It's a bright, modern well laid out townhouse in a great location.
Missing a sharp knife for cooking and the coffee pot needs replacing (missing handle). Small things!

This was a great homebase for our family to visit all of the wonders of Connemara. There was plenty of room to spread out when we needed space and walking to the restaurants, shops, and sites in Clifden was very easy. We had no problem finding parking spots and being right off of the Galway road made venturing to other area attractions super convenient. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Very nice house in a good location close to town and all amenities. Well presented and equipped, easy walking distance to shops and bars with plenty of free parking adjacent to the property.

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a very convenient and central location in Clifden and was in excellent condition - really enjoyed our stay!

Nothing but good things to stay about our week in the D4 station house property. House was spotless. Bedding and towels spotless and beds very comfortable. Great location. Always got parking. Plenty to see and do in the area. We would definitely return

The house is as advertised. Easy to access and park, good location near the city center. Interior was clean and plenty of accessories available. Beautiful brightness. Only downside, the wifi did not always allow a good Netflix TV connection. We had a mishap of a water leak on the kitchen ceiling. Very well taken care of by the owners. Quick and efficient that didn't have a big impact on our stay. Thanks to them.

Lovely property in a great location
We had a great time in this lovely property. We had everything we needed and the location is super, only a 5 minute stroll to the centre of town. This is our second time in this property and we will be looking to book it again next year.

Excellent location for trips around Connemara yet within walking distance of all restaurants & pubs
This townhouse is centrally located, beautifully furnished, clean & very comfortable. It is situated over 3 floors above a rental shop style unit opposite the entrance to the Station House Hotel. Lots of free parking very close to the property with views over the Station House complex. We spent 5 nights in early September & enjoyed some quiet days wandering around the little shops & cafes of Clifden & on other days ventured further afield to explore to Kylemore Abbey (about 20 mins drive), Cleggan, Ballyconneeley & Roundstone. Glorious countryside with stunning colors of the natural flora & vegetation. A really lovely accommodation with guests' comfort foremost. We look forward to returning. A huge thank you to Samahtha & the Connemara Lettings Team for looking after us so well.

So fehlten uns v.a.

I expected more
The location was perfect.
I wouldn’t say the house was ‘fitted out to the highest standard’. In fact it was the poorest I have come across in about a decade of renting houses around Ireland.
The beds were very comfortable. There was ample hanging space in each of the bedrooms.. However, apart from drawers in the bedside lockers there were no drawers for jumpers, T-shirt’s etc. The master bedroom had a table but no chair. The room was large enough to accommodate a chest of drawers, which is a basic requirement when clients, like us, have clothes for a week.
Luckily the weather was quite mild most of the week we were there. We needed to turn on the heat a few evenings and found the system very complicated, particularly the bathroom radiators. The living room radiator got barely lukewarm despite showing 20*.
More than 2 presses in the kitchen were given over to glasses. - approximately 60, of varying shapes and sizes - we did manage to find 4 matching wine glasses! There was no press left empty for food. The overall impression this gave was of carelessness and ‘this will do them’attitude.
It’s the little things that count in this business. When we discovered that the toilet paper rolls in both bathrooms were half empty it told us a lot.
Because of Covid 19 I expected that prices would be a bit higher than usual this September. I was satisfied to pay the much inflated price in the belief that we were getting a high standard of accommodation but was let down. A few small changes would make a big difference.

Great stay at a comfortable, well equipped and centrally located house
We liked the property a lot. It was nicely furnished and very well equipped (although we couldn’t find a dryer to hang our washing on). Web description was accurate and the staff at the agency very pleasant and helpful. We’d stay there again.

A Gem
Traveling in Ireland for 30 days and this was one of the best places I stayed. Well stocked kitchen, location to everything, parking. So good was its location that i walked everywhere. Very quiet and modern. The property mgmt group and the owner were top notch in responding when there was an issue with the heater and hot water. Traveling is never perfect, however, it is perfect when the response time is close to immediate. This place and the owner/property management folks are gems, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay in Clifden Town House
We a group of 5 adults stayed in this property in Clifden. We found the location excellent. The lounge plus kitchen is open plan. The kitchen was modern,well-equipped.The lounge combined with the kitchen was exceptionally clean, bright, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The Wifi was excellent. We found there was a welcome pack there comprising milk, fruit etc when we arrived. This was greatly appreciated as we had come a long distance and after we had unpacked were able to have a cup of tea.Yvonne and her staff were most efficient, welcoming and approachable and we would like to thank them as they made our stay most enjoyable.I would certainly recommend this property to others.

Lovely stay in Clifden
We had a lovely week during our stay in August in the Station House in Clifden. The apartment was perfect for both of us and our three children. It was in a good location, perfectly clean and there was even fresh milk and bread available for us in the evening we arrived. We did need to contact the letting agent on two occasions while there and the service was exceptional and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We would totally recommend this location and would happily go again.

Nice flat great location but needs some work
Flat is comfortable & in pretty good condition but needs maintenance. The hob is virtually impossible to use, the blinds in the second bedroom don’t work at all & the kitchen is badly equipped with no sharp knives & no pot big enough for lobster. A bit disappointing given the price. The location is excellent & we would return if they could fix the relatively minor problems

A home away from home in the centre of Clifden.
We stayed in a comfortable, clean and convenient townhouse with all mod cons. The location is central in Clifden, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shops and other amenities, by foot. I highly recommend this townhouse and the letting agency.

Excellent stay in Clifden Town House
I highly recommend this Town House to stay in.We a family of 5 had a wonderful time while there. The house was perfectly located in order to explore both Clifden itself(cultural events, beautiful shops, fine dining, traditional music etc) as well as Connemara.
Both Yvonne and Robbie were most welcoming and helpful in every way and very thoughtfully had left a welcome pack of convenience groceries, milk, bread etc. This was greatly appreciated as we had travelled a long journey. All information was available to us in relation to current Clifden events as well as outdoor activities, sightseeing, walks, cycling, tours, scenic routes etc. This enabled us to make full use of our time while on a short break.
The property is airy, light, very clean with attention to detail. There is free parking,The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable. The lounge is spacious and accommodated us 5 adults comfortably.
We look forward to a return visit.

A week in Clifden
The location is perfect for a West of Ireland break, with easy access to all of the Towns facilities. The apartment is within touching distance of the Leisure Centre and Theatre which both of the Children loved, and the hospitable atmosphere of the Station House Restaurant, Bar and music venue, none of which could be heard from the apartment. Parking available to all surrounding areas of the apartment and a two minute work to the centre of Town. We have already started making plans for next year. The customer service was second to none, and we felt part of the Connemara Lettings family by the time that we left.
We will, without doubt, be back in touch with Yvonne very soon, and have already recommended her and her team to others since our return home. We look forward to meeting up again very soon.
