It was quiet and it had a lot of stations on the TV.
And the bed and easy chair were comfy.
It was in a not so populated area. It had a gravel driveway. Communication was by phone only. The bathroom sink did not have hot water. The kitchen sink was old, stained and terrible looking. One rug only on the floor in an area no really used. It was not worth the price at all.

There was no breakfast. Location was perfect.
This could have been an excellent space if they had not done a sloppy job of updating. It was comfortable. I would not shower in the tub.

Such a quaint place to stay. Felt like home. Beds were comfortable. +
Trying to find this place was a bit difficult. Thank goodness for a very helpful gentleman in a store in the area ... I'm not sure if I would have found it. Was woken up several times during the night by people arguing in the hall - obviously this isn't the hotel's fault, but it did give me an uneasy feeling.

Fun and authentic
Roll away bed mattress pad was stained and did not appear clean. Bedspread on main bed smelled like body oder.

It was very close to the Pioneer Woman’s Mercantile!!
It was an older property.

Very cute hotel!! Loved the history, location and room. Little kitchen area was great. Perfect for our stay, right in town, but just down from all the shops. Will definitely stay again.
The bed was very firm, my mom loved it but I did not. And the bathroom door didn’t open all the way, stopped at the toilet. Not a deal breaker, but feel like I should mention it.

The location was great. It was a nice walk to go eat or shop. There was a kitchen area just in case we needed it.
The front of the hotel is not welcoming, and it was a bit hard to find.

Location was great for my needs. Bed was comfortable. Room was good size.
Wow. First off, if you have any mobility issues, this is NOT the place for you. Parking lot is far away, and it's an obstacle course to get to your room. Bathroom was up a step and small. Bathtub was nice, but not for a shower. Kitchenette was nice...but needed a faucet. Cups, glasses, coffee maker were supplied, but you had to go into the bathroom for water.

It was an interesting hotel from a historic point of view. The room was a little quirky, but I did appreciate the eclectic collection of furniture and lighting fixtures. Liked the bathtub as well. Bed was so-so comfortable.
Bed could have been a little more comfortable, but no big deal.

Great location, easy walk to The Pioneer Woman attractions and other boutiques. Very clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Linens were the perfect weight for comfort. Plenty of closet space. Small refrigerator had plenty of space to hold drinks and leftover boxes.
There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, had to improvise. We didn’t use the kitchen area except to make coffee and keep drinks and a little food in the refrigerator. But if we had needed to use it, there were no pots and pans. There were a few dishes, cups and silverware but nothing to cook in. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, etc like you would see in a hotel. That didn’t bother us, we had our own, but it is something people typically expect. Also, our room was not handicap accessible, maybe some of the other rooms were, I’m not sure, we didn’t need it to be so it was fine.

Location is great! View from the balcony was amazing. Joe was right there when a problem arose with room key.
Even though the hotel is right downtown it is very quiet and peaceful.
We will definitely stay again.
Key was not in box at check in time. Check in time was 3pm and we received key at 5pm.
Bed was not very comfortable and no bedding for roll away bed.

Certainly a different type of lodgings but very enjoyable!
No staff anywhere? Keys were left in a very publicly accessible area where anyone off the street could come in and grab them. Hopeful no
one went in after I left my room
because when you leave, you just put keys in a hallway desk where anyone can come by and get into your room. That part made me nervous.

I liked the rustic part of the hotel. I liked the location. The staff was great. We met Donna, and she took good care of us. I liked that it was clean and had a good size refrigerator.
I would have liked the bathroom to be a little bigger. It was odd that it said it slept 4 when it really didn't. The bed was a queen bed, and then a short futon. Donna was so sweet, she brought us an roll out bed, but it wasn't very comfortable. The queen bed wasn't very comfortable either. Needed more padding.

it was clean.
It was falsely advertised. the amenities it listed were incorrect. it listed a washer and dryer, not even one on the property. Shade was broken. It listed as newly renovated, it was definitely not.

Location is great for seeing Pioneer Woman stuff. $126.00 for 4 people is fine. Clean room. Comfy beds. TV and fridge worked fine. If on a budget this is your place to stay.
Very rustic and basic. Nobody to ask questions. Difficult check in because no staff or front desk. Not much pressure in the shower. Glad we brought extra blanket for the bed.

Claw foot bathtub
The bed makes a lot of noise maybe take the wheels off on a tile floor. It was uncomfortable my husband said he would've went to the chair if it would've been bigger. Lobby is under construction right now.

Unique
There was no key available to get in. Had to wait for manager to find it and let us in 20 minutes later.

location and service was excellent
property would be wonderful if it was updated

Close to everything.
The room smelled and was super tiny. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The sugar they provided for the coffee was just from random restaurants that they had been to and grabbed a handful. The hand soaps had a 1/4 of a inch of soap in them the kitchen sink looked like car parts had rusted in it. The noises from the other rooms were clear enough that you could hear every word.

This is just a friendly statement
The towels we had in our room 18 were a bit smelly of damp and had a mildew.

Close to P Town
To much to write about, if you like roughing it for your money it’s a great place to stay. Has a lot of potential. I would suggest spending the extra money and staying at Pioneer woman’s Inn.

The location was great. The hotel was nice, could be amazing with some renovations.
We felt the quality of the hotel didn’t match up with the cost of the rooms.

It was peaceful and quiet
The cable box didn't work and there was nothing to watch on TV. The maintenance man came to.fix it but it didn't work. It worked for a little bit but it went out again.

The hotel is historic and old but very charming. Pawhuska is a great place to visit and the hotel is within walking distance of the shops and eateries.
Due to the age of the building, you could hear other people in the building coming and going. Thankfully everyone turned in early!
