Comfortable stay at good location.

Very good location, close to the national parks. Good and diverse breakfast. Big and comfortable room.

They were understaffed and couldn't clean our room one day The dryer didn't work and eventhough they knew about it, they didn't put up a sign at first. So you could have end up with freshly washed wet clothes and no dryer.

Excellent stay all round.

Room was clean and in good repair, comfortable, spacious. Staff from Manager to housekeeping and kitchen were all exceptional.

Could use more gluten free options.

All in all it was OK

Very good location

Our hotel room was not cleaned. The lady at the front desk was very eager to clean herself. But we didn't want to put her through that. Discount was not possible due to prepayment. Unfortunately, no other type of remuneration was found.

Expense for what you get.

We had the handicap room, so it was very large.

I told the gal at the desk since the pool didn't work, I just wanted to take a hot bath. We had just hike Guadalupe Peak and had been up since 4am. We had no clue we were getting a handicap room, which does NOT have a bathtub! Totally annoying, I asked if we could have another room. Not possible. The people/kids in the room above us were running back and forth in their room from 8 pm to about 11 pm, very hard to fall asleep with people running back and forth.

I would probably stay somewhere else in Carlsbad when I go back.

The room was fine. Good views of sunrise, but also of truck yards everywhere. Nice strong shower and nice towels. Comfy bedding.

Breakfast was good in theory, but poor in implementation. Even the coffee wasn't that great. The wi-fi was out everyday for extended periods of time. If you are traveling for work and have to be on a computer, you'd be out of luck. I was just using it to watch TV so not such a big deal. Location was on southern end of Carlsbad. Closer to Caverns, but farther from restaurants and the heart of town. So much is under construction. It's kind of a trashy part of town.

breakfast was good for my 2 days stay at the hotel. This is the 1st time I have stayed in a Quality Inn so different from the others Quality Inn. It's more like high in hotel. All the others Quality Inn are more like run down hotels. the room was spacious and clean.

the bathroom was a little rusty, need to clean tub more or should have only shower
