Views. Comfortable bed. Very nice towels. Dipping Pool is pleasant to refresh after hiking.
No breakfast included. It would be nice to at least leave coffee in the kitchen and some soap in the bathroom.
Bathroom no window and a little cramped.
Tents looked very close together

A pleasant and peaceful place. We came here to visit Monte Sibillini. A perfect location from here to have day trips to visit Gola dell'Infernaccio (waterfall natural park), lake Lago Gerosa, mountain walks and flower fields at Castelluccio. The house is very new and clean! Host Giampaolo is super helpful and friendly.

The owner is really friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He gave us tips and information about things to do in the surroundings. The view from the accomodation is beautiful as well as the accomodation itself.
