This is a corner unit, with a wrap around terrace off the living room and master bedroom, it overlooks the Gulf with magnificent sunset views. The 2nd bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the bay and PierPark.

Property was nice and all areas were very clean. Condo was clean and very spacious. The owner or property management definitely need to upgrade the towels. The bath towels are very small and cheap. Only complaint about the cleanliness is as we were leaving and stripped the sheets from the king bed we noticed the mattress pad was stained. Not sure about the other beds as we only used the king bed. This should be washed after each guest. I will now check these at checkIn in the future. Otherwise enjoyed the visit.

We encountered a strong smell in master bedroom and bathroom, could not use while we were there; emerald service very very poor , we had no issue was not very clean either. Also the front door doesn't seal well because it was a consistent noise coming from wind blowing or noise outside.

We have stayed in several AQUA units over the years and love the 11’s. This unit in need of some repairs and housekeeping needs fired. We had to wash every glass, plates, and silverware/ utensils that we were going to use. A chair in the living room is broken, there is black mold on one of the bathroom ceilings, mold around the shower, mold on the inside of the other shower curtain, a continuous wet place in the carpet going into a bathroom, a sewer gas smell coming from a bathroom and a CONDOM BOX in one of the nightstands. I called Emerald Coast and the lady I spoke to seemed sort of unconcerned. I have plenty of photos to share, and I would really like a refund for the cleaning fee I was charged. I won’t rent from this company again.

The condo was as it was shown in the photos, but photos do not tell everything. There is quite a wind whistle noise from the door. Also it would be nice to have an inside lock on it. The main furniture is nice looking but the cushions are so worn that you need to sit on a couple of pillows so your butt doesn't hit the floor. Also the bed covering is extremely heavy and stained. It seems like it is a packing blanket that movers use. As for the facility itself, the outdoor pool was closed since painting and repairs were being done. One last thing to watch for...the last step coming up from the beach has dropped about 1 1/2 inches on the left side. 2 of my visiting grandchildren and myself caught our toe on it and tumbled into the back railing.

Breathtaking place to live away from home. the view on a balcony looking out at the beach and the sunrise in the morning and the moon set in the evening is so beautiful and breathtaking. the condom was very very clean. Set up in the condo is beautiful. it's a place if you were going with family, couple, or single person you would enjoy this place. It was times I did not want to leave the condo and just sit in the balcony. There are other service that's available on site for gas besides those two swimming pools the gym the snake bar and of course the beach the condo is full of types of Beach items that you can take on the beach that you may want to use. You have your own beach chairs and umbrella compliment daily. Easy access in and out of the condo no have to wait on long. Time to go up and down the elevator everyone is pleasant there all the workers people that operate the condo are so pleasant
I attend Panama City every year for five to six nights and I this was my first time staying here but I will be going back again and I will be staying at this place.
And I am kind of all over my friends and family of this place and location.

Loved the style and amenities of this condo. Plenty of blankets, towels, and great sleeping space. An end unit with big outdoor balcony and nice chairs. You will love watching the sunset here!
The elimination of going to pick up a key or check in/out, since it's a keypad is super nice and convenient. This is a fabulous location in the area and the Aqua has nice pools and amenities.
Suggestion - needs new knives, they are all very dull, otherwise it was well stocked. There is not alot of surface space - as it's filled with decor. It's nice, but needed a few more flat surfaces to unpack our things.

Great location being on the beach but some little things that could be improved with property: broken chair in living room with seat caved in, broken ice dispenser for fridge, broken lamp in bedroom number two with exposed sharp glass. Check in time is at 4pm and check out time is 9am, definitely think that is unfair to the member for paying that day and wouldn’t consider that the normal check in/check out times for resorts and Air BnBs. The bunk beds that offer additional sleeping area is kept in the size of a walk in closet so pictures are a bit deceiving but I understand that’s why it’s listed as a two bedroom.

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly what we wanted. It was spacious, decorated beautifully. The only down side was the construction going on at the Aqua.
We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Aqua before and as usual, we enjoyed it! Our unit was clean and well-stocked. We will return again!

There were a few minor issues that could easily be resolved. First the master bathroom shower was stopped up. My husband found a plunger and fixed that issue. The second bathroom shower is extremely small for the humongous shower head. When you turn on the shower the water comes out on the floor. The rug in the living room was very dirty. There’s a wall that blocks your view which was disappointing.
In the past, I’ve stayed at Calypso which is next door but decided to give Aqua a try. It’s unlikely I will return.

This condo was so nice, it looked just like the photos on the website. We have never stayed at the aqua before, but we will definitely be back. We had plenty of space and rooms in our condo, plus our view was fantastic, the pools/hot tub was super nice along with the store downstairs. Needless to say I would love to stay at this condo again. We had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at various condos all along the PCB area for over 20 yrs. This was our first at Aqua. The complex is great and this unit was first class! The floor plan worked very well. Not only was the kitchen well stocked but the closet with beach supplies had everything we needed even chairs and umbrellas that we used after the beach service took the chairs late in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!

Condo was really nice. Needs some updates and a little maintenance. The ice cube dispenser was frozen solid, and most of the ice cube holder inside the freezer was one mass of ice. Could definitely use a new blender. Also, we couldn't figure out how to turn off the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The one major problem, the temperature inside the condo, was taken care of after 4 days of temps going up to 85+ degrees between 7pm and 3am. Little and inexpensive upgrades would make a huge difference. Other than that the condo was really nice, along with the complex and pools. We washed all the dishes and appliances before using after noticing many of them were dirty.

