It was exactly as described. It is very, very spacious. Place was super new, clean, and organized, like a high-end spa vacation.
The location is perfect. Quiet. Walking distance from the shops on Magazine Street.
I would LOVE to stay here again!!!

This property is perfect. In a perfect part of town where you can walk to buy your groceries and shop. Walk to Audubon Park and along the many streets of lovely homes. You feel like you are in a lovely tree house, with church bells ringing and it was my daughter who said she felt like she was in a European town. Liz was more than wonderful to us. I would highly highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back.

We fell in love with this property! It is so well done from a convenience standpoint, but also allowed us to have family time as well as alone time! The beds and linens are amazing and very comfortable. The house is perfectly appointed with amazing and interesting art. We also fell in love with the neighborhood. We found several great restaurants and fun local shopping. We did not have a car and walked to many of the restaurants, Whole Foods, smoothie shop and the ice cream shop. We felt safe in all of our time walking in this neighborhood. We will definitely try to stay at this location again, though I’m fairly certain it is very popular!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the host, Liz. We were visiting for a family birthday with our 16 month old grandson and Liz had everything we needed! That made things so much easier! The house is great, 3 bedroom, 3 baths, everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds comfortable. The location couldn’t be beat. I hope to go back for a girlfriend weekend!

Liz was a great host and super accommodating. Everything was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. The location is walking distance to wonderful restaurants, Magazine Street (which speaks for itself) and the lovely Audubon Park. We will definitely recommend this place to friends who visit New Orleans & hopefully have the change to stay there again ourselves. Thanks, Liz!

This is the cleanest, prettiest property I've ever stayed in! Beautiful decor and well stocked kitchen. The furniture is comfy and the beds are great! We loved the porch with the lights and fans. The neighborhood is perfect - quiet, friendly, and right next to Magazine Street. We really enjoyed it.

This property is spotless and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed being away from the noise and traffic of the French quarter. It was a short walk to the bus stop, we also used the trolleys.
Reginelli’s for pizza and pasta is a very short walk away from this house and we had a good dinner there. We also noticed a place called “Picnic”, which we did not get a chance to visit.
Just be aware it is an upstairs unit so you will be carrying your luggage up a flight of stairs. We would definitely recommend this townhouse.

Wonderful NOLA rental
I am so happy with this rental! My previous experience with New Orleans was in the French Quarter, and staying in a nice residential neighborhood was 1000% nicer. Clean, quiet, safe, beautiful. We walked to restaurants for two dinners; we sat out on the upstairs porch in the evening (no mosquitos, miraculously). The XL Lyft+tip to the French Quarter was $30 each way... an excellent tradeoff for genuinely restful, clean digs.
The rental unit itself was also just perfect: super clean, brand new re-do so stylish and modern. Everything in perfect working order and, though we didn't use them, plenty of kitchenware if we'd wanted to cook at home. Comfy beds, AC worked well and quietly. And traveling with grown kids, it was great for everyone to have their own private space.
Seriously, this all worked out just perfectly for us. Beautiful unit, and it made our trip to NOLA so relaxing and fun.

Great uptown stay
Went during parade season and had great stay. Convenient access to several tourist spots like City Park/NOMA and the zoo. Easy walking to food and shopping. Place was very well equipped and we lacked nothing. Liz was kind and answered all our questions. Can’t wait to go back!

New, clean, peaceful, perfect
Easy, pleasant interactions with the owner. Brand new and elegant townhouse within easy walking distance of Audubon Park and Magazine Street. The architecture, furnishings, colors, and finishes all immediately make you feel relaxed and at home. This is a great home base from which to do all the things that New Orleans offers but also a great place to just relax and do nothing. An all around enjoyable experience for my family.

Spacious, Clean & Great Location
This upstairs townhome is spacious, clean, and modern. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings and decor are quite nice and modern. We also loved all of the windows and natural light. Whether you plan to prep meals or not, the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is walking distance to great restaurants, Whole Foods, and shopping. No need to worry about finding street parking here. Parking is available at the property. It is in an ideal location for college visits if Tulane and Loyola are on your list. The owner is amazing - attentive and responsive. So glad we discovered this location!

Perfect!
This brand new townhome is spectacular! It is spacious, private, sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and has everything we could want. Three lovely bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, blending perfectly with the open floor plan. The decor is neutral & chic. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, a Whole Foods, and there is a parking spot in the driveway. It is proximate to the universities and an easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is very safe. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch for coffee in the mornings and then having cocktails in the evenings after dinner. I almost want to keep quiet because I'd love it to be available every time my family and I travel to New Orleans but it wouldn't be fair to the property owner/manager, Liz, who is fabulous. The restaurants she recommended are the best we went to. She's a native of NOLA, a foodie and a chef!
I can hardly wait to go back!

Perfect home in a great location
This home had everything we needed during our stay to move my son home from school. Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, the park. Off street parking was such a bonus. We will definitely reach out for a return stay.

Incredible Experience
Wow. Hard to summarize this - but will try. From the start - Liz was THE BEST host you can imagine, clear communication, great personality, and overall just an incredible person.
The home was warm, inviting, and sparkling clean. You can tell that Liz takes incredible care of her guests, and we were never in need of anything during our stay. Location was PERFECT- close to everything yet far enough away to decompress after a long day.
Suffice to say - we WILL be staying here again and can’t wait to book our next trip!

Jazzfest win!
The property is absolutely adorable, Liz was super responsive, and even dropped off water when there was an issue with a public water main. Definitely exceeded any expectations we had and helped make our Jazzfest amazing.

Beautiful home. Great location
We loved our stay at Liz's home. The location was great... Walking distance to Audubon park, the river, restaurants, streetcar, Magazine St and Tulane U. We were visiting our son at Tulane so we walked back and forth to the school many times. We walked to the supermarket to buy supplies. Winn Dixie, Whole Foods, Walgreens, Circle K are all very close to the house. Liz was very helpful and accommodating with the check in/out times and she also recommended great restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly. The house has everything you need and more. AC worked perfectly. We would love to stay here again.

Great location, beautiful house! Shared wall is thin and can be noisy
Liz's home is in an amazing location, so close to several parks, which is great for families. The home is spacious and decorated beautifully. There were a few things that needed maintenance, however Liz was responsive and I believe is getting things fixed. The only main issue we had was the shared wall can be noisy, depending on who is staying next door. Liz was responsive to our complaint, and the neighbors did quiet down. Just something to keep in mind.

The place was even better in person!
We stayed at Liz's home for Jazz fest 2018. She was very responsive up to the time we arrived and during. The home is beautiful and the decor is very stylish and warm. It was really nice and comfortable. The street is very quiet, truly a hidden gem. I can tell that Liz took time and put thought into every detail. Property was 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans and Bourbon Street so definitely convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, beautiful house with all the comforts of home.
Perfect vacation home for a week in New Orleans.
This home is in a quiet, friendly, safe residential neighborhood, within walking distance of shopping on Magazine Street. Lovely restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and even a charming bookstore are a short stroll away. Whole Foods and Walgreens has anything you may need, and will take you less than 10 minutes to walk there. We walked to the Audubon Zoo, too. Liz, the owner, is easy to work with and very responsive to questions and requests. The home itself is well-appointed and very comfortable. We rented a car, but we made extensive use of the St. Charles Street streetcar, which is a 15 minute walk away. Great location, lovely home, responsive and responsible home owner.
