Our condo was exceptionally clean and recently remodeled. Plenty of room for 5 people. Great view of the ocean from the balconies. And Taylor from Stay at Cocoa Beach was wonderful to work with. A great vacation stay!

The beach was beautiful & clean! The location was convenient & a nice restaurant is right outside the complex. The condo was just like the picture, highly recommend!! An hours drive to Universal Studios too!

This is lovely 3 bedroom condo that was clean, well stocked and with comfortable beds. The condo's two balconies have breathtaking ocean views. The whole complex was well kept, quiet and with easy direct beach access. We would return again and highly recommend.

Easy access to activities and easy to get around. Uber was fast and simple in Cocoa Beach. Will check with this company when i reserve my next spot for sure.

Property was beautiful. I love Spanish Main. The condo was extremely clean. Condo had all you needed for the stay. Only issue are the beds. King and queen both have dips in them. So uncomfortable. Overall would stay here again.

From the beginning Taylor communicated me several times asking if I had any questions prior to our visit. And he provided his cell number when we were there if we needed anything. Fortunately we didn’t need anything and had zero problems. We had a great stay and enjoyed the ocean view from our two balconies and enjoyed the pool too. We don’t have one negative to state. September was a great month to visit due to very little traffic and no waiting at restaurants. The interior was just like the pictures. And it had many beach supplies.

Other than the weather my family had a wonderful time. The property is pristine and user friendly. I wished the pier had more to offer but it was wonderful 🏝️

Spanish Main was very good though a bit outdated. The elevator was out of order for our entire two weeks which was in inconvenience. # 68 was very good and had been recently updated.

Enjoyed the relaxed beach area and the ocean view from the third floor

Being right on the beach and overlooking the ocean was so beautiful and very relaxing! The morning sunrises were breathtaking! But, if you’re not an ocean swimmer (like me) having a clean and nice sized pool to swim in and play with the grandchildren was wonderful.
The location was perfect and the beach was never crowded…looking further up and down the beach, we could see that those places definitely had more people. We also saw the space x launch from the beach which was very cool…especially because we had just toured The Kennedy Space Center the day before.
I will not hesitate to book here again…. Just make sure to be on the 2nd-4th floor (we were on the 3rd) so you can see the ocean. Otherwise, your view will be blocked by the small dune between the building and the ocean.
Lots of delicious food close by and one last thing… make sure to stop in at The Ice Cream Hut at least once (or twice 🤗) during your stay!!

The condo was great! Right on the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Lots of towels (bath and beach), beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella (although one part was broken...not a big deal, we had our own). The layout of the condo was great, and the family room and eating area were very spacious and comfortable. The garbage disposal broke and began to leak while we were there, but I reached out to Kelsy and she immediately sent someone out to solve the problem!
Only negative is that the master bedroom is hot. Even when the AC is running, the air coming out of the vent feels warmer than the other rooms. This must not be a surprise to the owners because there is a box fan in the room (and not in any other room). Keeping the master bedroom curtains closed in the morning (avoiding the morning sun) does help to keep the room cooler.

Fantastic stay!
This condo was perfect. It came supplied with several of the basics, dish soap, coffee filters, extra tp. We loved the balcony with direct access to the ocean. There is an elevator, though we didn't find it until the 2nd day. LOL. It is in the breezeway before our building (near the sign that says 25 on it). Would have been helpful when moving in. The master bedroom does not get as cool as the middle bedroom at night, so sleep accordingly. It was fine for me with the fan, but my son loves it cold. I loved the amount of storage in the kitchen! Washer and dryer in the unit a def plus. I will book again for that area.

Nice place, Right on the beach
The condo was great, it was clean and we were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and checked-in to see how everything was. It’s driving distance to downtown coco beach for us with young kids but there are some very close restaurants.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location!
Everything was better than we even expected! Highly recommend this condo. Location was pristine; close to all the shops, breathtaking views and the friendliest locals you could imagine.

Spectacular views but the unit needs some upgrades
Beautiful direct views of the Atlantic Ocean! A very spacious unit that would suit a family with kids very well. The fully redone kitchen was nice, and the location of the unit is nearby many shops and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay minus a few disappointing things. The living room couch and loveseat looked dirty/stained, and in the master bedroom the air conditioning is very weak and the sliding glass door is super difficult to open. Communication with the property manager/owner was terrific: she responded immediately to my email when we couldn’t find the parking pass. We had a great time.

It appears Mgt. doesn't visit unit.
The view and location to the beach was wonderful. However, that's where the pluses end. I recommend hiring a new cleaning crew. There was mildew on the vents, tub and shower (we cleaned it). The furniture is so filthy that we had to lay a blanket on the couch. The sliding glass door in the bedroom was difficult to open and close. It's falling out of the wall. And the dryer makes a loud noise. For the price, I expected better. I will look elsewhere for lodging when visiting Cocoa Beach in the future.

Perfect stay with a perfect view. Could not have asked for more. A really lovely location and property. The only recommendation I would have is that they provide coffee filters and things like salt/pepper.

