A quiet and beautiful place.
Hotel was charming and perfect for a stop in the area
There was a lot of mosquitoes/flies - so we had to look the window during the night. It became very warm without air conditioning

De kamer zijn op zich prima, beetje gedateerd.

I paid £175 for one night. The room was very small and basic for this price. I had no bedside table and the view was the car park. Breakfast was not even included.

Great location, nice restaurant and friendly staff

Outstanding location and ver friendly staff
The bathroom of my room was not as clean as expected.
Something like a continental breakfast would be nice!
3.5

It's in a lovely spot with great views short walk to the small harbour town comfy bed and clean very small room modern bathroom the restaurant overlooks the sea
It's a little worn around the edges reception staff could have been a little more friendly The bar is awful very bare and lifeless but you can take drinks in the lounge area Breakfast not very good very basic cheap items please cook the bacon properly

Young girl on the desk was lovely and helpful.
must remember its a 3 star hotel but expected a bit more etiquette . A couple of the staff we found rather condescending and rude. Had not even finished our over priced meal and was being asked to pay. Need to brush up on their manners before someone takes offence . Shame because the area was stunning but certainly wont be staying here again. Disappointed that as we checked out in the morning we was asked to pay for drinks that we had already paid for on a card and when shown to manager who initially accepted our proof then being told it was us who made the mistake ... Funny that our first drink was paid for on arriving and 2nd drink with meal . Bumped into a cycling couple who booked in for 2 nights here but left after 1st night as room was not up to scratch(wall paper peeling off etc) Shame as could be such a nice place but needs some money and staff training .

Really friendly and helpful team who are hard working and thoughtful. Great breakfast to build you up for a day outside and great location to enjoy an overlooked area. Wonderful view of silver sands and out to islands.
First room we were allocated was noisy, a bit tired and way to hot as it was above the kitchen. But the front desk quickly moved us to a better one. Not sure what would have happened if were late checking in.

Room 8 noisy from Extraction Fan on outside wall.

great location for beaches and the ferry, man on reception was very friendly.
feel like the rooms could do with a bit of maintenance to justify the price being asked - £170 for a night but there are holes in the wall where a price of furniture obviously used to be, stains on the carpet, the blind was cable tied onto hooks on the window frame rather than the roller cord being usable, headboard was squint as it is clearly broken and the bathroom door lock doesn’t work. the room had the potential to be lovely but didn’t feel it was up to standard for the amount we paid.

The breakfast was reasonable. The staff..
Tuan & Trenton were EXCELLENT and a credit to the hotel. The General Manager put us in what we believe was a room that should have been a single room as it was just ridiculous to charge a double price. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
