Location was good - beds and linen were nice - internet worked great . There were trains starting early but it was more like a rumbling that a loud bang so it wasn’t too bad. Kitchen was equipped enough for what we needed. Key pick up was easy.
Quite a bit of mold in the bathrooms. I somehow missed this but there was a flight of steep narrow stairs. We had guys to help with our cases but I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.

Really close location to the station. Large apartment very comfortable for 4 adults and a child. Lots of space and with having two bathrooms perfect for getting ready.
The freeview on the tv didn’t work which was a shame. Felt like it was a loose connection with the wires but couldn’t fix it. It didn’t spoil the stay but some tv in the morning would have been nice. It is quite noisy too with the trains due to location. But we soon got used to it, and you can’t have close location without any noise !

Location were fantastic cos it is very close to restaurants, Supermarket n shops and also the transportation( buses n trains). Thumbs up.
The stair up to the apartment is too narrow with luggage. The cooking pots were limited n there r ni clothing lines to hang our clothes after wash.

We were very happy there and ideally would like to have stayed for a few days. It does not look much from outside but once inside we were surprised by the size of the flat. There were 8 of us and it did not feel crowded.
A new sofa was being delivered as we arrived.
The sofa delivery guys took about 30 minutes to unpack the new sofa.

Good location
The entrance to the property. But this was something minor. Everything was perfect

We were taking an early train from Euston so the apartment was in a perfect position.
There were 4 big bedrooms which were all warm and clean. Most importantly, the beds were nice and comfy. There were 2 toilets and a separate bath and shower room. This meant that it was nice and easy for our large family to get ready in the morning. The host met us at the doors with the keys and was very polite and helpful.

location was good, living room was nice, kitchen had everything you needed, had two bathrooms, towels were provided
had to collect keys somewhere else, place was dark, property was a little old, place was mouldy, bed sheets were dirty, had to pay a £300 deposit which was an absurd amount

I didn't like anything, terrible apartment. Broken windows, creaky floor, horrible location, no hot water, the living room is broken and the owner is just an evil man and a thief. The apartment was broken and the owner blamed me for it. He stole £300 from my account because he thought "I smoked" in the apartment.. without proof and simply owed me the bill for £300 he stole from me! I do not recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. I had a terrible experience.

Evaluació:
The apartment is well located just a few minutes from Warren Station and Euston Station as well as hop on hop off bus stop if you wish to discover the city. Also, LIDL supermarket was conveniently close.
We travelled as a family of 7 and the apartment size fit perfectly for us. Beds were also comfortable and beautiful bed linen and towels were provided as well as to pillows (soft and firm) which was very nice.
However, the apartment photos are not accurate and they look better that it is in reality.
Here are some recommendations for the home owner/property manager to look into or disclosure in their advertisement.
- Underground: underground runs underground the apartment and you can feel trains from 5:50h to 00:30h. If you are sensitive in your sleep this might not be the best apartment for you.
- Health issue: Mold in the bathroom and one on the bedrooms. We strongly recommend carpet in all the apartment to be cleaned in deep. My kid is asmathic and has been a significant issue for him.
- WI-FI. We were not able to find the network provided in the instructions in the available networks list. We are able to use sometimes the network displayed in the tag underneath the router, however service was disrupted often.
- Only one pan in the kitchen unusable as everything sticks in it.
- Kitchen fume extractor is not working.
- No dustpan.

clean house with comfortable beds and Cleaning materials are available ,and close to the main places.
I suffered from the Internet from the day I arrived to the fifth day with the host, and the problem was only solved through Booking.com. I was shocked from the noise of the train from six in the morning until midnight, as if the house was a train station. On the day of my departure, I forgot a bag and when I arrived at the airport, which was an hour after I left at 7 in the morning, I texted the host and told him about the bag and asked him to put it in the place where the keys were delivered, and he answer me with acceptiaton, and after a while he told me that it was thrown in the trash!!!! This does not make any sense .
It is my first time to be hosted badly like this and I hope it will be the last especially with this host

location
first impression is not good. entry stairway is so dirty and stairs are narrow to flat. it smelled strong of weed upon arrival. extra towels would be great and trash bags. not enough toilet tissue provided. if you’re a light sleeper, the street noise and the tube below make it difficult to sleep. process to get keys is a hassle of you are checking in late.

good location
lots of small damage around the house, needs a little painting and fixing the light in the bedroom as this was hanging off. only 4 toilet rolls to last 4 days for 8 people. hot water for bath was Luke warm. house does rattle because of the tube nothing you can do but not good for light sleepers. tv had no signal only Netflix worked if you have. steep stairs into the property and very dirty stairway! other than that was good for a short break away.

Location
High cost of low living.

nothing it was perfect

location to London Euston and various shops. Apartment was spacious also.
The vibrations from the underground, wasn’t something we were use to. However we quickly adapted and it wasn’t a big issue

Beds all comfortable, almost everything you require on hand. Generally clean. Very friendly.
Couldn't find any teatowels. Bathroom a tad damp.
Carpet in one room loose, so interfered with door opening.
5.0
Close to the station and other central london amenities. TV has Netflix on it. It was generally clean.
It was incredibly loud with the tube rumbling underneath and people shouting outside. It was also quite cold and took us a while to work out how to even turn the heating on. There wasn’t much natural light and the blinds were broken so you can’t open them. We arrived an hour early and had to wait for an hour in the street with our bags and dog for the housekeeper to arrive with keys even though the apartment would have been ready for us to enter otherwise.

It was good location and person was easily contactable.
Beds and bathrooms were mostly clean
Carpets and laminate in living room needed updating - it was stained and coming up in parts.
Functional furniture but again could do with updating, some were looking a little worse for wear.
Some parts of the flat needed cleaned and dusted - there were fans but didn’t want to use them because they looked really dusty.
The stairway leading up to the flat had no working lighting, so really had to watch our step when coming back at night.

Room for everyone. Clean, good location and facilities. Would stay again.
Trains quite noisy but to be expected due to the location - soon get used to it.

8 of my friends and I, stayed at the apartment on the weekend, we had a great stay! The apartment is in a good location, all the amenities you need & the hosts are also very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location, 2 underground stations within 3-5 mins walking distance. Shop across the road and also a sainsburys round the corner.
The British Museum was within 10-15 minutes walking. We even walked to Madame Tussauds which took about 25 minutes.
Very spacious apartment, we were a family of 5 adults and 4 children. We did not feel crowded at all.
It was a very hot apartment in the London summer! The smoke alarm went off when we started cooking at one point and there was also lots of mould on the bathroom ceiling!

Flat was very centrally located. It had 4 big bedrooms. Bedding was clean and crisp. Beds were very comfortable. Flat was very clean.

Great location great hosts
Carpets rolling up from the corners hallway filthy issues with 2 doors and waited for locksmith to come fix the issue. Hosts were great but the place is falling apart

The property was very clean and well decorated. The was a lot of space for us to almost feel like we was at home. Only thing was the tv was hard to work which we eventually work out.
The only thing I would say is the is a lot of noice as the property is right next to a very busy train station. If you are looking for a quite stay this isn’t for you but otherwise great.