Great location-book it before it’s gone!!
Stayed here last week and the condo was great, plenty of room for a family, beach chairs, cooler, toys for the kids and located right on the beach. Centrally located and short drives to Sebastian area, Disney, and Cape Canaveral. Check in and communication with property owner was easy, fast and everything you could ask for-can’t wait to return. Not a bad place if you gotta work from home, why not look at the Atlantic every day vs that snow drift in your back yard!!

Clean, organized and right on the beach.
The property manager was excellent. She kept in contact with us before our stay and during. I was impressed with how quickly she responded.
The property is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. Our small children were pleased with having a closet full of beach toys!

Everything you could need!
This was a much needed two week escape and the condo provided everything needed to make it perfect. The ocean views are amazing. The beach is only steps away and the pool even closer. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and other children’s toys in the hall closet. The kitchen included anything you might need to cook up a meal (BYO spices though) and the restaurant suggestions in the info from the owners hit the mark. The beach was never crowded and in some days we saw no one else in our vicinity. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect beach vacation and I can’t wait to do it again!

Great Condo!
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary week vacation. It was more space than we needed but the location and pictures of the property were too good to pass up! This place is exactly like the pictures which means a lot to me because there’s nothing worse than showing up to a place that is not what was pictured. It was clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. The beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc were so handy. The telescope is a nice touch to add entertainment. The balconies offer an amazing view! I just can’t say enough good things about this place! HIGHLY recommend this property!

AWESOME CONDO
The condo we stayed in was huge and had ⁰everything you would need. There was coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys for children, a pack n play, beach towels as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The telescope was a big hit for looking at the ships from afar. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. It was supplied with toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, any cooking utensil you would need except a can opener for juices.
All you need to bring is your clothes and food. We brought sooo much stuff we didn't need because it was already there.

Family vacation
We stayed at this condo for about a week on a family vacation. It was exactly what we were looking for. A great location right on the beach, fantastic views, just the right size for our family of five and plenty of towels, chairs, boogie boards and toys for the beach. We had a great time!

Felt like home
First and foremost, communication was amazing. We had to switch our original stay dates b/c of COVID and Jaclyn was very flexible making the new dates work. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival (not enough beach towels, elevator not working) that she took care of immediately. We took advantage of the recommended paddleboard rental company and were so glad we did.
The condo is clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking. There was laundry detergent there, so we could do laundry. The beach gear was awesome, 4 chairs/3 boogie boards/skim board/lots of sand toys/beach towels.
Our family of 6, kids ages 21/16/13/10 fit comfortably. The kids were excited to find cozy/fuzzy blankets in the closets and they immediately each claimed for the duration of our stay. Beach is a short walk from the condo and not crowded at all. There was a shower and hose to wash off equipment, plus tar removal spray b/c the kelp on the beach made a mess if you stepped on it. Condo complex was very well taken care of. Pool was beautifully maintained and refreshing after a long day on the beach. Plenty of loungers for everyone.
Couple of FYI's, Master suite doesn't have great A/C and windows could not be opened due to disrepair. Master bed has a VERY soft mattress. Queen bed is a very firm mattress. Twins are average. I sound like Goldilocks, LOL.
We loved that the Master suite was down a hallway, away from the main living area and other bedrooms. Felt like our personal retreat, especially with the large sliders onto the balcony. We are loved that the condo is not 'close' to the Cocoa Beach pier, we prefer the quieter side of the town. Also a new restaurant opened across from the condo 4th St Grill, that was phenomenal! A must try, plus ABC Liquor is across the street, very handy. Dollar General (also across the street) has basic groceries.

Sand and Waves!
68 Spanish Main Condominium is located in a part of Cocoa Beach that is far enough away from the public beach entrances, that you do not have very many people on the beach. This is a bonus! Between VRBO and Google Maps, we search for our vacation destination every year to find a place that is close, but still far away from the crowds. The area is relatively quiet. It appears as if a few families own the majority of the condominiums, so there is better control over renters. The condo is clean, there are enough towels for an entire wrestling team, plenty of dishes (even a couple of grapefruit spoons), like Mr. Green (Monkees) there is a TV in every room, and we added a plastic iced tea jug. The beach closet has four chairs, three boogie boards, a skim board, a sand toys. There is an umbrella, but we always bring our own canopy. You must use the tea pot; the boiling of water creates the same sound as the first Wednesday of the month weather alert alarm. I was told the management (Jaclyn) owns approximately one hundred units in Florida, so keeping rentals clean and modernized is a never ending process, yet she was able to answer questions within a reasonable amount of time. The condominium is oceanfront and on the third floor with two balconies. We visited with three of our five children (one is in the Navy and one a police officer who got married three weeks ago - so neither could vacation with us). In their place was my wife’s mother, who after twenty-eight years of asking her, agreed to go with us on vacation. The condominium met our needs and expectations. I do not know if we will ever return to Cocoa Beach, however if we return we would stay at 68 Spanish Main.

Very nice place!
We had only a couple minor issues with the closet door falling off and the door handle to the balcony in the living room breaking, but the owner was very willing to have someone there right away to get it fixed. It was a pretty well kept and up to date condo. We couldn't complain, we enjoyed our stay.
