Disappointing

The staff was friendly, the place was clean n comfortable.

Issue of the back gate that doesn't have a remote control in the moment which is not safe for people who came later.

Dirty bed covered with a dirty mattress protector,our bed sheet evn had blood stains,under the bed looked liked liked nobody has sweeped fr weeks,my house shower is way more cleaner than theirs haibo the mould can show nobody bothers to clean properly,the ĺodge is near the main road so the noises of the passing cars wake up a slight sleeper like me as soon as the cars start going by(woken up around 4 am never went back to sleep!)

The staff was very helpful and accommodating

the location. It feels very unsafe. one of the rooms I booked had like 2 cockroaches as soon as I opened the room. I requested for a room exchange which I did get but at first they wanted me to pay for it.

Affordability, your staff they very accommodating and friendly. I forgot the name of the lady who assisted us.

You need to upgrade and keep up with the latest designs. Parking i understand your space is limited. You will have a challenge in getting more clients due to your parking.

convenient location

Bedding was dirty and as I booked for 2 night stay, I was expecting that bedding will be changed when cleaning following day, cutlery had rust however I requested other cutlery and dishes as they had cracks. Water was cold in the shower for both 2 days. The location yes it was very much convenient

I would pass on the accommodation.

The location was fine and convinient for Bulelani's travel. The parking was also spacious for the vehicle. The accommodation was just ok.

The facilities were still under construction and there was not enough effort made to ensure that the guests would be warm. There was no microwave, fridge and electric blanket in the room.

Pleasant place, friendly staff. Very accommodating.

I didn't like that they failed to mention the shower was faulty and only cold water came out of it. Shower makes the whole bathroom fill with water and there is no mat in the bathroom to stand on or help soak up the water splatters. The room I got from the booking was said to have a balcony but on arrival I was given a room downstairs with no balcony.

Great Place to be In Port Edward

The place is in the great spot, not too far from Port Edward, good value for money. The stuff is also great. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm around.

Nothing disappointing, could check the WiFi, double check the mantainance on the bathroom water and heating system especially going into winter.
