This beautiful traditional chalet was built in 2001 and is a much-loved family second home. It is comfortably furnished and can easily accommodate up to three families. The views from the chalet are outstanding, looking across uninterrupted to Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Midi. It is at the end of a private road, making it very quiet, and very safe for children, with space to run around outside in the large back garden and ample tobogganing opportunities. All towels and linen, as well as cleaning, are included in the cost.
Combloux is a short walk away, with excellent bakeries, shops, small supermarket and a choice of restaurants. It boasts France's first ecological swimming lake - a great place to relax in the summer.
Megeve is a 10 minute drive away and has a large selection of superb restaurants. The whole area offers a whole range of winter and summer activities - skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, white water rafting, horse riding - and all in the most amazing Alpine scenery.

We were five friends who rented this lovely chalet for the Tour The France week. I must say the chalet is even nicer than it looks in the pictures, and everything worked smoothly both before and during our stay. The view from the chalet must be seen to be believed, and everything inside is in perfect condition. Unless you are looking for a nearby party atmosphere I will highly recommend this Chalet for a perfect holiday in the French Alps

Ten family and friends recently spent a week in this property for a ski holiday. Photos on site don’t do justice to property as it is beautiful with superb accommodation and stunning views of Mont Blanc region. Communication with owner was great and property manager (Bertrand) was on hand to help/offer advice in the location.
Ten minute drive to ski resorts, similar walking time to lovely bars, restaurants and shops.
Sauna was an added bonus for some of our group after a hard day’s skiing.
Cannot fault the property and would love the chance to book again.

Perfect location in Combloux

Séjour très agréable,
Chalet très bien, très agréable, très propre. Nous étions 13 personnes + 2 bébés. Chalet assez grand pour nous tous, les enfants pouvaient jouer sans nous déranger. Chalet bien situé avec une très belle terrasse ensoleillée et une superbe vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour. Merci aussi pour la très grande disponibilité du propriétaire. Très belles vacances !!!

We very much enjoyed our stay is this cosey and spacious chalet. Combloux is a nice village , bakery and stores on walking distance. Very nice valley for skiing as well, we will come back for sure!

Sejour parfait malgré les remontées fermées
Nous avons loué ce chalet une semaine pour 8 et ce fut une excellente expérience. Le chalet est grand et aménagé de façon très agréable. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la pièce principale très spacieuse. Le propriétaire a été disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions notamment en termes d'équipements sur place. Nous conseillons sans hésitation.

Un super chalet pour des vacances en famille
Un séjour "comme à la maison" dans ce superbe chalet conforme à la description.
A 200 m du centre et de la navette pour la station. Terrain autour pour faire de la luge. Comme Paul le mentionne, attention à l'accès en cas de neige. Nous avions choisi de garer les voitures en centre ville tout proche pour ne pas rester bloqués et tout c'est bien passé. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Paul est un propriétaire très sympa, compréhensif et réactif. Bref une très bonne adresse. Nous reviendrons !

Vue superbe sur le Mont-Blanc
Chalet agréable, très bien situé ( à l'entrée de Combloux, en retrait de la route) à quelques Kms de Megève et commerces à proximité. Beaucoup d'activités de montagne possibles ( VTT, Parapente, Canyoning, Lac Biotop...). Bien aménagé pour familles avec enfants. Très bon niveau d'équipement, le sauna est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses avec Salle de bain individuelle et une vue topissime du Mont-Blanc.

Très beau chalet à 6 minutes du centre
A 6 minutes à pied du centre de Combloux, pour prendre la navette gratuite pour le domaine skiable. Très beau chalet, confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location avec vue sur le Mont Blanc.

Excellent stay
We loved to stay at this house. It was spacious , clean , extremely well equipped with good beds and lovely showers and communication was very good. Not to forget the ski boot warmers :) Because of the snow our kids could do some tobagging in the garden. Also because of the snow we needed the snow chains but so did almost everybody in combloux so no problems there . We already booked for next year I guess that says it all.

It is a superb chalet with plenty of space. The view from the main living area is incredible. James Bond style shutters in the main living area open up to a quite stunning view across the valley to Mt Blanc and neighbouring mountains. The chalet is well equipped with a big open fire, ski storage (incl. a boot drier), good Wi-Fi, and even a sauna that heats up quickly. The kitchen is spacious and connects open-plan to the dining / living area. There are plenty of bathrooms and comfy bedrooms, with lots of options for various adult / children combinations. The local town of Combloux is lovely (and has a fantastic open 'ecological' pool - I have visited here in summer too). Megeve is also close and has plenty of fancy shops and restaurants. For skiing, the Princess lift is just up the road and gives quick access, and seemingly no queues, to the Megeve area (you can walk to this lift, although it is much easier to drive for about 3 minutes as there is a big car park).

Great location (close to slopes & easy transfer from Geneva), scenic views and superbly equipped. Ideal for families or larger groups with plenty of room to socialise & relax. Also came here for a summer break a couple years ago - similarly attractive at a different time of year. Highly recommended.

It is a superb chalet with plenty of space. The view from the main living area is incredible.
