An apartment with lots of potential.

Nicely furnished and decorated large apartment Location near a tram and quite central. The owner was quick to respond and tried to be helpful to resolve issues.

The hot water didn’t work for our whole stay. Whilst the owner tried to get someone in the fix it, this was not possible during our two days and nights. Four women trying to wash hair in cold showers was an awful experience for us all. It also made washing dishes a challenge too.

It was very spacious for 3 adults and central to main attractions.

Needed a lot of simple maintenance of various items. For example, it is very difficult to open and lock the front door. We felt the lock was faulty. Kettle to boil water for a cuppa did not work. We had to boil water in a pot on the stove. Fridge froze all our food, freezer door was none existent. Could not get the TV to work. Maybe instructions would have helped.

Location was excellent, the flat was clean and well equipped and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Overall its an average property for the price paid.

Easy checking in , Kitchen completely equipped.

1. The main door had 2 doors - Proper door and a caged door. The proper door lock was broken so only the caged door could be locked which again was still not safe. 2. We assumed there were 3 proper full washroom. However, there is only one full washroom and one semi washroom (without shower) 3. The building is kind off spooky as its very old structure and felt like no one is living in the building apart from us, 4. The TV is quite old and small compared to the hall size.

Spacious, comfortable, convenient, good value for money.

Spacious, flexible and friendly host, great for groups, near the trams. It is worth nothing that all the beds are single beds and can be separated in the two large bedrooms if travelling as a large group of friends.

The hot water didn’t always last for 3 of us to have (quick showers). It was a bit temperamental, worked well on some days but not others (despite our efforts to turn off the water when shampooing etc).

owner is a fraud a theft and gangster apartment in good location but be prepared for bed bugs

The apartment is in good location.

On checkout the cleaner told us we cud leave our bags due to later flight. Upon return we were told that we had 6 people staying In a 6 capacity apartment buy we were only allowed 2 so we had to pay an EXTRA €120 SHE LOCKED OUR BAGS IN APARMENT SPOKE THROUGH SECURITY DOOR AND HELD OUR BAGS TO RANSOM TILL WE PAID THE EXTRA. My uncle and brother are both covered in bed bug bites since we returned home avoid this place at all costs

However, we were satisfied because everything was there-abouts... SPAR, restaurants, trams, subway, trains, the Danube, the buildibg of parliament (only 12minutes walk). The accommodation had everything what person needs to function. Although there was older furniture, it did not detract from our comfort. Overall, we rate this accommodation as good.

Ideal accommodation for people who don't have a problem with constant traffic noise (mainly noisy trams and ambulances). We had to have permanently closed windows at night. We were missing spare bin bags.

Good for a short term stay.

Central location, quite big and well equipped apartment.

Very noisy due to traffic and tram. The floor is old and noisy too. Only curtains, no shutter.

Good place to stay in Budapest

Great location almost in the city center. All main sightseeing can be done on foot easily. High ceilings, interesting design, well-equiped kitchen.

No reserved parking available – only paid public parking on streets. To be honest, we were file because there is a free parking all over Budapest during Christmas and New Year holidays.

Great apartment too noisy for us.

Location close to everything.

Contacted the host to let her know that the television didn't work still waiting on a reply. We were here for one week a couple in their 60s so would have been nice to have a TV as advertised. The noise from the main road never ends, trams, traffic, sireens all day and night. Was that bad that we booked into a hotel for a night to get some sleep. I'm aware that this has nothing to do with the owner. If you can sleep through anything, this apartment is in a perfect location for sightseeing and plenty shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Incredible building with plenty of room and great high ceilings. Kitchen very well stocked. Beds comfortable

A little rough around the edges. Furniture chipped, missing door and wardrobe handles, no batteries in remote controls, fans not working.

Great Christmas holiday

Good location to visit everything in Buda and Pest, train, metro, tram and bus on a few minutes walk from apartment. Good restaurants, shops and supermarkets on walking distance. Try The Box Donut! Modern apartment with all you need, also for cooking. Good working heating in the apartment. Nice when it is freezing outside.

Location on a busy road with hospital nearby, during day and night tram and ambulances. But we are good sleepers and it didn't disturb us too much. Apartment with self check in, codes and information before you arrive. Good to know that you have to use the first 2 codes together! You have to pay for your stay with cash when you are there, and therefor you have to figure out how to make appointments with the cleaning lady.
