Overall a very nice vacation.

Overall a nice, quiet, and relaxing get-a-way. Countertops were dusty dirty so I cleaned them. But aside from that everything was clean. Great views. Nice, accommodating host. But I am still waiting on the reimbursement for posting my pup on Instagram as per the program that this VRBO participates in.

This is not our first time staying here. We are always very impressed! The location is perfect with use of the ski slopes out the back and amazing sunsets from the street out the front. Neighbors and people in general are very dog friendly. The trails at the back are so convenient just walk out and you can walk for miles. Close enough to walk or bike to Winter Park's Hideaway Park and restaurants, but also far enough away to be peaceful. It was peach season so we made peach cobbler and peach salsa as the kitchen is well stocked with useful items. The space is great for entertaining with the huge L-shaped dining table and the butcher block counter space. We did read a review about water pressure but we had no problems with that. We Will definitely be back!

When we arrived at the property at 4 for check in the cleaners(owner) was still cleaning and we were told to wait outside for another 30 minutes. The house was very poorly built/remolded. Water faucets were backwards, very little water pressure you can hardly wash dishes or take a shower. I would not recommend staying at this property.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Four adults with limited time to extend our stay. The home was clean and well stocked. It was easy to communicate with manager. The property was a good location and quiet area.
We had small issue with pinging noise during the night which was irritating. We determined later that with the rain the flashing dripped onto the grill creating the noise. It was later reported after check out to be resolved.

We loved staying here with our two kids and our dog. The location was amazing so close to town and the view was beautiful. It was clear our hosts really take care of the property and we loved the layout of the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break in the Mountains
Our check in was simple. We exchanged emails and received a welcome packet more than a week prior to the trip. The hosts were very good to communicate and even emailed me the day after our arrival to ensure everything was as it should be.
We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers. There was plenty of room for more. The master bed and bath, living/dining/kitchen, and toilet room were on the main level. There was a pull out couch in the living room. Downstairs had the laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms (one queen room, one with bunks and a futon), and another living area with bunk beds and what looked to be another pullout. I was very impressed with the amount of space. We were also allowed to use the garage which was another great bonus.
We cooked most of our meals and bought the groceries at the local Safeway. We also brought our own crockpot and electric skillet, but they had some pots and pans/dishes we could have used. The trash is just a couple units down, so it was very convenient to take our trash as needed. The closest bus stop is a bit of a walk, but it can be done.
Overall, this is a great property with plenty of space for a large family to hang out together or spread out a bit. It is close to downtown, shopping, and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the house and location but not the experience
The place is nice and pretty close to Winter Park. Kitchen and living room are the best part. The kitchen and living room stay very warm, but the upstairs bedroom and the entire downstairs are difficult to heat. One downstairs bedroom doesn't get any natural light.
While the property is nice, the communication with the hosts was poor. I also felt like we were nickel and dimed for everything (e.g. pets, late checkout, bbq usage, etc).
Also keep in mind that check-out time is early (10am) and they charge for each additional hour if you want a later checkout.

Great spot for a weekend getaway
This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with family and friends. Rooms were spread out and spacious enough to give everyone their own privacy, while still allowing plenty of seating in the family room for everyone to relax together in front of the fire after a long day. Location is great, close proximity to downtown WP while also giving the feeling of being secluded in the woods.

Fun in Winter Park
The space was great for our group of couples and 1 two year old. There was a good supply of kitchen dishes, condiments and utensils. Beds were fine. Deck was nice. Access to hiking and biking was great.
For some reason the rental company never seemed to know my name and kept referring to me by other names. There was no information about the area in the unit but we figured stuff out ourselves.
There were several things needing repair but didn’t take away from us having a great time. Rooms were stuffy though and couldn’t seem to cool down.
Thanks for sharing your place.

Wonderful mountain getaway
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the townhouse in the Rendezvous community. Great location overlooking Winter Park, nestled between the small towns of Winter Park and Fraser. Close to everything- hiking trails, mountain biking trails, Fraser River, restaurants, ski resort, and stores. Very comfortable townhouse, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Loved every part of our visit!!!

Holiday Haven
Our family met for a New Years celebration. Our 20-somethings went skiing at Winter Park every day of our stay while my husband and I enjoyed hiking on the trails just steps from the back door. Beautiful views of the mountains from the windows, a cozy fire and family board games in the evening - it was a perfect way to start the new year.

Rendezvous weekend
The overall experience was very relaxing. The property is in a great location for all sorts of outdoor activities and fine dining.
Our only negative to our experience was the cleanliness of the eating and cooking utensils and cook ware. We had to wash a lot of things before we could eat and cook. When check-in is at 4 and you are trying to get settled in and start dinner for a hungry mob the last thing we wanted to do clean.
Just needed to say that so that the cleaning crew could pay closer attention to that issue.
We definitely left the place in better condition than when we first arrived.
Doubt that we will be staying here again.

Great weekend getaway spot
We had 6 to 7 adults and 3 kids under 10 and plenty of space for all of us without feeling on top of each other. It rained all weekend so we were stuck inside but we had lots of catching up to do and the shape/size of the kitchen table/counter/island was perfect for board games and everyone had a seat.

Good Location
This house was in a great location being just minutes from the slopes and entertainment. The deck hadn't been cleared of snow I'm quite some time so there was a thick layer of ice beneath the fresh snowfall making it unusable, which was a bummer. We would've liked to enjoy a morning with coffee out there and be able to pull the grill out for supper. However, I understand it would be hard to keep it cleared during frequent snowfalls. Overall, it was the perfect size for our group and had all of the amenities available. Loved that there was the availability to watch netflix etc.

Winter Park trip
This property is close to town with a short drive. Quiet neighborhood we were able to park 3 cars. One car garage and master bedroom / bath on main level with another 1/2 bath. Another full bathroom downstairs with a queen bedroom and 2 smaller rooms with small bunk bed setups. Would be ideal if you have kids. Owners/managers were great with communication.

Perfect for our family!
We loved the house and location! Great long weekend of skiing and having a true home to come back to after was just what we needed!

This property has the potential to be amazing, but there were a few things (like sinks and toilets) in disrepair. The check in instructions were inaccurate, so we ended up sitting in the driveway for an hour waiting for someone to respond to our calls and emails.
With that being said, once we got in, our stay was comfortable with all the amenities one could want.

Great Place, lots of room
Although we only stayed there one night, Rondezvous had a lot of space packed into a relatively small foot print. With a Master bedroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms down stairs (1 queen and 1 bunk bed with Futon), and another bunk bed in the basement common area, you could easily bring 8 - 10 people. If I could add to a wish list; I wish there was a hot tub. Otherwise, great place.

We used this for a 4 day ski trip and the Condo had all the right amenities. We will definitely look at this Condo next time we head to Winter Park. Definitely a 5 star Condo!

Great trip for Graduation
Just spent 5 days at this great home. It’s was a good set up for our party of 5 which included two new High School graduates we were celebrating. We only saw a few deer on the main road but had a great time hiking and fishing in the area right around the house. We were surprised to discover no air conditioning when we arrived but as long as we kept the windows open there was a good breeze thru the house. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition as it got very warm our last day. Everything else we needed was there for us and working with Lisa was a pleasure. She makes it very easy for arrival and departures. Would definitely return and recommend!
