Well located and convenient but not very comfortable.

Excellent location, nice flat and the host Zuleica was very helpful and polite. Missing little details such as more towels, shower curtain, more crockery… things that would make it a bit more convenient and comfortable.

The wardrobe and cupboards were probably not opened for a long time, so everything had a mould smell. We had to leave all doors opened every day to ventilate and try to get rid of the smell of dump, and our clothes later ended up smelling. The toilet and the sink were leaking and the shower drain was blocked. I did inform the host who promptly sent someone to fix, but the problem continued.

Amazing place with caring personnel !

Amazing place, very well located. Zuleica was a very good host, she even let me stay longer at the day of check-out because my flight was late afternoon ! Would recommend and return !

Very nice stay, nice little flat in a very good position

The flat is very nice, the host is always available and kind, the position is perfect, very nice street, practically on the beach (a small but nice one), and only 5-10 mins walking to the city centre and Santa Maria beach.

Shower without curtain, impossible not to inundate the toilet every time we showered. Pots for cooking were a bit useless. Many mosquitos around, mosquito nets were quite helpful though.

Perfect for an inexpensive winter break

For one or two people it was perfect. A few minutes walk from the beach or ten minutes to a nicer beach near the pier. A short walk into town for the main bars and restaurants.

Very relaxing! The place was quiet, spacious and comfy.

The paintings in the apartment were wonderful. Great choice. Great taste. I wish I could have bought similar paintings in Sal.

We felt so good in this apartment with cozy patio, comfortable kitchen, friendly communication and great location.

2 minutes to the sea. All what you need is already in apartment. Sal service doing everything for the comfort stay and reply always very fast. Allowed us to check out later.

basic accomodation on a great location!

the location js perfect: very close to the beach, quiet at night, safe. Outdoor seating in the shade, shower has nice pressure.

unfortunately there were very many mosquitos in the apartment and on the terrace, nowhere else on Sal did we have mosquitos, we think it may be because of the build next door, there are pools of still water in there. Wifi would have been convenient.

The place is really wonderful, located near to the beach just couple of steps. People are so nice to each other in this residence. I definitely enjoy stay here and recommend it to everyone for relax :)

Location is perfect, close to the best breakfast spot in Santa Maria and 30 meter from the beach. Apartment has only the facilities one can ask for: hairdryer, proper kitchen to eat-in, proper bathroom. Paolo is a great host as well!

The residence is an elegant guesthouse sitting in a great location in Sal. The room was spacious and comfortable. Trust the owners and caretakers of the apartment, they won’t let you down.

A real gem in Santa Maria

We were extremely lucky to have found this gem located conviniently in the center of Santa Maria for our clients who needed last minutes accommodation due to the covid 19 pandemic. The hosts are precious and friendly people that attended to every need of our guests. Special thanks to Paolo that helped above and beyond to ensure an incredible stay! Would definitely book again and recommend to all travellers!

Very enjoyable.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. Our representative Stefania was lovely. We locked ourselves out and she was around to open the apartment for us very quickly. She organised our taxi to airport etc. Very friendly and helpful.
