The combination of the central location and the crisp modern finish is the perfect solution for anyone wanting to really visit Bath. With a secure garage and an allocated parking place outside the property, two tranquil double bedrooms (or one double and a twin) this property is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to all the main attractions in Bath and close proximity to the canal towpath this property is the perfect base for all your Bath adventures. Crisp, modern and spacious, this central mews house for 4 with private parking for 2 cars is a straightforward solution to visiting Bath. On a route that rings the city centre, it’s easy to locate and a level 5-10 minute walk to most landmarks.
The entrance leads to a large white open plan kitchen/diner brightly lit from a glass skylight. A glossy white table seats 6 with a matching sideboard. A large sofa seats 3. The pale traditional style fitted kitchen has an induction hob and electric oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher, a small fridge and separate freezer and also a washing machine combined with dryer.
Upstairs are spacious living areas in restful creams, blues and greys. The living room has 2 windows with a leafy aspect onto Bathwick St Mary’s church and the bustle of the city round the corner. There is another large grey sofa to seat 3, an armchair and an occasional chair and a large TV with DVD.
The principal double room at the front of the property has a 5’ double bed and co-ordinating furniture in rich dark wood, with bedside chests, a wardrobe with drawers under, and a large chest of drawers.
The second twin room is tranquil with accents of aqua blue. It has two 3’ single beds that zip and link to become a 6’ double. There is a small wardrobe with drawers under, along with a dressing table and chair.
A large traditional blue and white tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand-basin with storage under and a WC.
Rugby tickets are gold tickets. They are in the covered area so some of the best you can get. The 2 tickets are complimentary for any non discounted stays of 4 nights or longer. Otherwise for discounted stays or stays of 2-3 nights each ticket costs £25 which is a substantial discount. ‘if you are interested in the rugby tickets please email or phone BHR at the time of booking.’

We were very impressed overall. Clean, within 10 minutes walk of the city centre and with two parks within easy reach, great for kids.
Kitchen was excellent, so great for those who want to eat a few meals at home.

Beutiful spacious apartment right next to the Sydney Gardens. Best parking for the whole trip A DEDICATED SPACE!
Living area was bright and airy with all the skylights, comfortable beds and great bathroom. A bit of trouble with the laundry, but thats just me being a spoiled American with our large washers and dedicated dryers.
Host was super responsive and helpful, took care of any and all questions we had!

A very clean and comfortable house in a perfect location. Very well equipped and a welcome gift of milk, cookies and crackers was a nice touch. Traffic noise in the front bedroom was the only slight drawback, but we expected this and is worth the pay off for a prime location. Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great. Enjoyed the lounge upstairs and spent the evening doing a jigsaw which was fun as we all pitched in and finished on our last evening. Such a convenient location, pretty walk to shopping and food areas. Parking right outside and garage a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend this place. Many thanks and warm regards to our hosts 🤗🌺

The property was lovely. Great space and layout and enjoyed being in the house. Information booklet was very helpful.
Only downside was the 2nd parking spot ie the garage as not sure you could actually get a car in there but parked on the church car park for a fee.

Great location
Excellent location, with parking. It was within easy walking distance of the centre and just around the corner from the lovely Holburn Museum. The property is clean, bright and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our visit very much.

This was an absolutely fantastic property for a short stay in Bath. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and equipped and well positioned to enjoy Bath and it's surroundings. Off road parking was a real plus and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe with everything you could need within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

This beautiful mews house was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend with girlfriends in Bath. Great location for walking into the city along the river daytime and nighttime. Everything was great quality, very clean and lovely and warm for a November visit.

Lovely Property
We picked this property as we wanted a dedicated car parking space not far from the centre. The walk in to town was a beautiful 10 minute walk along Great Pulteney Street and a local grocery shop was 10 minutes in the opposite direction. We had everything we needed and had lovely goodies left for us on on our arrival, that was very thoughtful. Communication was good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we are in the area.

Zentrumsnah, sauber, angenehme Atmosphäre
Das Haus war so gelegen, dass man recht schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum war. Leider lag es direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, so dass man für Fenster nicht öffnen könnte oder mit Straßenlärm leben musste. Dies war aus dem Inserat nicht zu erschließen. Dafür war das Haus sehr sauber und alles lief Komplikationslos ab. Vielen Dank

Lovely stay in Bath
We loved our stay at this property! Even though it was just a 10-minute walk from all of the sights it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The property was spacious and modern and very well-equipped, including a washer/dryer in the kitchen. There was a binder full of information that answered any question we needed. We were very comfortable and would return to this property if we ever come back to Bath.

Like home
We stayed at Darlington's for three weeks in September/October 2018 and it felt like being at home. The location is perfect, the house is spacious and fully equipped with everything one may need. Parking just outside the front door is a big plus. Alexa and Ray were always promptly available if there were any issues we needed help with. This is a first class holiday rental which we wholeheartedly recommend.

Lovely stay in a lovely house in Bath
The house was very well located, within easy walking distance of city centre. Nice and clean and modern and with the additional benefit of a parking space. Even the constant rain failed to stop us walking all around the beautiful city! Plenty of places to eat, drink and generally enjoy Bath.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Bath
We had a lovely short break in historic Bath, staying at this fabulous apartment which has all the amenities you could want. Very tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of thought given to comfort and style. We really appreciated the welcome pack and the ability to stay on a couple of hours after normal departure time. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.
