Clean and all mod cons.
Overall ok. Clean, although cold at beginning of stay with no heating regardless of weather. Non slip bath mat would have been appreciated.

Very good communication with host.
Nice location. Quiet surroundings. Wet close to poole centre.
Property was clean. There were 4 of us however only 3 sets of towels.
WiFi connection was very weak.
There is a car parking space in the back courtyard however it is quite small. There was always free parking available outside of the property though.
Would recommend.

Have her Close
The property was at first difficult to locate but once we arrived settled well. To say that we couldn't check in until 3pm for cleani g of property was dissapointing as some aspects of the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The floors to edges were very dirty. Pan drawers etc full of crumbs & hairs. The bathroom cabinet was very unclean as were the glass shelves in the lounge. The bathroom fan broke during our stay & although owner tried to repair it! The bed linen was grey & unwelcoming & self heavily of Febreze. However overall not a bad stay.

We had a great time, the property was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us, a few minutes walk to Poole Quay, the shops, Poole Park and the sea. We stayed during a week of extreme heat and we were so grateful for the back garden, lovely to be able to sit outside and then come back in when the heat got too much!! We didn't use the back garden to park the car, we used the visitor parking spaces and we didn't have any problems, there was always an available space. David was very helpful, we arrived early and were able to occupy the property 2 hours earlier than scheduled, thanks David

A relaxing 4 days near the sea
Place was perfect for what we were after. The house was clean and resourced well. It was very close to Poole quay and very close to all the amenities (5-10 mins walk). The location of the house makes it a great place for all the beaches and places of interest in Dorset.
Host was efficient and answered queries promptly to make stay pleasant and stress free. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great place with kids
We stayed in this house for a week with our 2 kids (3 and 5 years old). The house is a bit outdated, but had everything you need. Location is great to discover the Poole-area. Lots to do with kids. Supermarkets close by (couple minutes by car or 15 min walk). Communication with David went well; we had some problems which he solved quickly. Thanks for a lovely week!

Excellent Holiday @ 28 Taverner Close
My wife and I have experienced several of the available houses for holiday rental at Baiter Park. We noted a previous reviewer had said "Clean and comfortable with best mattresses we have rented yet" and that was what made us choose Taverner as we had experienced some bed problems at other rentals. We are pleased to confirm that the mattresses were extremely comfortable, the best we have had. The bedding was all very clean.
Most of the previous reviewers’ comments can be confirmed but we had no trouble with the TV or with power points and the Wi-Fi was a good speed.
The owners communication skills are good as he quickly answered questions before and at the time of booking and provided full details a couple of weeks before arrival, he also sent us a text on our arrival day at lunchtime to let us know the property was available if we arrived early.

Great location, quiet & peaceful
Taverner is situated 15 minute walk from Poole Harbour with it's pub's & restaurants & a few minutes walk from Baiter Park. It is set in a very peaceful & quite area with plenty of parking. The house, although basic, has everything needed for a relaxing stay. After a days sightseeing we spent the late afternoons in the courtyard enjoying the sun. We ate out quite a lot but the facilities are there for cooking, with plenty of fridge & freezer space, a dish washer & washing machine should you need it.

Great City Accomodation
Clean and comfortable with best mattresses we have rented yet. The place was a little small for those with active children. You are in a fantastic location here with plenty to do within walking distance so we adapted thanks to having fantastic weather. Enjoyed crabbing on the Quay and evening walks around the lake. Cooked basic meals each night thanks to having supermarkets on your doorstep but would have liked more than one huge pan. (We used the collender as a steamer due to lack of pans) and adapted the shopping to oven food. Oven was great to have and exceptionally clean. The wife complained of having no useable sockets near a mirror due to poor fitting of a surface socket near mirror made unusable due to poor DIY effort and general lack of sockets everywhere. Had also a little niggle of aerial socket to TV seems faulty dropping your signal out randomly, but when you are out enjoying your location then you can ignore these niggles short term. Overall loved the place!!!
Tip: Park your car in any space marked Private on the estate and walk and explore instead of moving it to enjoy Poole at its best.

Lovely house in ideal location in Poole
We needed somewhere to live during refurbishment of our own house in Poole. This house was just the job. Ideal location - close to Poole town with bars, restaurants and shops all within easy level walking distance. The house was warm and comfortable and a nice place to relax after a busy day of decorating in our own house.

Excellent location
The property was clean had everything you would need. Brilliant location you could get by without using a car lots to do in the area great place to take kids. Could do with a better shower as it’s not very powerful.

Great Location close to Poole Quay and Baiter Park
Lovely house, very clean, facilities excellent great location for walking to Poole Quay and Baiter park, safe and secure for the children to play. The owner was very helpfull and friendly. Loved our stay and would thoroughly recomend it to anyone.

Fantastic holiday home in a fantastic location!
It seemed unusual to be staying in a holiday home which is actually a little end of terrace house in the middle of a 1980's housing estate, BUT, don't be fooled! The house lacked for nothing and was both very clean and comfortable. The best part of the house though is It's location as it is only 5 minutes walk away from the sea and 10 - 15 mins from Poole Quay & the town centre.
There is a lot to do both in Poole and the surrounding area. We loved the house and I think we may well return next year!

Holiday at 28 Taverner Close @ Poole
We had a lovely week (although went a tad quick). Absolutely lovely property, very central to everything. Bedding amazingly clean and fresh. All the little extras in there that you may forget which some places don't do. Owners were very helpful - we would definitely recommend and return again.

Lovely modern property close to Poole front and main shops.
Just arrived home after a week here. Had a fantastic stay. We are a party of 2a2c(5yrs). Excellent location for Poole front and shops and easy position to get to main road for short drive to Sandbanks (where we spent our beach time). First time in this area and will happily return as so much more to see. Took advantage of our new NT membership too. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Whole family loved our week here! Thank you!

Lovely week in Poole
Very comfortable and has everything you need for a break. Very much as advertised. The area is quiet and the parking arrangements are excellent. The house is close enough to most areas of Poole to allow for walking around. Poole park is a few minutes away as is the waterfront. A bit further afield is the quay and the main shopping areas. Easy access to supermarkets and the road network. All in all, very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Clean, Quiet Location close to the beach
We stayed with our young son - house had a chair gate and high chair and plenty of room in the spare room for travel bed. The house its self is clean and in a good location with a short walk to the beach and easy access to the surrounding areas. We would stay again.

Good location for accessing all amenities
We enjoyed our stay in Poole and it was very convenient to have Poole Park so close. The local swimming pool was within easy walking distance and visits to Bournemouth, Swanage and Corfe were easy driving distances.
We did feel, however, that the property could have been a little cleaner in places. We also were under the impression that there was a BBQ at the property but we couldn't find one. Maybe, it was just a BBQ area in the back courtyard! Which was a nice secluded area.

Great location; lovely property.
The location of the property was absolutely superb in a quiet residential location! Only minutes walk from marina with lots of pubs, restaurants and shops near by but easy to drive out of Poole to visit other areas. The property was well maintained, clean and spacious. A great location in a lovely part of the world.

Late Summer Holiday with Grandkids
The house was clean and tidy and satisfied all our needs. Having been coming to Poole and Dorset general area for over 50 years ( From a 5 year old child with my parents ) We have stayed all over the Baiter area for 25 years. Location to Quay, Town Centre and Poole Park is ideal with two young children. Being able to park the car within the rear of the property was good as well. Would come again.
