Charming Property with a lovely location. Very helpful staff and very clean. Super comfortable bed.
The Lora was not real busy however, they placed us at the room at the end of the hall, and we could hear the hallway heater running all night long. Don’t put anyone in that room unless the hotel is full.

Loved the room, the awesome hotel decor and the location. Best snack tray ever and the shower was fabulous. The coffee and staff at Made was terrific and the drinks at Feller were solid! Really appreciated the room upgrade! Thank you!

The hotel is very neat with all the old brick inside and out! The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the big bathroom and shower.
The prices of the room snack bar selections were terribly priced!! The items were old, as they hadn’t been changed out for new & fresh snacks. The snickers candy bar was rock hard in the package, the potato chip bag was expired as well. I did not purchase any of these items due to price and old. This was the negative experience of the room stay. They also did not have a microwave.

The decor was beautiful! The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Loved the concession basket!
You should not expect any sort of nice view from your window. Unless you like bricks😊

Beautiful and unique boutique hotel.
pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but the overall room was amazing. so classy and unique. A mini fridge would have been preferred instead of the two safes. Loved all of the exposed brick and decor. Our room didn’t have a window, which at first seemed odd.. but then it created a kind of “castle” ambiance which we loved. The coffee shop attached to the building was also amazing!

great location
Staff was not at desk when we attempted to check in. We waited for 3-5 minutes. Our room (301) was noisy and vibrated all night. When I went to complain in the am, no staff was present at the desk. Had to wait 3-5 minutes again. He said he would contact the Mgr about us transferring to another room. We did get transferred to a quieter room. When I told the desk attendant that I was surprised that no one had complained before, he said they had. If that was the case, why would you put anyone in that room?? We also received a poorly made mixed drink Tuesday evening. when we complained, the waitress argued with us. She finally agreed to get us another drink after we convinced her that the drink was nothing like the previous evening’s.

Location is great as was the staff.
The room was on the small size with no closet or space to hang clothes. Room was also a bit noisy.

The location is wonderful. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The facility is clean. My room was quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Having a coffee shop right next door is handy.
For $375 a night, it is really just a plain hotel room. Plentiful honor bar, but stiff prices too. The view out the window was of a brick wall. I think they call it the courtyard. It was sad. Overnight parking in Stillwater is bad, so add $30 a night for valet parking.

The vibe of the hotel is nice..
PARKING...To expensive
Had to run a feed to the public lot every 12 hours..
We had to cut our stay short because of a Family
emergency..
Still charged us the FULL stay..

Decent location
Little to no house keeping. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Jokingly asked if there was a place to empty trash. I think they took it seriously . Expensive hotel, cheap amenities. Never again

location is perfect and the valet parking is definitely a plus
easier access to bring in luggage, the steps make it difficult to bring in to the hotel

Good location. History. Decor. Comfortable bed. Great shower.
When I booked the room, I was under the impression that there would be a city view, however we looked straight into another building - No view whatsoever. I was also bummed that we didn’t have any exposed brick in our room - was really looking forward to the character that it adds. Some poor design choices when it came to furniture. The bed had a baseboard that both my fiancé and I stubbed our toes on multiple times. There were also 2 chairs that had legs that extended into the only small walkway that you constantly ran into and tripped over. Felt rushed out of there at checkout. Never was asked about how our stay was - basically cut us off asking if we owned a certain vehicle and saying she was bringing it up for us. Checkout is at 11, we were running behind that morning, as this was a night away for the two of us, but it was still just before 11.

the hotel was simply superb. Staff was amazingly friendly, and accommodated all of our needs (accessible room, rollaway bed, rooms near each other). The location in Stillwater was phenomenal (right on the main drag) and the attached restaurant was excellent. As a bonus, the architecture of the building (built in the 19th century and adapted to 21st century needs) was a lot of fun to admire. Overall, it was outstanding stay, and we'd definitely come back.
only possible downside was that we didn't have a desk in the room, but since we weren't there for work we didn't miss it much at all.

My friend and I were running behind for an appointment. We told the server we had limited time, and wondered if they could accommodate. Not only did they seat us right away, but we got our food in five minutes, and our server was wonderful. Oh, and breakfast was DELICIOUS - best Eggs Benedict ever.
Nothing - was a GREAT stay.
4.5
Quiet, clean , modern , friendly staff and spacious
3 guess, the room was set up for 2, yet it clearly accommodates 4. Pretty minor, but for $360 on a Sunday night it was a missed detail.
