LUX in name only.

Location is excellent.

Property was extremely in need of renovation. One child received an electric shock from the dishwasher. 2 fans for 4 bedrooms. It took 3 days for someone to attend to this matter. Reply was don't use the dishwasher

location the rest had a lot to be improved. the whole place really needs a face lift. water not really drinkable so bring bottled water. kitchen is very functional but really sad no natural light. parking however is really conviennent note it’s 10€/day

Very good

The flat size and location is excellent and the cleaning was to a very high standard plus the communication with regard to any queries such as car parking, location of keys, availability times etc was first class and replies were immediate and exact, before and during our stay.

This is a difficult one as it is what may seem petty but the flat seems to be going through a long term renovation and I appreciate that this takes time and money, however there are a couple of things that need improving and need very little money spending, one is to replace the bed pillows as they are "lumpy" and very unconfortable and the second is to replace the double mattress as when lying on the bed one could feel the springs, a mattress topper would overcome this. The single beds were all top quality and very comfortable. Finally, as with most English folk, a kettle in the kitchen along with a teapot would be very much appreiated. I must add that we would be more than happy to stay here again

Very spacious apartment in classic port building

Huge apartment! Beautiful building in a beautiful setting with stunning views. The train is passing right behind it (starting at 6ish in the morning), but with earplugs sleeping was fine. Central heating works perfectly and the place was clean. Restaurants downstairs were very nice for lunch, right on the water front. Shops were only 10-15min walk. There's a fast charger for electric cars at 5 min walk in the port which was perfect. Perhaps good to mention that on arrival you need to call the number on Booking (when we called, then received another phone number) and they give you the check in details over the phone.

The dishwasher hadn't been emptied when we arrived and there were (opened) food packages left in the cupboards, which I think isn't very COVID proof. Also, a few renovations wouldn't harm the apartment. Some doors don't close (kitchen, bedroom, hallway) because the wood needs fixing. Some blinds didn't close because the handle/knob was missing or damaged. Which, apart from the light coming in, was a bit startling with strong winds because of the slamming noises. The main bedroom didn't seem to have a proper light, only a bedside lamp.

On the third floor , accessible by lift or stairs. Fantastic position overlooking harbour . A great wrap around balcony with exceptional views over the Harbour to the left Canet de Mar and to the right Arenys De Mar Great restaurant on the ground floor Will stay here again , can’t wait to return

If you're looking for best views, you found it!

Absolutely amazing view from 3rd floor onto the marina (it was a dealbreaker for this property). It was worth it just for those views! Huge place (it had 4 bedrooms)
