we are a family or 2 adults, a baby and 2 toddlers . we booked two room as we always do on holidays. when we got to the hotel the two ladies at the reception told us we were going to stay in two different rooms. wait, is this really happening? we r a family of five . after a long flight with three kids you really don’t want to have this sort of issue. we all needed a rest . anyway, we booked two rooms and you guys place us in two different rooms??????? what sort of holidays is that? disgrace. horrible. never again , this is the first time in years of travelling on holidays that such a thing like this happened, the hotel staff blamed on Booking.com saying they never let the hotel know we were a family . it doesn’t make sense to me . the only good things about the hotel are the restaurant staff and the food , they never clean the rooms, they just change towels and make the bed , not even soup bar to wash hands was given after they were gone. bad reception and extremely bad management. never again and I’ll write reviews everywhere about what happened , oh and guess what ? we stayed in two separate rooms far far far from where I thought we were going to stay, hundreds of steps to climb with a baby and no lift or pram facility . horrible experience. if you are a family looking for a nice clean hotel , good reception , good people to manage any issue that comes on the way , don’t stay there . be also aware that if you book two rooms they can and will place you guys in two different room apart from each other , even in different floors.
location is too far from the rest of the island , rooms don’t get clean and rude reception staff, and they never sorted us out by putting us in a two bedroom suite all together. they actually don’t care

Good choice
Entertainment was very poor
9.0 / 10.0
the pool was small but nice, the food was decent and as a vegetarian I had plenty to eat. The cocktails were nice and we had a really good time.
The bed was very hard, the entertainment was fine but not great especially the magic show

Food was terrible pork and fish almost everyday no vegetables to go with meals or gravy

The apartment was a great size. Wide selection for breakfast. Dinner was nice enough for All Inc.
The hotel is quite run down. The pool bar ‘lunch’ passes for a snack. And you could only get a snack in between meals if you times it right. Daytime food disappears very quickly - miss it, miss out.

the rooms were spacious and clean. Located on the coast, at coast pathwalk nice for walking, running etc. Food was also quite ok. Generally good value for money.
Rooms need to refurbish. AC only in bedroom, so person sleeping on sofas would be without it. So, in hot months be careful with that. Pools were not heated, so in winter months do not expect to spend much time in them. Would be great to show the temperature. Coffee is horrible. Even if you pay for espresso. I think that pasta was also not very good, looked like the cheap pasta for cooking was used. Smoking permitted at tables in canteen (outside area). So we were forced to eat inside.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, right on the ocean and open enough if you want to go into town. Drinks are included and they are okay.
The restaurant couldn’t had more variety. With it being the only restaurant on the island, I definitely shouldn’t have been eating the same breakfast everyday.

Rooms had a beatiful sea view worth paying extra for it. It was clean in the rooms. Tasty and good cakes selection for dinner.
Extra charges. 7€ for Wi-Fi access for one device. 10€ deposit for air con remote. Had to change rooms due to malfunctioning aircon. First had to wait for engineer. Having to stay in hot stuffy room while could be moved immediately to the other room. Finally forced to pack and run between reception just to be moved to the room few doors away. The tub in the bathroom was wobbly, cracking on the seal. Juice machines empty running with water only. Mediocre food.

The location is nice and peaceful, the food was nice and the staff were helpful.
The Entertainment/Animation was very poor!
Also no double beds(2 singles pushed together) and the rooms very bare. The Hotel in general is old and needs updated, especially the pool/bar/Entertainment areas.

in the pool bar and covered in flys
Drinks were disgusting had to pay extra .

Nothing this was the worst hotel you've been in my live. For me, 4 stars? Is 1 only.
Food not good. Feel cheap products. We all had stomach problems after eating. On the third day we started eating outside the hotel. Dirty in the rooms. There is a hole in the bathtub. Mattresses awful. Pillows as if they weren't there. Staff tragic. They want a deposit of 10 € for the air conditioning remote control! And in 3 of our rooms the air conditioning was not working for the whole stay. We did not get any compensation. Even for the key to the spa with one jacuzzi like from the 90s, they want a deposit. I can write more ... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel complex with nicely kept garden. Location is very quiet, seaside, close to other hotel resorts and other touristic parts.
I booked room with sea view. Room was very big - living room with balcony, bedroom, bathroom, very clean. View was amazing!
Food was great- nice selection, every day different lunch and dinner, not too salty. Breakfast repeated, but it offered it all - salty, sweet, fruits, pancakes..
Hotel needs modernisation, it is outdated but all is functioning. Wifi should be in rooms, not only lobby.

The hotel has lots of parking spaces for free. Hotel has its own "private" beach with many loungers and umbrellas for free for hotel guests. The beach has quite challenging rocky entry into the ocean.
If you are all inclusive, you might eat at dining place, pool bar or take drink at self-service bar. At dinners, there was many times an additional table with a special food. They were changing types of food during week.
The room furniture is outdated with no free wifi. Wifi is free just at the reception. We had a broken lock on a balcony doors. Television program is just in Spanish or French. You have to give deposit (10 eur) for a remote control for air-condition.
The beach is private for the hotel, but very dirty and the hotel staff is not cleaning it. Every morning, I was able to collect a full glass of cigarettes just around my umbrella.
The hotel has a range of animation program every day. Even though animators know a lot languages, they forget to translate into english and majority of time just speak Spanish/French. This was quite tricky during music quiz, as they many times forgot to say category of music to guess.
We were missing bananas for breakfast (even though bananas were available for lunch and dinner). The coffee tasted like a cocoa and cocktails drinks were really bad.
