The breakfasts were cooked to order and were delicious with a wide choice on the menu.
Nothing! The location overlooking a game reserve was superb. I woke up every morning and had a cup of tea sitting in the gardens looking at the animals coming to the watering hole.

My stay at Ursula Homestead was truly unforgettable. Lorraine, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to suggest activities and provide recommendations tailored to my interests. The food was simply exquisite, and the views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of elephants, giraffes, impalas, and baboons roaming freely in their natural habitat was an experience we'll never forget. The serene and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The hotel's location a bit outside the city center can be a minor inconvenience, especially if you plan on exploring the city frequently. While the hotel does offer a shuttle service for a reasonable fee of $12, it does not operate at nighttime, so sometimes you might have to ask for a taxi that could cost 40$. I recommend the hotel consider implementing a complimentary shuttle service to and from the city center twice daily. For guests with specific needs or schedules, the fee could be charged for shuttle services outside of the regular schedule.

We loved our stay at Ursula’s Homestead. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. Milly made our stay easy by arranging for all of our transport and activities. It is a small property and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The food was excellent and we ate one lovely dinner at their sister property next door. The waterhole only meters from the property brought a lot of wildlife for excellent photos.

Wow! Our stay at this property in Victoria Falls was an absolute gem and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found exactly what we were looking for—a homey and cozy retreat that offered all the infrastructure and support of a larger operation, but with the intimate ambiance of a small "homestead."
The staff at this property were incredibly friendly and caring, creating an atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends. They were attentive without being fussy, always ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.
Our accommodation had comfortable beds and clean rooms that provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploration. But what truly took our breath away was the incredible game viewing experience right in front of our rooms. Over our three-day stay, we were treated to sightings of baboons, a giraffe, buffalo, impala, and even a rhino! We could hear the distant roars of lions and the symphony of birdsong that truly made us feel connected to nature.
The culinary offerings at the property were exceptional, with good food that was simple yet delicious. As vegetarians, the menu became slightly limited after a few days, but we have no doubt that if we had requested something in advance, the staff would have been more than happy to accommodate our preferences. The value for money at this property was outstanding, especially considering the extraordinary experiences and service it provided.
Being located away from the town allowed us to save money, and the property's arrangement of transportation made it effortless for us to explore the area. Additionally, there was a sister property just five minutes away, which offered a more lavish dining experience or a chance to unwind. The staff graciously arranged for us to visit this property, ensuring we had a delightful evening. Furthermore, the complimentary shuttle service into town twice a day was an added convenience that made it easy for us.
we sincerely hope this place doesn't change because we fell in love with it just the way it is. Our time spent here was unforgettable, thanks to the warm hospitality, breathtaking wildlife encounters, and the overall value it provided. We are already counting down the days until our return. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire team for making our stay so remarkable.

Amazing staff, amazing property, amazing experience! We loved sitting by the pool watching giraffes walk by the watering hole. The game drive we went on was outstanding - we saw the first & only black rhino of our trip just before sunset. Everyone that works there was kind and welcoming, the food was great, the room was extremely cozy, and the property was just beautiful. Location was super convenient to both Vic Falls and the airport. Highly, highly recommend!

you could sit in you room, or outside anywhere you like and you could view the valley just below with its own water hole night time meals available there too.
you can move between Ursleas camp and the Stanley Livingstone camp ,just up the road, for lunch or dinner , request needed. they come collect you
shuttles.... they advertise shuttles into town.. apparently these must be book the day before... very difficult if you haven't arrived yet. depending who was greeting that day..

Africa nature at it's best! Clean, easily accessible cottage. Very quiet, safe place to stay. Services were friendly, helpful and meals were delicious. Views of the bush with a pond! Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back

Staff couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. It was so nice to just arrive, let them know our interests and then let them organise everything. The location was ideal and it was nice to have the option to also use the hotel’s facilities. The food was great too.
I’d just say that the photos don’t do the property justice. It was much better then it looked!
