Wir waren zufrieden und hatten eine gute Zeit.

Tolle Aussicht , hatten eine Suite Richtung Halong Bay . Durch die Größe wirkt das Hotel etwas steril und da das Personal kein / kaum englisch spricht ist es manchmal schwierig mit der Verständigung .Frühstückspause sehr groß und dadurch ungemütlich - aber Ausblick von überall herrlich. Golf Platz unbedingt spielen ! E Einfalls tolle Aussichten! Caddies super nett. Man benötigt immer ein taxi oder grab in den Ort - funktioniert aber! Also wir waren zufrieden - Infininity Pool wunderbar zum abkühlen

Die tollste Aussicht über die Ha Long Bucht die man haben kann!

Tolles großes Zimmer mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf die Ha Long Bucht! Als wir Mittags gegen 13 Uhr anreisten hatten wir den Pool für uns alleine. Service wird hier groß geschrieben! Sehr sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Wir hatten ein Problem mit einem Taxi, wo das Personal uns super weitergeholfen hat und sich um alles gekümmert hat. Leckeres internationales Frühstück, wo jeder etwas findet! Alleine wegen der Aussicht würden wir immer wieder kommen!

Leider liegt das Hotel etwas außerhalb und man benötigten ein Grab oder ein Taxi um in die Stadt zu kommen. Nachmittags sind sehr sehr viele Menschen am Pool und es ist sehr sehr laut. Ebenso wenn schlechtes Wetter ist, verteilen sich die Leute nicht sehr gut auf Terrasse beim Frühstück und beim Frühstück ist es dann ebenso sehr laut.

It was an excellent experience staying and playing golf at FLC Halong bay

The Staff was extremely helpful, the room was specious and clean, the food was great, the spa was superb, the golf course was incredible with amazing views. I can’t wait to go back

Absolutely beautiful hotel and the most breathtaking views and wonderful staff

Everything it was absolutely beautiful the view from our room was nothing short of spectacular. Beautiful clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. We highly recommend this property it is truly beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much !

Overall great stay however horrible departure transfer experience

I was impressed with Cheryl from FO who made sure I was okay from arrival transfer to departure transfer. I love the view from the room. I love the facilities especially Spa facilities. The staff is a bit of a hit and miss - some are extremely amazing for example Cheryl, and the doorman (I think Hon or Huy). Most FO staff are great! Nothing is too much trouble and they always recommend the best activities. One of the highlights was when my sister got sick and FO sent the nurse and Duty Manager to our room to get her checked. I was impressed with how it was handled. My sister was given anticipatory service, with the Duty Manager providing more water and porridge to make her feel better. Duty Manager even offered late check-out but it was not needed as we were leaving early. Thank you very much for this lovely gesture.

As mentioned, some staff is a miss - some needs training on guest engagement and communication. I find that it is difficult to ask for extra amenities. The staff almost always tell you that standard amenities (We are a family of 6 hence not enough) have already been provided which seems like asking extra is too much trouble. Overall, our experience is great. The only thing I would like to bring to management’s attention is our departure transfer. Although it might be booked thru a 3rd party, it is still the hotel’s responsibility on which transportation services are being offered to the guests if the guests asked the hotel to book it. Our departure transfer experience was horrible. The driver was extremely unprofessional - he was doing his side business while we are on our journey. He had to stop by 3 times! First, he met a friend to pick up a box, and then he stopped over to another place to drop this box off to another person. And then again, he stopped over for the 3rd time to meet with another person. The driver drove very recklessly, at one point I’m not sure if he was drinking and energy drink or a beer in a can while driving and this made all of us uncomfortable - mind you, I am travelling with children. To top it all off, the driver continually kept calling and texting the entire time. Despite asking him to stop, he kept doing it. We felt unsafe the entire time. I really hope the management does something about this - it is not ideal to associate your hotel to this transportation company.

Beautiful view of Halong Bay. And the most beautiful infinity pool with the same spectacular view. Beautiful property with gardens, and the staff was exceptional. Others could learn from their awesome hospitality.

Exceptional views and incredible large outdoor swimming pool with bar.

Incredible location and views, the outdoor pool is unique with views over the whole bay. Good breakfast and so many of the rooms have a bay view. Rooms are very spacious and staff were very helpful.

We used the scooter rental service which was very reasonably priced but the scooter was of lower quality/power than other hotels in Vietnam had provided.
