No ironing facilities in room or entire hotel for that matter stayed in 100s of hotels in my life this was the first that did not have a clothes iron for our use when we urgently needed it to attend a wedding the day of departure ....Big C or Lotus have them if the hotel does not know where to buy

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Komfortabler, grosszügiger Raum. Gute Gebäudequalität, dadurch ist das Zimmer ruhig. 2 Zimmer plus kleine Küche. Gutes Bett. Letztes Mal war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, in diesem Zimmer war sie deutlich leiser. Die unfreundliche Rezeptionistin vom letzten Aufenthalt hat dieses Mal gefehlt. Wenn sie nicht mehr dort beschäftigt ist, wertet dies das Hotel auf. Die Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie hat unsere Flugtickets gedruckt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Das Sofa könnte gereinigt werden. In der Küche finden sich weder Besteck noch Geschirr. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt, wer sich ein Grab Taxi bestellt, hat damit kein Problem. Die regulären Taxifahrer sind teils unverschämt, manche verweigern die Nutzung des Taxameters.

Great stay and our hotel of choice for our next visit to Khon Kaen for sure.

Very friendly staff, everyone on staff was helpful, in a good mood and friendly. Good location in a quiet area but close to the museum and for us it was close to family living in Khon Kaen. Good breakfast and the suite was great value for the money and gave our daughter some needed space to play around in. Great parking available as well.

Bed and pillows a bit hard. Rooms could be a bit more soundproof since you could hear the people from other rooms, this was mainly due to a small distance between the floor and the door so could be fixed for better noise cancellation.

Great clean rooms in good quite area

Big room, big toilets, clean, close to Saturday night market. 5min drive to central Plaza. So overall a nice stay

We Asket for one Matratze on floor for our babies. They was not able to provide one. As that big hotel not been able to have one is a bit disappointing

Large Apartments and Affordable Stay

The apartment was spacious and I loved the huge wraparound balcony. The maids were lovely and accommodating and the building was very quiet.

The WiFi is non existent. You have access to it but it never works which was frustrating as I needed to work. The entire building would shutdown at least once a day when the electricity just randomly turns off in the building.

Spacious Apartment and Affordable Stay

The apartment was spacious and I loved the huge wraparound balcony. The maids were lovely and accommodating and the building was very quiet.

The WiFi was non existent which was frustrating as I needed to work. The electricity goes off at least once a day.

Einmal genügt

Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse top. Das Hotel ist auch sehr ruhig. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bett viel zu hart, wie ein Brett, sogar meine Frau als Thailänderin hat sich beklagt. Dann sind die Betten viel zu klein, nur 5 Fuss Betten. TV hat nie funktioniert. W-Lan viel zu langsam. Keine Steckdosen in Reichweite des Bettes. Da nützt auch der günstige Preis nichts. wenn der ganze Aufenthalt unbequem ist, und man darauf wartet wieder gehen zu können.

I really liked the nice staff and I felt comfortable. The cleaning staff also did a great job. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience!!:)

Very poor would not recommend any one to stay

The shower had mold on it the a/c in the room was no good the Wi-Fi was no good one pillow on bed no cutlery in the kitchen cup was stuck to saucer.

Nice property but you need transportation.

Large room and very clean.

It is advertised as close to city center. It is far away from everything and you need a taxi to take you everywhere.

Good location...very clean...nice decor...spacious rooms...good breakfast. Only issues were leaking shower controls, shower water pressure, only one chair in the room, only 2 hangers

Needed additional chairs in the room... Other than that it was a very nice place.

Passable

Spacious, clean room on a good location.

The room is noisy. You can hear the lift whenever it arrives to your floor. The staff uses loud walkies-talkies that can be heard in the room when they are passing by. At the checkout the staff tried to charge for a drink that was bought at the supermarket and thrown in the room's trash. The staff wasn't friendly. They didn't mention breakfast option or provide any directions to the room.

Exceptional

Huge suit with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed in another room. Kitchen pantry with sink and microwave oven and fridge. 1 bathroom fantastically clean. Next to hotel very nice food. Vietnamese restaurant for breakfast. Seafood and many dishes for dinner. Across the road, theres a Chinese DimSum with nice noodles.

Staff unable to understand English. But Google translate always helpful. A bit of a walking distance to centre like Tan Tonn, The lake, Wat Nong Waeng.

Quiet place to stay, big room, new. Nice personnel, easy check-in, late check-in. Nice breakfast.

Limited English interaction. Location is in suburb (just 1-2 restaurant around, walking distance 10mn to 7/11). Need pay extra for toothbrush etc. No hairdryer in the room.
