Разочарован заради кражбата

Добре че е в центъра на варна

Не ми харесва че има нагли крадци ме окрадоха от стаята по време на сън .на 4юли слязохна рецепция закусих и доплатих още една нощувка кеш качих горе в 303 стая легло D свалих си дрехите оставих ги на стола в стаята и се качих на леглото да поспя още час два през д ня разбрах че ми липсваха пари помислих си че съм го загубил казах на рецепция че ми липсват пари и нищо на втората нощувка влизам отключвам си и влизам в стаята и заключвам За да си лягам в заподозряното криминално лице Miroslav Penev 19.03.1973. който беше от предната вечер спеше легнах си като протмонетого сложих под възглавницата си на сутринта ставам облякох се и отидох в тоалетната (вратата на стаята беше отключена до като съм в тоалетната проверих протмонето и отново установявам че ми липсват 345 лева и веднага отидох да кажа на рецепция че втори път ми изчезват пари от протмонето и останових криминалното лице Miroslav Penev 19.03.1973 че е крадеца от стаята няма друг отидох до полицията и подадох жалба че два пъти ми изчезват пари от протмонето общо 700 лева или 350 евро ,това крадливо лице обикаля хостели и краде като пребърква джобовете докато човек спи.нагъл крадец щом по два пъти краде Но от умрял писмо ще чакам все тая .в хостела шкафчето беше шчупена ключалката сигорноста е 00.00 Дано вие от буки г го засечете и да го заловите представя се за полицаи

Beds are comfortable, but mine had mold underneath. Good location in city center, a/c works (if the locals let you use it)

Staff wasn't very welcoming or gave any tourist info or showed you hostel etc... showers and bathrooms weren't very clean. Guests who live there smoke in bathroom. You can't hangout in hostel before or after you check out they are very strict, the vibe is non existent.

Comfy beds, great location & friendly staff!!

Beds so comfortable!! Great location!! Staff so friendly & great value for money!!

Bathroom not greatest, not actually a bathroom, just a wet room so everything gets wet/damp. Noise from communal area wasn't great but to be expected due to size.

They should separate the long stays from the tourist. I have never seen so dirty toilets. No hostel atmosphare.

was easy to find and only 10 minutes walk from train station

fantastic location and easy to find. spacious room with large lockers. laundry facilities available at an acceptable price. cool old lift. friendly receptionist. chairs and desks in room.

it felt like the place was due for a big deep cleaning. cleaning standards could be a lot higher especially in the showers/toilets.

Never coming back again. Should've rolled up cigarettes with the money I paid for it.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The check-in was a maze. The beds were not next to each other, which is not what I booked. Everyone just slept wherever they liked. One of us had to sleep on a too bunk literally under the A/C, which was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The lockers didn't have keys.

looks romantic needs to be more practical and functional

it is well located in the center and easy to find - the interior gives that place an personal note - together with this old elevator you travel back in time. The rooms are large and the bunk bed have space enough to sit my room was equipped with three chairs and a little wacky writing desk what was ok to use it.The locker had a good proportion and almost noiseless to open and to close. on the key set you had the electronic door opener and all the other keys together.

My usual point is as always miss there are no hooks for towel or something to hang up your cloth I was lucky in my room was one hanger. the same is missing in the toilet - those facilities needs a better upgrade to make it more functional and more attractive.

Bad smell everywhere, in specially in the bathroom Dirty kitchen Cold inside the room. Heating with air conditioning. For 40 euros /night i expect higher conditions. Keep in mind that even if u book a DBL with private bathroom, in fact is a hostel.

Old but charming

Nice Location in Varna Central. You have the shopping street just outside the door.

It seems that the hotel already had its best days. If you dont have too much expectations and feel love for old lifts you should try it.

A pleasant and well located hostel let down by maintenance and cleaning oversights

Location is great, could not be much better. Met some nice folks and new friends here

Bathroom was rank. Showers were unclean, toilets smelled. Some toilet cubicles were difficult to enter and close the door as, door too close to toilet. They need to really lift their game with maintenance, bathrooms design, and cleaning of bathrooms.

This Young guy with long hair receptionist was rude not only to me also was to two different customers before me. And hate this disgusting smell inside toilets And shower was look worst as inside prison in Mexico

Sleeping next to a kitchen is IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Location was good Beds were OK WiFi OK Staff was nice

The dorm room is right next to the kitchen which is used by around 20-30 people on that floor!!! Really, who does this!?!?! Think about sleeping right next to a kitchen all night...every time the microwave bell rings, doors slamming, noise with the fridge, people frying, cooking, cutting, chatting, turning on the TV....it's IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. To make it even WORSE, the door dividing you from the kitchen is completely translucent, so when someone turns on the light (which happens constantly) the dorm room is all lit up...it's like a disco at night.

Old, traditional and so beautiful.

Musala is in the center of Varna, so I could go around and visit the beautiful city. The room was very comfortable and clean. Balcony its very small but enough to have a coffee watching the main street. Staff very helpful and kind. Shops and coffees around and even the hotel has a coffee shop where you can take your breakfast. Amazing!

Exceptional

While the building itself is very old, it has been maintained very well, and feels very clean. The elevator is even fun to use due to the age. Personel is kind an uncomplicated.

Central location, hostel has the oldest elevator of the town, fully justified. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The locker was broken, I was in constant stress of leaving my luggage with laptop.
