Guesthouse on grand old Beverly Hills estate, one block south of the Beverly Hills Hotel. European charm, modern conveniences at an elite address tucked away on the grounds of an estate once home to Joseph Kennedy. Sleeps four. Large windows, light filled rooms, hardwood floors and a compact but full service kitchen. Functional and simple decor. The bedroom flows into a sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden. Orignally a two bedroom, walls have been knocked out to open the space. The living room area is large and open and for sleeping two single beds can convert the space into a second bedroom. The balcony looks out over mature eucalyptus trees and a meadow of green. Swim in the estate's saltwater pool, or dine under the stars on your own private balcony. Bask in the luxury of Beverly Hills' most exclusive neighborhood. For cocktails walk over to the Polo Lounge. Wonderful stay on Rodeo Dr.
This is our second time staying at Deborah’s lovely home. It is a great location for traveling around LA. It is a terrific neighborhood in walking distance to the Rodeo Dr shopping area. Many amenities in the apt and a very relaxing setting. We love staying here!

This unit is in a great location and the convenient parking was an extra bonus. The reality matches the listing and photos. The bathroom has plenty of storage and the kitchen has everything you need. I was traveling with my two adult children and we were very comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to add a wall mirror outside the bathroom close to an outlet so that two people can get ready at the same time. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment above the garage was in a great location. Walking distance to the shops on Rodeo Drive. Universal was a 30 minute drive, Santa Monica is about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The pool was nice , water was warm. The pool hours are 10-6. Great location would stay again.

Incredible location
My mom and I loved our time here and would absolutely come back and refer friends/family. Everything was extremely easy and relaxed. Only (slight) negatives were I didn’t realize there was a flight of stairs to get into apartment, and the main house is in need of yard care

My stay was flawless. The owners make it extremely easy and welcoming. The location could not be better. I was in town to see my doctors at Cedars-Sinai and I hate paying over $500 per night for a hotel room, and this works out better than a hotel because it has a kitchen and easy parking. There is also a lovely terraced patio that sits under the shade of one of the big beautiful trees in the yard. The wifi and streaming TV channels are easy to access as well. All in all, a great deal and a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deborah’s home. She was a gracious host and it was a perfect place to travel around LA from. The home was safe, secluded and peaceful. Our first time in LA and we were able to visit Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Dodger and Anaheim stadiums, the farmers market, downtown LA and so much more from this home. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to LA. It was a wonderful experience!

Gorgeous Stay on Rodeo Drive!
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deborah’s home. She was a gracious host and it was a perfect place to travel around LA from. The home was safe, secluded and peaceful. My husband, two teens and I just spent a wonderful vacation week at Deb and Dale's property in Beverly Hills. The house was clean and roomy - very comfortable for the four of us. We were on the go every day, so we didn't take advantage of the kitchen that was fully stocked with supplies (we really appreciated the use of the coffee maker AND the coffee that was provided) or the pool which looked lovely. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. The house is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. We had no problem parking in the space that was provided in the driveway. Debbie was a wonderful host. She greeted us warmly when we arrived and we were very appreciative for her help when we needed to have a package delivered to us overnight. I would highly recommend this listing.

Perfect Destination
Debbie and Dale are excellent hosts, they both provided a complete home away from home. My sons and I loved the place. Very quiet and clean neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills. The pool was great! We used the grill a few times. The property has a huge yard and garden, it's the first time I've ever seen a lemon and lime tree. We will be back to stay again next year! Thank you again Debbie and Dale!

The upper deck was so nice to enjoy morning coffee on and we loved having use of the pool during our stay. The accommodations were clean and spacious for the four of us and the bedding was comfortable. It was a bonus to have a kitchen and we appreciated the Peet's coffee that was provided. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Much better value and character than a hotel. We had NO issues with parking (drove a smaller SUV, there was plenty of space). Easy walk over to the Beverly Hills Hotel for a drink at the Polo Club. So much to do and see in the area and this is the perfect home base!

Beverly Hills hot spot!
Easy check in and great communication from Debbie! Nestled in beautiful Beverly Hills this guest house is cozy, cool and perfect for family. The pool is such a bonus! We walked to Rodeo Drive and ubered everywhere without any concern. Debbie has plenty of fluffy towels, a great laundry facility and the rooms have AC which is ideal for summer stays. It was a beautiful property and a wonderful visit!

Such an amazing place in a terrific location! The hosts were wonderful and so helpful. The house was perfect for what we wanted for our stay! Oh, and the saltwater pool and ground....awesome! Thanks for a great visit. We'll be back!!!

Lovely guest house and gracious hosts
My wife and two children thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Deborah and Dale were very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early, which was much appreciated, considering our flight arrived in LA at 8:30am. Since we were coming from the East Coast, we were already travel weary and really enjoyed being able to relax and start our vacation. I would highly recommend this guest house for families. Thanks again Deborah and Dale!

It felt like home from the very first minute, we had a blast in LA. Mostly thanks to the perfect owners as they made us feel welcomed all the time and appreciated us visiting them. And we loved the pool too, no doubts, it was so warm and big enough to swim there comfortably.
Everything was very well organised, AC absolutely on point (!!!) and the hot tub was just a cherry on top we couldn’t have dreamt of before pur holidays even begun. Thank you for everything, Debbie and Dale, if we come back anytime soon, we’d for sure consider staying with you again. :)

Amazing location, wonderful stay
I’ve been staying with Home Away over 10 years now and this property epitomizes all the wonderful parts of the vacation rental experience. Meticulously clean, extremely functional garage apartment in the absolute heart of Beverly Hills. I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay for a family vacation in LA. We loved strolling the neighborhood, hiking the Hills, exploring the coast, visiting the Getty all with such a reasonable distance from the property. Debbie couldn’t have been a more gracious hostess sharing wonderful tips, letting us use the amazing pool on the property. No need to look at other places, trust me just book this one. You won’t be sorry!

The location is perfect walking distance from a lot of places. The parking is a big plus. The guest house is practical, quite and clean.
Debbie, was very accommodating and made it a very pleasant stay.
