Good location, close to bus stop and railway station. Also close to good eating spots and shops. Very clean and well organized.personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very varied and generous
The fridge in the room didn’t work really, which can be problematic, we used once the fridge in the dining room, which was ok, but it would be better if it worked properly, especially when you have high temperature

nothing was good at this place. The staff was disrespectful. The place was dirty and it is not what they sell here on the booking page. Please refer to google reviews to see the real reviews.
They don't refer as it hostel as a hostel in the booking page and at the time you get there they tell you it is a hostel. They charged us an insane amount of money for a bed in the floor. The shared bathroom is dirty and the shower too small. Also, they don't offer continental breakfast, that's another lie. CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS TO SEE THE REAL REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE.
It is also IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISES. They just offer earplugs but they still charge you the full night even tough you cannot use it to sleep.

We stayed for 5 nights at Villa Suzy and really enjoyed our time there! We'd been in contact before arriving as we were due into Sant'Agnello before 2pm check in. They had promised to keep our bags, but they actually had our room ready, which was a bonus. Giusy gave us a great welcome, with lots of useful info regarding our plans for trips to Pompeii and to Capri. Our room was very comfortable with good air-conditioning and a lovely balcony with a view of Vesuvius. A slight downside was that there were no drawers or shelves for storing clothes - just a wardrobe with hanging space. The room did have a kettle and mini fridge, which we found very useful.
As other reviews have said, the breakfast was great. Lots of choice - it really set us up for the day.
Sant'Agnello is a half hour flat walk from the centre of Sorrento - there are also trains and buses if you prefer. There are plenty of restaurants locally. Villa Suzy is 5mins from the local station for trains to Pompeii/Naples etc
We would happily recommend to friends and family.
Would have liked a couple of drawers for clothes, but that's a minor niggle

Very nice and helpful staff. The lady at the beginning on the map marked us with all the necessary locations that are worth seeing and where to eat (which we greatly appreciate). There was daily room cleaning. All hotel staff was very nice and friendly. You could, at your discretion, buy breakfast, which was in the form of a Swedish table. The breakfast itself was always very good, a large selection, including sandwiches, cakes, fruit, snacks, and additionally, if you wanted, you could ask for delicious coffee, e.g. Cappuccino or Americano. We are very pleased with the stay and we hope that we will be able to come back here again because it's worth it! ☺️
Everything was right

Fabulous location, a flat walk from Sorrento (30 minutes) or a short public transport ride away (1.40€ each way to Sorrento, 2.20€ to Positano).
We loved the balcony - reasonably private with a view of the ocean and mountains.
Very spacious room and bathroom, all clean and very comfortable bed. Very reasonably priced and varied breakfast and minibar. Helpful staff.
One of our favourite accomodations of many on a long European holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room as well. The room had a roomy balcony with a great view of Vesuvius. Quiet air con during the night and elevator was very nice to have as well! Close proximity to station and busses, so easy to get around.
An older building, so we could hear the neighbours quite clearly through the walls and in the hall (a bit of a hassle in the early morning hours)

The view from our balcony was tremendous and the room was very nice and well kept. The breakfast was also great and our host was always very kind.
I have no complaints. Our one somewhat difficult experience was that we arrived later than we anticipated, so there was some confusion about checking in. But the issue was cleared up quickly (thanks in part to my having internet access on my phone).

Perfect location with an excellent view. Not too close to the bustle of Sorrento, but also close enough to all public transportation!
the rooms were big and very clean with an excellent view. the staff was courteous and very welcoming with the best suggestions to go around the stay!
over all, we had a lovely stay!

The accommodation is in a nice environment. Although it is a bit further from Sorrento center, the train gets there in 2 mins and it is quite frequent. The station is close too, in a 5-10 mins walking distance. The hosts are extremely charming and helpful people. Special thanks for Giusy's delicious orange cake!

Good location for sant’agnello, but a bit far from Sorrento.
Staff is super welcoming and friendly.
Not properly an hotel since it’s a residential building that has 2 floors “converted” into an hotel. In fact I had issues to enter the building at checking, since there isn’t a proper reception.
The room had some humidity stains in the ceiling, and it got partially flooded during a little summer storm (even though windows were closed).

Great place to stay! The bus to Positano, and the train to Sorrento. Lovely spacious room with a view of the lemon garden and mountain. Good choice of breakfast. Would stay again and recommend too!

The best among all B&Bs we stayed in this trip. it was very clean and spacious. We arrived ~3 hours later than the projected time, but the owner was waiting for us in in the property. She was very friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was pretty good and better than the other B&Bs in this trip. After experiencing many difficulties with parking in the other properties, a parking lot next to the property at a low cost (5 euros) was an welcome break. Our room had a view of the Mt. Vesuvius from the balcony, which was a pleasant surprise.
None.

Loved the location: green and tranquil and once there, you become part of the neighborhood and the village- the atmosphere is authentic. Loved the hosts who were always there to help and talk, and do it with a smile. Very relaxing stay with great breakfast, overall cleanliness and easy to reach and use as a resting point in between the trips to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri and etc. Would definitely visit again!
Some people may find it strange or disrupting that sometimes there were small ants seen in the room (not a lot but sometimes they were there), but we did not have a problem with that, on the contrary - it comes to prove the cleanliness of the area where the villa is (no mosquitos, no flies, no bugs, just sometimes the good-working small ants :)