This unit was at a perfect location on the beach & walking distance to pier park! Condo was spacious! The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not great. The master bathrooms shower curtain had a large amount of mold & the tub drained very slowly. The base boards were molding as well. The master beds mattress had a large stain without a mattress cover! Linens were left on the sofa bed from the previous people which was disgusting because I had to change those sheets myself. The mattress pad on the sofa bed was soiled as well. The unit was extremely hot at night & we could not sleep due to the heat. We were instructed to keep the thermostat on 70 in which we did, BUT at night the thermostat would not go below 75! Other than those fixable inconveniences, we liked our stay. For the price, I’d liked for the cleanliness & comfort to have been better.

Loved everything about this property and the condo. The views were amazing and Aqua is perfectly located to enjoy Pier Park. Kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is the wind noise around the door during high winds. However, this didn’t affect our stay.

Unit was perfect for our group of multiple baseball families. Decor was gorgeous and very well thought out. Bunk room was a hit with the kids. Pleasantly surprised at how large the bunk beds were. Double room was a bit deceiving by the pics online as it looks as if it is an oceanfront room as well when actually it is a street view. Would not deter us from renting again however. Only complaint was bathrooms: Main bath had a molded shower curtain as well as mold in and around tub. Guest bath had mold in shower. Walls in kitchen were quite dirty around trash can and high traffic. Something that could easily be fixed by cleaning crew. Even with small complaints we will for sure book this unit again. Thank you for a great week of baseball at the beach!

Until I contacted owner January 22 ....nothing had been done since January 1....Unit was not clean ....dryer broke moldy towels ...ice maker didn’t work even when I left February 28...they tried 5 times to fix it..dishwasher didn’t work until replaced....broiler didn’t work until replaced...nasty dirty hot pads in drawer...I had to change and pay for all batteries in remotes and smoke detector....old tvs... can openers didn’t work....shower drain and stopped up til water ran on floor

We rented the condo for one week from Saturday-Saturday the first week in May. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and everything worked as expected.The condos pictures are a little deceiving. I thought the balcony and the size of the condo were small. We rent a condo on the beach every year and this was the first time there were no supplies. Usually there is a spice rack, extra trash bags, some extra toilet paper, and if there is a filtered coffee pot, filters are provided. We had to buy dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, 300 coffee filters, trash bags and hand soap. We obviously did not use it all in a week so we left it behind. I am not sure if it is taken or is still left there. This is the first time we have stayed in Florida in over 10 years so this may be typical. Also, I was unaware there is an annual motorcycle rally there at this time. I go on vacation to get rest and relaxation and it was impossible to do so.The amenities were nice. The chairs on the beach were an added bonus. It is a central location and if you like bars and shopping this would be ideal.

We had a great time. We had a couple issues that were dealt with. One thing to be aware of is you can’t get into shower before turning it on. It will spray out the door getting in if you do. We had a wet spot on arrival that we had to put towels down between bathroom and bedroom to absorb the water. Bedroom carpets could use a cleaning. Overall a very nice unit. Views are spectacular.

This is a great property that is just beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and provides great opportunities to see beautiful sunsets on the large balcony. From our high perched view, we we’re able to see some sharks and manatees in the water. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens in the condos we’ve stayed in.
The only complaints I have are the dryer doesn’t dry well, and the shower drains are very slow. However, these two complaints wouldn’t prevent me from renting this place again. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The property it’s very beautiful we like the pools the hot tub the view was breathtaking . The code for the gate to the pool and fitness center that they gave us it was wrong , The apartment needs a lot of cleaning , the dryer doesn’t work at all . If we will return for sure not in this apartment .

The Good- This condo is beautiful and was the perfect layout for my family. It is well stocked with almost anything you need. The Bad- The barn door in the bunk room fell off the first day we were there. Luckily, it was me and not my 4 year old standing there when he fell. The vent in the master bedroom was not blowing out cold air. The temp in the master was significantly higher than the rest of the condo. The master bath smelled like cigarette smoke for the first few days. It was so strong and obvious that the previous guest had used it to smoke in. Maintenance did promptly respond and fix the door and confirmed the air was not working properly, however, we did not hear anything about the air being fixed for the entire week. A couple days into our stay, I checked on my daughter in the top bunk before going to sleep myself. To my surprise I found a massive amount of ants crawling around my daughter and up and down the wall beside her. This was very upsetting! I have pictures of the amount of ants that was in bed with her and made the property manager aware. By the end of the week, my family of four was sleeping in the living room due to ants in the bunk room and the master being uncomfortably hot. So much for the perfect layout! I only received a “sorry we will let maintenance know” reply and no additional follow up. The gate codes we were provided in our check in info were not correct. We had to call security to get into the parking garage and other guests were kind enough to give us the correct gate codes to access the beach and pool area. Also, my mother’s shoes were stolen by the gate in the pool area. Not the condos fault just be careful leaving items unattended. A camera was directly in front of the gate. We called security but did not receive any follow up.

This condo was in a great location with many nice places to eat close by. The condo was nice but there was a issue with tiny ants in both bathrooms, the dryer had to be turned on 3 to 4 times before clothes were dry, the only entry code that worked was the one to the condo, the one for the garage and to the pool area did not work. The corner unit was nice but you could only see down the beach in one direction. Could not see either pool when looking down from this unit. Overall it was a nice unit with a great view of the pier and amazing sunsets!

My 3 teenage children and I absolutely loved this condo. It was very clean, had plenty of room, had everything we needed and more. The corner balcony is fantastic and we also enjoyed the street view balcony. Would definitely stay here again.
