Appartamento carino e comodissimo per il centro. Anche se la casa non ha il parcheggio privato è da tenere in considerazione che il parcheggio in strada è gratis nel week end e la sera dopo le 19:00. A due passi da casa c’è un piccolo Carrefour city per fare la spesa.

Forse l’unica nota dolente è la parte condominiale fuori dall’appartamento che non è molto curata.

A spacious and nicely designed studio in a great location.

Very spacious and nicely designed studio with a little kitchen and washing machine. Few minutes walk from center of Dijon.

The studio has only one window which is facing an inner court hence the flat it’s quite dark. Also no air conditioning. Check-in at 5pm and check-out at 10am are honestly a too big gap, I don’t think you can justify 7 hours between the twos.

Great location and awesome downstairs room.

Location is great and close walking to a lot of shopping and dining, including about a 20 minute flat walk to the train station.

The apartment was not serviced properly prior to our stay and there was trash in the cans, old towels in the bathroom, and generally could have been cleaner. We reached out to the property owner and was asked to send pictures, which we did, but he owner never offered to do anything about it. Poor experience. The listing also needs to be more clear as to which studio you are renting, because initially it sounds like this has 2 bedrooms.

lovely apartment, good location.

piles of dirty sheets around the apartment, sheets still washing in the machine on arrival, poorly made bed, bad pillows, no basics like pepper, no instructions on how to lock the unconventional front door.

A very cute place to stay which was within easy walking distance to all of the beautiful sites of Dijon.

Great location. It was really close to everything.

Great apartment, poor comms

Great location only minutes walk from the historical old town with all the restaurants etc. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and quiet (at least downstairs).

Host is not responsive. The wifi did not work in the flat and we received a response after 2 days (we stayed there for 4 nights). The issue was not fixed, no apology received, no explanation. We also had another request on the day of the checkout, but did not receive a response to that either. If something goes wrong in the flat, you are on your own.

So much potential but attention to detail and customer care & service makes such a difference.

The location and the style, perfect in many respects for the two of us. Coffee machine & pods.

No fan, damage to kitchen tap, dirty hand towel, noisy neighbours, lack of timely response from the owner manager to the issues we brought to their attention.

checking in and our was straightforward and we love the location. the decor of the home was tastefully done.

there were 5 of us but only the main double bed was done. we have to make the rest of the beds ourselves and figure out where the beddings are. it’s all written clearly in the instructions but it’s time taken to make ourselves comfortable.

STRESSFUL STAY WITH A MISSING IN ACTION HOST

The location was good, on the quiet side of town

A very stressful place to stay at. After I last reviewed my stay here and asked for compensation for additional costs I incurred because of the negligence of the host, I WAS OFFERED REINBURSEMENT, ON THE CONDITION THAT I REMOVED MY NEGATIVE RATING OF THIS APARTMENT, to which I disagreed, as those booking this apartment need to know. Here was my experience: The apartment did not deliver as promised. Firstly, we specifically asked if we could drop the luggage at 12 noon when we booked and we were told we could. We booked ourselves on a train that reached there early. If we knew it was not possible, we wouldn’t have carried on with this booking as we only had a short time in Dijon. There was no instructions on how to get to the apartment and when we arrived and there was no cab at the train station. I kept calling the host on WhatsApp for buses to get us to the apartment. First there was no answer, then when we called her on IDD which she said she didn't know as she wasn’t located in Dijon then and couldn’t help us. So, we were stranded at the train station. When we finally got to the apartment, we realised that the kitchen sink wasn’t working and wrote to her to fix it so we could use the kitchen. She just told us to open the sink cap, which we did, but it was still choked. We wrote to her several times after that but there was no reply. The kitchen was unused. When we had to wash our clothes we found that there was no more detergent in the apartment and asked about it. She just apologised and that was it. I have written to her asking her to reimburse the €22 we spent on storage luggage and €5 for the detergent and €12 for IDD calls, but there has been no answer. This apartment did not deliver according to what was communicated as apartment was not fully functional. Guests shouldn't be made to pay international call charges to reach the host. It is the host responsibility to make sure she is reachable through the stay.

awesome sauna

spacious, really cool basement bedroom and sauna, kitchen was well equipped for cooking, good heaters for winter, washing machine, easy walk to town. able to watch netflix on tv.

the self check in process was a hassle. the remote to the carpark was not found in our lockbox initially and we had no place to stop on the busy street.

nice little apprt

the property is located well in Dijon around 5 minutes walk from the center. The interior was quite avant-garde with stylish furnishings and frescos, the bed was comfortable and the internet was good.

I stood in some bubblegum on the floor that the cleaner missed , the toilet seat was not fastened onto the bowl and the kitchenette was freezing as it was -1 outside, not so bad when the door is closed but a polar expedition for a coffee was not expected. The adventure game aspect of getting into the property was not appreciated either.

So beautiful and cozy!

A beautifully decorated, cozy apartment right in the centre of Dijon. You have everything you need for a nice stay. We also enjoyed the sauna. Definitely a place to recommend!!!

It was a lovely apartment comfort of the sofa bed mean a poor nights sleep for some of us.

Charming flat once we got in!

The living room smelled of cigarette smoke. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and could benefit from a better mattress, Wrong keys in the box.

Room for improvement

Decorated nicely, well equipped kitchen, near city center.

Undortunately our visit started with poor communication about when the keys would be ready. Could have avoided a two hour wait if we were informed sooner. House itself smelled of cigarette smoke, floors and surfaces were dirty and sticky. Could be much better with a few adjustments. Neigborhood is not pleasant, but not far from the center.

- beautiful room - great location - cheap public parking 10 min on foot - nice bathroom - very comfortable bed - the host was quicky available - good wifi

- we knew there was no air-conditioning in the appartement, although it was only 20 degrees outside, the apartment was really warm

A bit bright upstairs on the pull out couch - needs darker curtains and one curtain is missing.
