Disappointing

It was an open floor plan

Staff was friendly. It’s an affordable option to book for a day at most, there was no other guests. We booked this place to get a transit visa in Sri Lanka but spent the day elsewhere. There was no option to pay by card, only cash.

Very good

Sonny was really accomadating and helped in anyway he could even specific requests for our breakfast and offered us coffee all the time, the pool was a really nice way to relax and cool down after getting out of the 32° heat. Our room had a fridge lots of plug sockets a comfortable bed. It's in a good location being between the lagoon and the waterfront

The main issue we faced in our room which is an easy fix was the bathroom window and balcony door frame had gaps around the frame which if unblocked allowed mosquitos in, we realised this after the first night and stuffed the curtain into it and blocked all the gaps. Problem was solved. Also the sink tap wasn't working but the shower was this also had a tap under the shower so wasn't too much of an issue.

Superb

Hotel with good loacation, nearly airport. It is the best choice, before or after flying. Staff on hotel is very frendly and preapering helf you every time. Hotel room is big also beds. Breakfasts were very tasty.

Very enjoyable and would have no reason not to stay here again.

In these covid times there are very few travellers around so I was alone in the hotel. It meant I had all the attention! But it was certainly good value for money. I only ate breakfast and it was very satisfying for me.

The hotel had no control over the power-cuts. But maybe the wi-fi should have been available during the night, However it was great to have so many cable TV stations to choose from. There is no direct access to the beach. One must walk up the road a little. The pool looked nice but I am not a pool user.

Nice people working there helped us have a good stay.Nice little swimming pool.

The entrance is not easy to locate. The property is close to the beach but there's no access through to the beach as implied by the photos. Showers didnt emit enough water. The stair case is not balustraded and not seem safe for toddlers and young children.

Did not meet expectations - no pool, room was like a cell, avoid

Good location in Negombo

Did not have a pool even though this was advertised, check in process was not welcoming or inviting, room didn't feel clean & was dingy. Room was more like a cell, bathroom did not feel clean, did not have adequate ventilation for steam. Air con stopped working.

Really recommend, if you’re on a budget.

Value for the money, no doubt. Room was pretty, bed was very comfortable. Totally quiet at night!! Personal service, even though the owner/reseptionist struggled a lot with communicating in english, he was amazingly kind and did his best. He helped with everything he could! Heart emoji

There was no internet signal in our room. Only in the reception…..

Stayed for a week. Great bed, huge breakfast nice local vibe

Comfortable large bed, superb service, freshwater pool and fantastic breakfast. If you like interacting with the locals then you can sit on the beach a short walk away with the fishermen and their families away from the hawkers. Sunil was a great host taking care of everything for us

The bathrooms are not European standard and could be cleaner, they functioned well but you just want the surfaces to look a little more cared for.

I would return if in Negombo . A good trip .

Helpful staff. Nice pool ..close to happening area with good bars and restaurants within a short walk . Negombo town is not so far and it has bus and train station .. Ironing facility's and tea on request which is very tasty sri lankan tea .

Just 1 night a little noisy but then it was new year so excusable on such occasions .
