Quarto espaçoso e com uma vista linda da montanha.

Não era exatamente no centro, mas o acesso era fácil. Não ter tomadas perto da cama. Suporte do chuveiro frouxo, tínhamos que tomar banho segurando o chuveiro.

Nice, but could have been better.

We liked the position of the Guest House. The kitchen was nice with a kettle and a refrigerator.

Unfortunately, the room was not that clean. There were spider webs on the ceiling and some small bugs on the celling as well. The shower towels were small.

Great for a short stay

The location is perfect and parking is easy in the blue lines. For free!

There is a little kitchenette with stove inside the bedroom. In the hallway there was a certain smell that I link to cooking on such a stove. It smelled a bit like fire and this put me in cautious-mode. I think it is dangerous when people can cook in their hotel room. This made me feel a bit unsafe and I went to check emergency-exits. I do not think these are the best when something happens.

Nice hotel /guesthouse in a central location

Great location, friendly staff, clean

Checkout at 10.30…much earlier than in other properties in Switzerland where the check out is usually at noon 🕛

Great stay in Lugano!

Great location, large room and good aircon! Great kitchen.

Small shower and the water pressure wasn't great. No utensils for cooking with.

Beds were comfortable

There was small kitchen, but there was anything - glasses, kitcheware, cutlery... Wifi signal so poor impossible to use connection

Great location for a short stay!

Good location, clean and spacious room, friendly personnel. Parking.

We did not find any downsides.

Only the location is good

The location is great

We stayed for 3 nights and they did not came for cleaning the room not even once! There were not even a facility for cooking since it has oven...you can't find even a spoon or pot.nothing at all. The shower didn't have a door to prevent the water coming out so it was like a swimming pool in the room and toilet after taking shower.Beside,no one came for the cleaning ... The room was too cold that I cought a cold!

Location and staff.

Missing basic stuff as (at least 1 bottle of water, cuttleries, TV, 3rd Bed, no chairs in balcony)

Nice for one or two nights

Very soft beds, a lot of free parking places in the street just oposite the hotel (thank a staff for clue).

In the kitchen it should be at least a pan or something similar to cook. The chairs in the kitchen are quite dangerous to fall.

All the staff working at the reception gave us very good information about all the sights of Ticino.

Τhe apartments are in a good location, close to bus stops, and quite close to the lake shore. I really liked the professionalism of the staff at the reception!!!

Τhe mattresses should be changed with new ones so that they are more comfortable

A good stay... Could have been better!

The location was very handy. Car Parking available on enquiry on nominal charges

No room service Mosquitos in the room (might be ours only as it was the very end room of the corridor). Veryyy poor wifi connectivity inside the room.
