Toller Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder

Wir waren drei Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Wir wurden herzlichen empfangen und haben alles gezeigt bekommen. Im Zimmer gab es alles, was man so braucht :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dopo tanti anni in cui abbiamo più volte soggiornato a Napoli per motivi lavorativi e/o di svago, per la prima volta ci viene negata la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno del check out. Ovviamente questa cosa la scopriamo il giorno dell’arrivo (sabato sera h 19:30) in cui il proprietario preoccupato solo per la successiva (ed inevitabile)recensione su Booking ci ha invitato a prenotare presso un’altra struttura (cosa a dir poco improponibile dato il suddetto orario e giorno di arrivo). E non vado oltre… ovviamente non lo consiglieremo a nessuno nè tantomeno ci ritorneremo in futuro.

Very good

Quiet Air Con in room. Good size towels. Cute little Juliet Balconey Good location to train station, supermarket, local cafes, laundromat. Very kind and helpful host who organised a private taxi to get us to the Airport.

For us - the Q Bed and pillows was too firm. Also shower cubicle a bit tight for my husband. But the room overall was very nice and spacious for our 6 night stay.

Cute BnB with friendly staff, but location isn’t great

- The man who checked us in was very friendly and sweet - Close to Napoli Train station - Big room with a balcony and good air con

- Internet didn’t work in the room (which is only a problem if you need to work - like I did) - The area isn’t all that close to the tourist spots, expect at least a 30-40 minute walk to get to the centre. - Some mildew/mould in the shower

Nice spacious rooms, host was really friendly and helpful, entrance smelt nice

Although the bathroom was clean, it smelt damp throughout the stay. Window doesn’t seal shut so you can hear the late night speeches outside

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and friendly owners. Location is quite close to the train station and to the city centre. I would highly recommend.

Nice short-term stay.

Easily reachable by foot from the train station, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty good, the AC worked well and the bed was good. Overall good value for money for a couple of night stay.

the area isn't particularly pleasant, but it can be said about many areas in Naples, to be honest. I've not seen such a dirty city before, but well, that's not the hotel's fault.

We had a wonderful experience at Sweet Room.The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, we booked a room without balcony but the owner upgraded our room with another one that had balcony, for free. The room was spacious, with so comfortable bed and sofa. Everything was very clean from the sheets to the towels, shinning white. The location is also good as it is near piazza Garibaldi and the metro station. The owner was very hospitable, he offered us coffee every morning, always asked if we had any need and gave us a small gift before the check out. I highly recommend this hotel.

was perfect for me as it was close to the airport and the hosts organised a taxi transfer for me what was super helpful also very good shower

it was quite noisy as it is next to a Main Street but it’s to be expected with the location!

the building is in very poor condition; you can’t sleep, because you hear everything from outside; we were afraid to enter after we saw the hall, it has walls with paint falling from all sides

Perfect to us!

Our flight was deleyed but they waited us. Place was easy to find and the room is nice. Location near cental station and good restaurants nearby. The hosts are really friendly!

The room was nice and quite big. The owner is very kind. Close to the central station, markets nearby.

There was no fridge în the room and we were not allowed to use the one from the kitchen either. Breakfast is only a coffee and a croissant from the coffee shop on the corner.

Serene and sparkling clean room in the heart of Naples

The owner/ managers are a wonderfully sweet older married couple who can not do enough for you. Their daughter was also supremely helpful with all kinds of additional advice and help with the language barrier, and even booked taxis for us whenever we asked. Location is superb. The area in Naples is a little grungy but don’t be fooled, the rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with modern newly furnished bathrooms and cute balconies.

Very good

Communication was really great, host was helpful with any questions occured. Room was clean with new furniture, AC was working really well.

There was no balcony even though it was included in the confirmation. Breakfast was also very light - only coffe and a croissant.
