Not so good

Location, the warmth welcome when we arrived after all the details texted first, and the size of the room, which was was pretty big

Not clean(hair, hairs and lenses which were not ours:/), even after a cleaning request at the reception. The furniture are old and stained. Some stuff in the room are dusty. It feels old and not well maintained

Buenas ubicación y habitación muy amplia y completa

Camas extragrandes y cómodas. Habitación muy amplia y lavabo con ducha y bañera grande. En recepción te daban botellas de agua fría gratis. La ubicación muy buena y conectado con todos los medios de transporte (bus, metro).

El segundo día, llegamos sobre las 19h y nos encontraremos que estaban haciendo la habitación. En cuanto nos vieron llegar acabaron el baño y se fueron (no terminaron de hacer camas y demás).

The room was very spacious & enjoyed Netflix - the massage chair + AC. Free bottled water was on hand, very friendly receptionist, well located to metro plus use of a washer & dryer. An enjoyable 4 night stay.

As a suggestion you may like to think about introducing some western items for the breakfast menu such as bread, toaster, jam, juice & cereal as it offers a variety & we noted that you had a number of international guests that you might like to cater for. It seems that Korean breakfast, lunch & dinner all blend into the same meal vs other cultures offer up a more varied variety. Something to consider.

No separation between the toilet and the shower at all so the entire bathroom is flooded after taking a shower. Small towels for shower.

Affordable hotel with a luxurious feel in downtown Busan

Very big room, so spacious, bathroom felt newly renovated. Free laundry service. It exceeded all my expectations. We had stay in small guesthouses in seoul before arriving to Busan so it was amazing t finally have some space in a big hotel room. They also provide free coffee (no milk). Our room had a big bathtub, which we used every night and helped our sore legs (from all the walking). I would stay at a Brown Dot hotel again if I were to visit Busan again (or any smaller city in Korea with a Brown dot chain!).

When I drained out the water from the bathtub, you can see the water exit into the shower and small little worms would come out - not a big deal. We never saw these bug when showering, only when bathtub water was emptied.

the 3-bedroom apartment was quite big

Massage chair was fun to use and definitely a nice perk. The room was VERY spacious and comfortable. Comes equipped with a desk, two chairs, and a small table. Good location, very convenient to public transportation options. I would stay here again.

stinky room

the location was quite good, easy walk to metro or seomyeon street for restaurants and other activities. the staff was very nice and helped us a lot with luggage, taxi and the washing machine.

we did not feel comfortabe in our room, mostly due to it not beeing clean and the urine smell in the bathroom. maybe we just got unlucky with the room, but it really wasn't good for us so we can't give more then 5 points, even if we got provided a great service.

Great value, friendly staff

Sunny was so friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Location was great - quiet but right by a train station. Massage chair and big bathtub were amazing after walking around all day. Bed was firm and super comfortable.

Would have been great to have a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on.
