Βρώμικο για την τιμή του. Κλέβουν λεφτά για "εγγύηση ζημιών" και δεν τα επιστρέφουν.

Για την τιμή θα μπορούσε να ήταν καθαρό. Η καθαρίστρια ποτέ δεν ήρθε όπως έλεγε το μέιλ που λάβαμε. Τα λεφτά της εγγύησης δεν επιστράφηκαν ποτέ και ζημιές δεν αφήσαμε.

Všetko bolo výborne, check in bol bezkontaktný a povolili nám skorší check in o 2 hodiny, čo nám s dvomi deťmi veľmi pom

Very good

The location was convenient for our stay, 2 min walk from the metro station and the main road to get a taxi. Very easy access to take away food and mini markets. The balcony is spacious and the apartment was equipped with the basics for coffee.

The listing didn't mention the apartment's floor, and since we arrived late at night we had to check every floor in order to find it. Also, it wasn't very clean, although it was equipped with sufficient towels and toiletries for everyone.

The bathroom sink was a little problematic as the water remained stagnant and the water did not go down the drain.

amazing athens central apartment for families or larger groups

nearby the metro and central athens... great suburb with plenty of eateries and cafes all walking distance. highly recommend. Stayed wiht 2 families.

Nice apartment with a really small elevator that can barely fit 2 people. The apartment is nice, with a lovely terrace, aircon in each room, nice fully-equipped kitchen

Disappointing Experience with Unhygienic Conditions

Location is good

From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted with an unpleasant sight—a bed with crawling worms. It was a shocking and unsanitary discovery that immediately tainted my experience. The presence of worms not only indicated a severe hygiene issue but also left me feeling uncomfortable and disgusted. Furthermore, the washroom was far from acceptable standards of cleanliness. There were visible signs of neglect, with dirt and grime covering various surfaces. The lack of attention to detail was evident, as I noticed hair in the sink, on the floor, and even on the towels provided. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had not performed their duties diligently, resulting in an unacceptable level of cleanliness.

It was a good apartment and had what we needed

I like it the communication that was very good and clear.

Maybe it is not your fault most likley is mine for not looking cardully regarding the 50 € for cleaning but this what i disn’t like it.

Really two double beds and a sofa that is just a sofa, not a real bed

Good value for money and convenient area for the metro. Several bars and eateries nearby. Easy check-in also late at night.

The photos are not true to the real state of the flat which is kind of rundown, with poor fittings. The shower door doesn't close, the bathroom is tiny and when you take a shower you flow it. Not enough beds for all booked persons, terrace with stones and bits of glass rather than a floor, that is dangerous for kids. Poorly equipped kitchen. We understood from the Booking.com website that there are two double bedrooms (correct) and a sofa bed in the living room that would enable us to accommodate 3 extra people (kids). There is no sofa bed, just a sofa, which had not been prepared for the night. We had to make it ourselves with linen provided in a cupboard. One kid had to sleep in the same bed as their parents.

The location is too far from anything good, we had to take taxis everywhere. It would have been much better to pay a bit more and get something central as we ended up paying much more with all the taxis to and from the place.

Quite apartment ideal for a family up to 4 people.

Wooden floor on the balcony was more or less destroyed and was dangerous for the children. Would be good idea to remove it completely.

Athens for weekend

The property itself is just as shown on photos. Schedule in the flat is excellent, rooms are big and balcony is absolute hit. Neighbourhood is calm, everyhing is easily reachable wtih nearby metro. Street parking is possible for free (you need to search it for a while), but you have also parkings around (7-10 days/day). Markets, bakeries, reastaurants, all with good quality and prices near by. At the end, big plus to Multipath (agency which is taking care about property) for organization and proffessional approach for guests. It can be used for long term stat also, more than enoguh equipped. Definitelly money worth and would come back again.

This is nothing that I did not like but just good to know, lift is tiny, could fit max three people (two adl and child).

Comfy , clean and well equipped flat in Ampelokipoi.

Spacious, recently renovated, clean and well equipped flat that could serve longer stays as well .This flat will serve great a family /group of friends visiting Athens as really close to the metro and in an area with restaurants cafes supermarkets only 5 mins on foot. Extra points for winter heating in the flat as it has main heating and independent air-conditioning in every room . Also nice balcony to be enjoyed !

It is a great penthouse apartment with terasse and kitchen. The beds are great. There is also a laundary machine. The apartment is close to the metro station.

I would have liked some personal contact with the host.

Clean & Good Apartment. Recommend to book.

Apartment was clean. Netflix on TV. Kitchen facility was good. Check in process was okey. Balcony was big and loved to sit out. Located in a good area. Supermarket was walkable distance. Overall the stay was good and we recommend.

Free Street parking is available but not nearby.
