Loved it so much, we came back

The staff are fantastic, the room is very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is brilliant and the location is great for easy access to Brignole train station or some shopping and restaurants.

Worth noting is that there are three small sets of stairs before you get to the lift so if you have a pushchair and plenty of luggage, you will have to carry them a very short distance.

Struttura accogliente e pulita.

Questo b&b si presenta come un ambiente sanificato e pulito la pulizia si percepisce in ogni angolo della struttura,la colazione è ricca e variegata nulla sembra lasciato al caso.

Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere il bagno privato in camera e non in esterno quindi farsi un pezzo di corridoio attraversando la sala in comune, comunque nulla di insormontabile.

Un B&B da 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tutto. Vicina alla stazione quindi collegata al centro benissimo con la metro, ma anche con una piacevole passeggiata. Bella la camera con tutti i servizi sia in camera (tv con Netflix e Prime, aria condizionata e macchina del caffè, e frigobar con acqua e succhi), che in bagno (prodotti non scontati come lo spazzolino monouso e le ciabatte da camera). Buonissima e varia la colazione dal salato al dolce, con prodotti locali cosa che spesso neanche un quattro stelle fornisce con questa varietà e qualità. Il tutto accompagnato dalla simpatia e gentilezza delle signore che ci hanno accolto.

Wonderful breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent place to stay!

This was the first place we stayed in Italy, and even after staying at six other places, this was by far our favorite! Marina and her crew were wonderful, the breakfast was outstanding, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and convenient. It worked very well for our family of two adults and two kids. Check-in was easy. The complimentary coffee, water and juice for the kids in our rooms was a much appreciated gesture. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Sehr gemütlich, tolles Frühstück - wir wären noch länger geblieben…

Unser Familienzimmer war sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, ebenso wie die allgemeinen Bereiche. Das Frühstück ist genauso hervorzuheben: es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet. Es gab lokale Spezialitäten, frische Früchte, Süßes, Herzhaftes - es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Check-in hat durch eine gute Anleitung sehr gut funktioniert. Ebenso haben wir Tipps zum Parken und Essengehen erhalten.

Великолепно!!!

Останавливались у Марины на 2 ночи. До круиза и после. Очень все понравилось. Есть утюг, сейф, фен, тапочки, зубная щётка с пастой очень много всяких милых мелочей в комнате и в ванне. Марина посоветовала где можно рядом поужинать. Всё просто замечательно. Даже комнату нам приготовили раньше времени.

Beautiful bed and breakfast accommodation with everything thought of for a very comfortable stay.

The lovely host, Marina, had thought of absolutely everything a traveller could need! So many nice little touches and generous provisions. Super clean too. The best selection at breakfast that we ever had during our 4 weeks travelling in Italy. Quiet, calm and restful surroundings. Absolutely beautiful.

Excellent gem of a stay

Host was excellent and gave us good instructions to follow when we arrived at the property. The property was really clean and well looked after. The breakfast was an excellent choice. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location to the train station was very excellent. The walk into town was less than 10 mins. Very impressed and would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay..

Hidden super find in Genoa!

This was a gem of a find! We got great instructions from Marina on how to gain access to the rooms in this beautiful old house. Once inside you almost felt like you were entering a spa! There was a beautiful aroma coming from a steamer that permeates the reception area. Bedroom really nice and loads of extras all included in the price, like toiletries, water, juice, sweets and lots of goodies in the reception area. The breakfast was super with a very large selection to choose from. Marina and the two ladies working there make a huge effort to ensure guests are happy here. Location and price were also excellent. Can definitely recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed! Marina also gave recommendations for restaurants nearby which we tried and were very happy with.

Fantastic stay in beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean rooms with exceptional service.

The service was impeccable; welcoming on arrival and friendly throughout our stay. It's situated in a stunning, characterful old building. The rooms and common area are really clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast provided was lovely. Great location too.

Nice clean apartment

We didn't know that it was shelf check in, but everything worked out good. Marina contacted us many times if we were OK. The apartment is in the old historical building with the old style lift which was a new experience to us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Under 10mins walk from the Brignole station. Would stay again when we visit Genova.

Welcoming stay in heart of Genoa

Felt really looked after and very welcomed. Beautiful room In a beautiful building in heart of Genoa. Excellent facilities - lots of extra touches like sweets for children (and grown ups!) and nibbles on offer in lounge room. Spotlessly clean. Sweet balcony. Much appreciated coffee maker. Excellent heart breakfast with a selection of Genovan sweet delicacies. Great communication with owner before and during. A PERFECT place to stay.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. Room was great and very clean, beds were soooooo confortable. Breakfast was so diverse it was hard to try everything. But Marina and her team was amazingly helpful and caring.

Amazing stay in Genova

Very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast buffet is gorgeous. The room was very clean and silent. The self-checkin worked flawlessly, the instructions from the staff were very clear. I recommend using the elevator, it is an experience :)

Very clean, functional room with great aircon and bathroom. Great facilities and location. The ladies running it are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and delicious! Check in/out was no problem. Highly recommend this property. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again if in Genoa.

Lovely room in Genoa.

Our spacious room was in a stylish apartment on the third floor of a 19th century palazzo with antique features, near the station in Genoa. The apartment was beautifully and imaginatively decorated with attractive pictures, lights and furniture, and a sitting room suitable for children. We had almost no sound from the trains even though they were close by. Our hostess was very helpful and gave us excellent dinner recommendations nearby. Breakfast had lots of good choice and there were sweet treats available all day. We were there for four nights and found plenty to see in Genoa. The room was good value for city centre. The old city was within walking distance, with museums, palazzos, cathedral and historic monuments. Easy bus ride from the airport to the nearby bus and train station.

Like many Italian apartment buildings, the lift does not go down to the level of the front door. There were about twenty steps to the lift. Not a problem if you can manage your luggage and are fit.

top notch rooms. very pretty. clean. smells great. very well equipped. down to the little details like cotton buds, a stool in the shower. juices and little snacks if we want. perfect for a longer stay. only regret is I only stayed here for one night. Staff (Marina) has been super helpful and friendly.

The place was amazing. everything was clean and very well thought through. The Room was spacious, with a little balcony, that we did not even expect. We wished that we could stay longer. staff was super nice and the breakfast was everything that you could wish for. walking distance to old town (about 15 min). great if you are travelling by train, the train station is only 5 min by foot.

Lovely family friendly place!

Very clean and immaculate hotel. Very friendly owners, very quiet location. Beautiful decor and appreciated coffee machine and fridge in room.

Some blackout blinds or shutters to the windows would be great and air conditioning in the breakfast room.
