nights. lovely central location. just left the car in the car park and walked

location was Absolutly fantastic. we stayed in the cottage and it was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen had all facilities. I can see on other reviews they mention no cutlery but we had a draw full as well as cups plates and glasses. Bed very comfy.

we kept getting a bad smell of people smoking weed. smelt like it was right at the side of the property. Definitely wouldn’t stop me from returning but I’d prefer if they could smoke else where :)

So many things not working, no hot water was awful!

The location was good for the family wedding we were attending.

No hot water, no Wi-Fi, microwave not working, no pillows for sofa bed, contacted staff and was told someone would be in touch to arrange a part refund due to all the issues with our stay, but nothing! Very disappointing

Pleasant

Very late check in - 5.30 pm - no good! There was a lot of ea bags - but no cups to drink it in. The shower was to hot to use , we were not able to adjust it.

The location was great.The manager was really friendly and helpful she even got us earplugs for my partner.There was tea, coffee and biscuits in the room nice to wake up and have a cuppa.

The room furniture could of been renewed as it was a bit worn.The sink had a terrible sewer smell coming from the plug hole every time you ran the tap.The room could of done with a freshening up and the windows cleaned.

Lovely dog friendly stay

The location is perfect for exploring Llangollen on foot. The room had everything we needed, Including a dog bed and blanket for our little dog. The beds were made and clean towels provided every day.

The shower was not as hot as we would like, but it did the job.

GOOD VALUE FOR THE AMOUNT WE PAID - FEELS LITTLE RUN DOWN - 2 DAY MAXIMUM COULDN'T STAY LONGER

PRIVATE LITTLE COTTAGE IN A CENTRAL LOCATION - FOR THE PRICE WE PAID IT WAS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY - WOULD STAY AGAIN IF GETTING A SIMILAR GOOD PRICE.

SUPRISED BY AMOUNT OF OLD COBWEBS ON CEILINGS, WALLS, WINDOWS AND RADIATORS - HOT WATER WAS INTERMITTENT AND SOMETIMES NON EXISTANT - MADE SHOWERING DIFFICULT! TV AND WIFI SIGNAL POOR.
