Hedgelea is a peaceful detached single storey cottage in countryside two miles from the little Devon town of North Tawton. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two double and a twin with a family bathroom. On the same level is a neat kitchen with induction cooker, a dining room, a sitting room with open fire and a hall. Outside is an enclosed garden with terrace and lawn, beyond which is a wild meadow with paths to wander, leading to walks in the surrounding countryside. Hedgelea is a charming base for a peaceful break in Devon.
Amenities: Central heating with open fire. Espresso machine, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, Phone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not permitted in the bedrooms). Sorry no smoking. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: Access to the property is via public highway (single lane) There are some potholes and ruts in places.
