Exceptional

The staff was extremely nice and pointed out food Muslims avoid. Made us feel very welcomed and the location is pretty close to all the main tourist spots, the receptionist was the sweetest lady who guided us to places we should be visiting. I would definitely come back here again if I visit tblisi. The fact that they also communicated allowing early check-in since we landed at 1am helped us even more!!!

Clean rooms with balconies. Helpful stuff. Comfy beds. Location close to center.

Three stars less cause of the ZERO SOUNDPROOF. You must know that before you go. You can hear even the taps turning on and off.

really nice architecture,clean room amazing stuff,delicious breakfast,comfort on the highest level. they have really big and nice map which shows full city and also country itself p.s. receptionist was very helpful showing/suggesting places you should definitely visit in Georgia. 10-10 recommended.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, professional staff, tasty breakfast. There is a washing machine available. The hotel is very good value for money.

Sauna did not work at the time of our stay. WiFi connection quality was very poor in our room. I would prefer to see a bit more diversity of food for breakfast. May be worth adding hair conditioner and body lotion to the room supplies.

A decent hotel close to Rustaveli Metro Station

I booked the hotel, because it is close to the university of Tbilisi, where a conference I was attending took place. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet side street, it is some 10-15 minutes walk to the Rustaveli metro station and there are a lot of shops and restaurants all around. I had a nice and spacious room on the 6th foor, with the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard (belonging to a school, so quite lively during the mornings - you easily recognize when there is a break between classes). The room had all one needs for a pleasant stay, including a fridge and a safe. Wifi worked well throughout the whole stay. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, inside or in the garden. It starts quite late (8 am officially, 8.15 really), which is not very convenient when you have to attend an event or have a trip planned for the day. The choice of food was decent. I did not like that there was no coffee machine and the man working there had to bring all the food and make coffee at the same time, which meant that the coffee usually arrived when I had already eaten. The same happened to soft drinks served, I only once stayed long enough to get one.

1) For breakfast, see above. 2) The sound isolation was not very good, I could easily hear my neighbors and equally easily track any movements of a family with a little kid which stayed several floors below. 3) At the moment, there is a large reconstruction of streets going on in the area, due to which the entry to the street where the hotel is located is blocked from one side. Not the fault of the hotel, of course, but it makes it more difficult to walk in the area (as you have to go through construction sites).

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice balcony with a garden view. I like the location because it is in a quiet area and technically everything is close to the hotel

A Lovely Oasis

Good location on a quiet side street a short walk (10-12 min) from the Rustavelli metro station. The room was large and the balcony was a great place to relax after exploring. Staff were very kind (especially Tina at the desk). Breakfast was great - tasty with a huge selection of food and staff were helpful. Close to several local restaurants/cafes/attractions.
