This includes the following: In the Front, river-facing, section of the Ground level:
-Huge Master Lounge Room (40 m2) with couches seating 6 people, looking out onto the River
-Adjoining 10-seat Formal Dining area overlooking the River plus separate Breakfast Bar with River views
-Monster sized, fully-equipped gourmet Kitchen with full-size separate Fridge & Freezer. The kitchen is fabulous and huge - a chef’s delight! -Includes gas hotplate, electric oven, twin fridge/freezer combo, island & a new dishwasher. Plus an Adjacent Laundry with new washing machine and dryer.
PLUS: In the Rear section of the Ground level in a very quiet space:
-Master Bedroom with Queen size bed & 3-door Built in Robe
-2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed and Baby Cot
-3rd Bedroom with Double Bed
-Bathroom with vanity, shower & bath

Outdoor Table & Chairs are ready on your private Balcony approx 30m above the River itself - the feeling is amazing being so high, yet private! Your Balcony can be accessed directly from the kitchen – so indoor/outdoor living is super easy.
Apart from the massive balcony, there also 2 separate outdoor courtyards that both flow indoors/outdoors via bi-fold doors from the home’s main living areas.
The super-large main courtyard faces the river and has an outdoor dining setting for 8 persons. The very private side courtyard faces north for the winter sun
LOCALITY: In a private cul-de-sac with almost no car traffic – just local residents. Small " Village" setting of only approx 40 homes in an exclusive enclave, all homes are similar, multiple-level private residences. Private access via locked gates with a high Boundary Wall around entire property. Super quiet, super peaceful – add on to this the River setting, & its feels like you are in Margaret River, WA - or on the Mediterranean Coast!
ACCESS: You really don't need a car! 3 minute drive, or 5 minute bus, to the heart of FREMANTLE & the Shopping, Entertainment & Café Strip there -or also the same time to COTTESLOE Beach & all its activities. Plus a 2 minute walk to regular “circle-route” BUS Stop on Stirling Hwy. 7 minute walk to North Fremantle TRAIN Station – direct to PERTH CBD in 20 minutes, or to the heart of Fremantle in 2 minutes, just 1-stop.
The Home environment is very private & super relaxed, given the location.
PERSONAL:
My Partner & I live "part-time" on the 3rd level of the Villa. We also have another personal residence in Perth where we live most of the time. When we are in the Fremantle home, we are 2 levels above Guests who are on the Ground level, thus providing genuine privacy for Guests. The middle level acts as a “buffer zone”. There are professional quality sound barriers between the levels to provide for full privacy and comfort.
Guests also have their own separate, private entrance to the Home, and with dedicated Guest parking, there is absolutely no intrusion on Guests.
Confirming that there are no shared common areas in the home and there will only be one guest group in the home. The Guest’s facilities in the ground floor Villa apartment are private and complete, making for a fully “self-contained, home-stay”, with private entry and dedicated parking. This is reflected in the classification by Stayz/VRBO of the Villa apartment home-stay as “Entire Home”.

My husband and I spent an enjoyable 2 months at Justin’s Architectural Villa. A great place for a couple doing business or for pleasure. We had record temperatures during our stay so it got hot (even with the air con) as there are no window coverings. The view of the river and its activity (including dolphins playing) was a highlight. We also enjoyed our daily walks along the extensive walking/bike paths and swims at Leighton Beach. The train was a short walk away and we found the residential neighbourhood very quiet.

Great place and close to everything. Rail station very close.Fantastic living area and view. Justin,who lives above, is very helpful. Bedrooms are perhaps a little dated but otherwise no problems at all. A great place to stay

What a rejuvenating place to stay.
I chose this property to ‘Reset’ and to relax for a month. Not only could I have more than 180 degree views of the Swan River from the massive (huge) balcony - I could also walk to the beach and or just pop into Fremantle. The best part for me was feeling secure and safe - neighbours were the best. Also - Yoga in the secluded garden was my cup of tea and daily medicine.

Gardner Family - Christmas 2019
What a fabulous property, so spacious and the location and view was one of the best. We have 2 small children and everything we needed was there at the property. Plus the playground round the corner was a perfect addition. Justin was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again as we have family who live locally............we’ll be back ☀️👌!

Fantastic Freo!
Fantastic stay with amazing views of the Swan River at your doorstep. The location has great parks and walkways and is situated close to Freo and only a short drive to Perth. Justin was very friendly and helpful in all areas and provided great local tips on restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely book again in the future.

Stunning view
Wow what a stunning view of the swan river, next to a walkway/bicycle track which leads to Freo or Perth. Easy walk to coffee shops & fabulous restaurants with beach views & setting sun! (With Justin’s fantastic recommendations). Very spacious kitchen & lounge
(Loved the well stocked pantry) Netflix a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the verandah watching the movements on the swan. Justin is full of information and happy to help with things to see and do!

Great property, great location!
This is a terrific house with an amazing view. It’s right next to a cycle path along the river with parks and kids playgrounds nearby. Comfortable beds, one bathroom, large kitchen with all mod cons including a Nespresso machine. Great internet and Netflix function on the TV. Large folding verandah doors let the breeze through and allow you to step outside and enjoy more of the stunning view of the river.
The hosts are really friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions and things to do near by. They were very keen to help in any way to make sure we made the most of our time there - thanks!

Fantastic property, highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay On River Front in Nth Fremantle. Fantastic location, with amazing views of the Swan River from ground floor, not too mention an easy stroll to the pristine beach! Also a nice park right around the corner & direct access to the Perth/Freo bicycle track. Having the bikes on hand was great too!. The home is spacious & well equipped including a pantry stocked with basic essentials. A good WiFi connection & Netflix just a bonus. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & easy to contact. Will return again for sure, thanks Justin & Jean

Amazing Location
Fantastic location, on the river (and by the sea) with amazing views - shame that we were so busy to take full advantage of it all. The home has everything that you need. Bathroom is accessed via the master bedroom, which is fine as there is a separate semi ensuite, but just need to be mindful if you really want privacy. Travelling as a family this caused no issues at all. Owner is very helpful with providing maps, local knowledge, the best places to visit, eat etc.

Stayed for 4 nights after Australian Open in February 2017. Generous space for 2 to 4. Ok for 6. Crowded for 8. Well equipped oversized kitchen. Great dinning table. Few staples by previous guests. Wonderful east facing view from Living room, kitchen and balcony. Clothes washer great convenience. Protected area for line drying. Owner provides great local knowledge. Walkable to train. 25 minute train ride to central Perth. Walkable to river beach. Walkable to Indian Ocean Beach. Endless driveable beaches north and south of Fremantle. Excellent WiFi. Quiet neighborhood. Not suitable for loud rowdy groups after 9:00pm. Owners' reply promptly to text or e-mail. House rules appear extensive, but we had no problem with them (two 50+ year old home owners). Suggest getting copy before booking. Will stay again on next Perth area trip.

AMAZING PROPERTY!
Our stay was absolutely stunning. We had a great time in Justin's wonderful house. The place is exactly as described. We had the whole ground floor for our use and it was absolutely perfect also with kids. There is a nice playground just around the corner and other options are available within walking distance.
The view from the second floor terrace which we could use was enormous. With some luck you can see dolphins in the mornings.
Justin is a very open minded host always open for a small chat or tip for your activities.
Would I stay there again? Of course! It would be my great pleasure. Thanks again.
