Excellent stay in a spacious suite.

Very clean and spacious room with seating area and kitchen. Two large beds. Very friendly staff. “Free” parking and very good breakfast. There is a petrol station with a food store next to the building. Note: This is a pet-friendly place. Expect to meet a few bigger dogs in the elevator and lobby.

That I had to pay USD 8.- for two candy bars (the petrol station closed during hurricane Milton).

despite trying my hardest didn't stay as well it is non refundable and now I am without lodging stil

The building and the organization of this property were just fine. I had many issues though however involving the staff and the way they handled a matter involving my identity and an ongoing issue I am having involving Identity Theft from a organized group of people operating around Orlando and the surrounding areas. I offered a means and proof along with a well documented and very prepared booking at the property for the Manager ( a hispanic woman). However she chose to react in a very unscrupulous manner and to call into action despite my professionalism regarding the matter, my booking, rewards and banking now being in a bad state from the booking that was paid and non refundable. This woman is without a doubt involved in this organized system of digital and physical moving parts and fixed people and assists them with taking advantage of people's identity and banking info manipulating the computer records system and rewards system to change bookings and help out those committing the fraud.

Will definitely come back!

It was a good location between the attractions and the airport. Channel was very helpful helping us secure our same day reservation. The property was quiet, the rooms spacious, and there was nice pool for the kids. We loved cucumber mint water in the dispenser in the lobby, was nice refresher after a hot day.

Authentic, good location and clear boarding.

Room set up with equipment like fridge microwave and utensils and more++++++more. I’ll look for this hotel first before any other. Comfortable, quiet and breakfast great. Make me happy always please.

Modern building, good security scanner access, pool, good waiting lounge, fire place response (show care for the customers) and to name a few.

In all my travels this Home 2 Suites by Hilton is the best and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

This was the cleanest and best appointed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary items in the room were all a traveler needed. I especially appreciated the almost full size refrigerator/freezer. The sheets and pillowcases were super smooth and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I honestly thought this was a brand new hotel and I was the first guest to stay in my room. Breakfast was good and I had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was a good variety of items to eat and drink, they were displayed nicely, and what I chose was fresh. The dining area, and various display cases and appliances were clean and well placed.

While quite adequate I believe the quality of eating utensils could have been better. The knives and forks seemed a bit flimsy and I struggled at times to safely cut some of the food. During the peak breakfast hours the two waffle machines could not keep up with the demand. Three machines would have decreased the waiting time and four would have eliminated the line of people waiting to use them.

Everything was Very good, Beautiful room and super comfortable, bathroom little bit small but shower was amazing. Clean and smell good! The location was very good, easy to park my USV.

Breakfast, not to much alternatives, food was cold, and juices warm. The area looked disordered and not clean the same with the tables to enjoy our breakfast.

Great stay

We are locals, and I must say we loved this hotel. Rooms were super clean, and the location was amazing, just 11 minutes away from Seaworld and Aquatica and 25 minutes away from Disney parks. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel is pet friendly.

That we had to leave, no problems whatsoever.

Very nice stay and happy it was in a quiet area that did not have a lot of traffic.

The staff was great - Ramon and Taylor were extremely helpful and pleasant

The pan that came in the bag with the cooktop was dirty and Teflon was very scratched. Wish that a regular sauce pan would have been included. Toaster was not good at all. Perhaps look toward including either a small toaster oven or Insta Pot in Home 2 Suites.

property clean and nice, feel like you are not in hotel like a home, cozy and comfy. but confuses between booking and hotel reservations.

first day I purchased thru booking and paid to booking, having confirmed that I have booked. upon arrival to the hotel giving my ID and booking information they for 45 minutes couldn’t find me in system, keep asking my information again again. then finally let me go to the room. on the second day I booked second day of staying there did thru booking. booking did take any money from, I paid at front desk. but i didn’t know that second day booking doesn’t take money from me and told front desk girl that I did thru booking and they supposed to charge me. but she still took my card and charged me by saying it’s on hold deposit. it’s confusing for me with booking and this hotel. one day booking charged me, where hotel couldn’t find my reservation. an other day booking doesn’t charge me , but hotel did and said it’s about deposit on hold.
