Não recomendo, a não ser que exija antes as fotos exatamente do apartamento em que será colocado. Não me hospedaria nova

A localização realmente é excelente, consegue fazer tudo a pé e fácil acesso caso queira pegar Uber, metrô ou ônibus, vários pontos turísticos próximos.

Extremamente sujo o apt, tinha aranhas grudadas nas louças dos armários, sujeira em toda a área da cozinha que tudo estava colando na mão. Fotos da estadia completamente diferentes da realidade, banheiro impossível de usar, chuveiro se ligar a água quente queima a pele e se abrir um pouco a gelada esfria tudo totalmente, a pia do banheiro com a cuba quebrada, a torneira ao abrir vazada água pela pia toda. Banheiro precisando de uma reforma geral. Tem cozinha mas a proprietária avisa na entrega de chaves que só pode usar o fogo baixo do fogão, que tem duas bocas e somente uma funcionava, pq senão ativa o alarme de incêndio e vc tem que pagar uma multa de 1800 dólares. Então impossível usar o fogão até p cozinhar um macarrão. Quando reclamei da acomodação para a própria proprietária pq a mesma me passou seu WhatsApp pedindo p qualquer coisa ver direto com ela, me disse que me mostrou o apt quando chegamos ( que ela só me mostrou as regras e a cama) e que a mesma possuía mais 33 apt no mesmo prédio, pedi se poderia me trocar para qualquer apartamento que estivesse em boas condições, retrucou nas mensagens e depois parou de responder, não resolvendo meu problema em 5 dias que eu estava hospedada. Tirei foto e fiz vídeos de tudo e vou contactar o booking sobre meus direitos, que não achei nenhum lugar para fazer a reclamação com a estadia em aberto, e eu sozinha com medo de voltar a pedir para a proprietária e ser jogada p fora do apt, e ainda ter que pagar mais um apartamento, tive que ficar num apartamento insalubre.

Family of six, we appreciated to be located in the center of Sydney for such a reasonable price.

Location was wonderful. Price very cheap considering the location in the center of Sydney. 3 bedrooms.

Excelente ubicación, muy mala relación precio calidad.

La ubicación Y el jacuzzy, pero no era fácil acceder a él. Sólo pude subir una vez en 8 días de estadía.

Falta de limpieza. No estaba bien aseado cuando llegamos, ofrecieron hacer aseo todos los días, no cumplió y ni siquiera se preocupó de reponer el papel higiénico en una estadía de una semana para 5 adultos sólo nos dio 2 rollos de papel higiénico y cambio toallas una sola vez, con la humedad no se secaban. Falta de loza, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina. Quisimos colocar una mesa bonita para año nuevo y no habían platos bajos para las 5 personas que arrendamos. La loza saltada, de diferentes juegos y poca. Ropa de cama vieja, dañada, manchada. Tenderero todo oxidado. En general daba la impresión que todo lo que había eran cosas que habían sido dadas de baja, hasta las toallas estaban muy viejas y de feo color. Le escribí solicitando papel higiénico y toallas limpias y no respondió. También le solicité poder tener mas tarjetas para poder acceder por separados a la piscina y jacussy, tampoco contestó.

I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay!!

Inna the hosts was amazing and very welcoming! Location was excellent and very convenient and close to all main attractions. The room was fully equipped and super clean!

I was on 14th floor and could hear the movement on top level sometimes, don't know why:) BUT was away most of the time anyway!

Very nice and clean room, great location to stay in Sydney with this cost.

Host was very nice. She make sure that we understood all the rules and regulations of the property. She took all the time to explain us the process. Even, she had given a map of Sydney and best locations to visit near by in current weather and the time we are in Sydney. I mean, who does that? :) Inna, you are awesome and great host I have met in my life till date. Thank you for everything.

Window are bit cold, and main heater will make noise so Inna has provided portable heater to use. Just that we had 1.5 year kid with us so we had to make sure that he should not put his figures in it while it was ON. Rest everything we have liked.

the pool, spa and gym were amazing and the location was great.

the manager of the property told me I would get morning sunshine, no sunshine would ever shine into this apartment, there was a horrible smell to the apartment. Curtains were off the hooks, hotplates were filthy, no airconditioning, this was falling out of the roof. Advised not to use it as it was noisy. Torn mattress base, broken power points, mould in the bathroom, cracked tiles, missing towel rails, cracked and peeling paint.

Apartment noisy. Cold getting into apartment, possible gaps in window? When rained water entered into main bedroom. Decor outdated, and dining room chairs loose to point of feeling unsafe. Hair-dryer not working.

Great location, it was reasonably priced and the gym, pool & spa were lovely. Inna went out of her way to check us in early and accomodate us when we had afternoon flights. Good value for money.

The Host Inna was very pleasant and welcoming - she stayed back to come over and hand the keys to the room and car park. She is an amazing host.

Great location, very rundown apartment and furniture.

The location of this property was great. 300m from the train station and central to most attractions in and around the CBD. The host was accommodating allowing check in a 11:00am and storing our luggage upon check out due to our late flight. She provided helpful local information upon arrival.

The cleanliness and finishing touches on the property were not value for money. The apartment was not cleaned to an acceptable standard with the the heater/air conditioner mouldy, fridge old and mouldy and freezer frosted with a bag of very old ice taking up all the room. The bed linen and blankets smelt unclean and an unsavoury smell throughout the apartment lingered that open doors could not get rid of. All the furniture was very old and stained, and the old hairdryer worked intermittently. Three guests for four nights and one roll of toilet paper and 2 wine glasses wasn't ideal. For the price, we were expecting better.

Totally recommend!!!

Ina is an absolute wonderful women to deal with. She is very personable, full of charisma and bursting with personality. She made out stay effortless. The apartment is old and and a bit dated, but it certainly served it's purpose for our group. I would most definitely rebook again. The highlight for us was watching the sunrise up over Sydney from the Jacuzzi on the rooftop. What an amazing view.

The entire building needs a bit of an upgrade.

it is a privately owned room so not part of the hotel. old and rundown. No milk, tea or coffee. no shampoo or conditioner. just a small slab of soap. no service for the same cost.

The room wasn't what I payed for first she trys to give me a sardine can with a fridge that was half rusted and smelt of mould then payed an extra $200 to upgrade to one I already payed for got to the apartment carpet was stained kitchen was dirty had to wipe everything down including the utensils had to be washed twice over table was filthy dirty hadn't been cleaned lounge had rips in back of it furniture was outdated it's not was it is online complete scam false advertising the whole place had a foul odour to the place mould in the aircon vents bathroom had dirt and dust under it like it hadn't been clean in a decade all in all my weekend was ruined and had to pay extra funds for another hotel people do not go to this place it's discusting filthy dirty
