It was relatively new, clean and well maintained.
The staff were nice and helpful.
We enjoyed the roofed terrace/balcony where we could stay in the shade and breeze when it was too hot outside.
The English and continental breakfast choices, although convenient, got a bit boring after a few days so it would be nice to see some variations to it.

Breakfast was the same every day, but there were many items to choose, so everyone could find something they like.
Frequent room cleaning and towels change.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Clean swimming pool. Quiet area but within walking distance to the beach.
The same breakfast every day, but wide choice so not such a big problem.
Our balcony on higher floor didn't have roof, so during rain, there was water and it was impossible to sit there. Thankfully, we had another balcony downstairs.

We just loved everything here. Maybe the reason is we didn't expect much and we were just too happy on holidays.
The "English breakfast" could be less English and more Greek, with more home-made ingredients.

Very kind and abliging staff, excellent breakfast.
We were there in the beginning of May and the room was a bit cold, but other than that everything was awesome😃😀😀

Have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Tria Adelfia. Philip, Helen & Yannis are the most welcoming, friendly, kind & professional hosts you could wish to meet. From the moment we were collected at the airport, until our transfer back, we could not fault a thing at this beautiful complex. We would thoroughly recommend and are already looking forward to our next visit.

As a short description (This place is run by a family business that lives in paradise place and makes you feel like in paradise as well). Philip, Helen and Yannis (their son) were just exceptional, they made you feel so comfortable; their food and their kindness were beyond description.
I also recommend (if you need) a car renting service (cars are new and clean) from them as well.

We liked the breakfast selection, except the tinned fruit. The pool was very good. The staff were very obliging.
The bathroom was very small and needed updating.

The property was lovely, well maintained and the owners were fabulous. So friendly and accommodating. They made sure we didn’t want for anything, helping with bookings taxis/transfers and ensuring we had everything we needed to make our holiday relaxing. We were sad to leave.
We loved everything about our stay and plan to come back

The family running Tria Adelphia were exceptionally hospitable. The hotel is situated in a lovely area, with multiple shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. We loved our room, which was cosy and clean and had a kitchenette. The pool is big and deep.
The bed was two single beds pushed together with a gap in a middle. Also people in the flat upstairs kept on dragging furniture around on the tile floor, which was very uncomfortable and noisy and woke us up many times. So I'd recommend furniture glides to be installed!

Pool, people, value for money.
Mosquitos (no nets). Air conditioning without remote, so you have to get out of your bed to switch a key on or off and, of course, you cannot control temperature or fan speed.

Location is very nice, located close to the beach withing reasonable walkable distance (approx. 1 km).
Everything is very clean and organized, location has a big pool and a nice terrace with Mediterranean flowers.
Breakfast was ok, English style, but they had a pretty reasonable selection. On our last day, power was off so we didn't expect any breakfast, however they had everything prepared and we really appreciated.
Owners are really nice and helpful, they are seem to be always there when you need something.
We had twin beds which is not advisable for a couple.
Beds were a little unconformable, but I am really sensitive to hard mats, so perhaps that's not really a problem for someone else.

Philippe and Eleni and Ioannis great hosts
same breakfast every day

Thank you to Philip and his family for the kind and friendly approach. The calm and quiet atmosphere of the apartment is suitable for everyone who loves quiet places. Last night we had the opportunity to get to know Philip better and we had good feeling from it after the conversation.
We had to pay extra for the trezor. The breakfast from 9 was little bit late for us.

The breakfast was so lovely, full English or continental and Phillip and Elanna couldn't do enough for us. Always asking if everything was ok and did we have enough breakfast. The room was absolutely spotless and the apartment was so clean and cleaned every day. The swimming pool was so clean too and what a welcome when we came back from the hot beach. Lamb Spit Roast on the Sunday was unbelievable and definitely recommend. To be perfectly honest, this is a lovely apartment and definitely recommend. We had little Sons years ago and thought the walk would be a pain but not a all and going back just the two of us absolutely perfect. Yannis is so lovely to and he will do a transfer from the airport and so much cheaper than anyone else. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Philip & Helen are so welcoming and helpful.
Nothing.

The location was near enough to Arillas beach, shops etc, but far enough away to avoid any noise and crowds. Great pool and sun terrace. Our free breakfast (as part of a special offer) was a nice bonus. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, who were always on hand to help. Nice bar/restaurant with cable TV.
Self catering facilities are basic. No TV in the room

Typical Greek accommodation . Cleaned to a high standard..we stayed self catering but ate breakfast occasionally at Tria. every meal was cooked fresh.
The evening meals were exceptional, cooked fresh and excellent value . My favourites were the daily specials .The roast stuffed pork.served with roast potatoes and vegetables was my particular favourite.along with the legendary spit roast lamb on Sunday. !
It's a 15 minute walk to the beach .you don't need a car. We like to nose in gardens to see what they are growing 😅
We used Tria's transfers. Met at the airport and taken back . .Excellent service !
Plenty of sun beds around the swimming pool.
A lovely family and very friendly . We will definitely return .

The staff are awesome. They are very helpful, friendly and kind.
The water is continuously flowing on the toilet bowl and sometimes I can't sleep because of the noise it makes.

Perfect location and incredible and kind customer oriented staff ready to serve and sort out any doubt or issue.
Restaurant food is really good value and swimming pool is huge!
Breakfast is exactly the same everyday and shower closure could be better to avoid water floating out.

Nice Pool
Not too far from the beaches (but you'll need a car)
Good breakfast
The hotel tried to make us pay for A/C (!); when confronted with it being included, reaction was rude.
A/C doesnt work correctly - not possible to adjust, goes off when doors open
Bad bathroom: flush working badly, toilet was half-clogged up, shower too; shower was not stable in its position and kept falling.
Kitchen equipment is minimal
All in all, an amateurish, spartan place, not too worried about your confort.

The sweeming pool, the restaurant and the bar;tasty food at reasonable prices.Filip prepeared some dishes on request, more than in the standard menu(fresh calamaries, cocoretsi)
The bathroom, the toilet was very bad,the tank was constantly flowing, shower faucet was broken as well.
Old air conditioning,laundry and furniture.

Swimming pool was awesome, personel was very nice and helpful and location was really great. It was also a nice, big appartment - perfect for families with kids.
We also liked the closest beach - really nice views during sunset.
Breakfast was not changing through whole week. Portions for kids were not worth the money we paid.
Internet connection WiFi network was below average (WiFi signal was ok, just interrnet connection was either slow or not working at all).
Cleaner was not really doing any cleaning, only picking up empty bags from refuse bin.
