si e stati caldi c'era tutto ma ripeto un po' lucubre sembravanmo di stare in una casa di fantasmi

il posto era buono

la casa sembrava quella dei fantasmi molto antica ma non e stato un problema sui mobili c'era scritto dappertutto in inglese non toccare ma poi chi l'ha conosciuto il proprietario forse e un fantasma con tutto che ha scritto

Fair for the money and good for a short stay

The property is close to the downtown. Overall we received what we’ve paid for and it was like in the photos. The host left some bread, mini cakes and pastry and mini jam for us. The price was also lower than the most of the others so our expectations were not high. We couldn’t expect something better for the price we paid for it

The walls aren’t in a good condition(the paint is coming off) and there is a smell in the apartment and it looks a little bit creepy. Everything is old but we already saw it in the photos. I’d recommend buying other bed sheets and blankets, it will improve the experience a lot.

L'emplacement

Logement tres mediocre 1 piece qu'on a pas le droit d utiliser aucun equipement dans le Logement contre les moustiques ( plus de 20 piqûres par personne ) matelas sale obliger de laisser les fenêtres et volets fermer Il est marqué dans l'annonce parking voiturier ( mensonge ) il est marqué petit déjeuner ( lol ) biscotte en sachets confitures industrielle sachet de gâteaux et de thé et café j'appelle pas cela un petit dej il est écrit fruits sur l'annonce mensonge et encore je ne vous écrit pas tout sensation d'être espionné, et beaucoup de bruit ( aspirateur a l'étage des 7h du matin en tapant dans les portes ) A fuir !!!!!!!!!

La maison est restée aménagée avec les vieux meubles et décorations des personnes qui devaient y vivre auparavant. C'est un peu vieillot. Mis à part la salle de bains qui est récente.

Stari namještaj, bučni susjedi, previše osobnih stvari, domaćin šalje poruke na talijanskom unatoč tome što smo mi pisali na engleskom, doručak, bicikli smješteni na teško dostupnom mjestu, prljavom, punom paučine, nismo ih koristili jer su bili prljavi, a jedan je bio i zaključan

Ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. 10 Minuten zur Stadtmauer und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche zum Essen zu bereiten und dies dann im Garten zu genießen. Wir haben uns in die noch originale frühere Ausstattung des Häuschens verliebt. Gerne wieder.

Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch gut und eine Schüssel um Salat zu machen.

sicuramente non lo rifarei

Bagno ristrutturato da poco ma già con il box doccia senza porta che bagna tutto.

Forte odore di muffa, ambiente molto vecchio con mobilia antica con il suo classico odore. Anche coperte e lenzuola vecchie. Niente comandi luci al letto e luci comodini non funzionanti quindi o spegni la luce e vai a letto al buio oppure dormi con la luce accesa. Box doccia senza porta, niente luce specchio. Colazione preconfezionati di 2 merendine al cioccolato, fette biscottate, marmellate. niente latte. solo caffe. Non sono riuscito a trovare il termostato o il modo per accendere il riscaldamento (non credo sia possibile) e la giornata fredda e piovosa ha fatto si che al mattino è stata dura fare la doccia.

Un luogo curioso

Grande struttura, quattro vani, pian terreno, cucina abitabile, bagno ampio e ristrutturato. Arredamento classico, sembrava di stare a casa dei nonni. Per colazione c’erano delle brioches e della marmellata ma solo due bustine di te.

La casa la sera era un po’ fredda, le coperte di lana pesanti. Magari trovare altre bustine di the e del caffè sarebbe stato gradito.

La tente au camping c'est mieux

On nous a rappelé au moins 4 fois qu'il restait la taxe de séjour à payer avant d'arriver. Le logement n'était pas propre, les poignées de placard dans la cuisine collaient aux mains, la vaisselle pas propre, le micro onde n'était pas branché et le câble sale et collant. Et le petit déjeuner est industriel, et on ne sait pas depuis combien de temps sont ouverts le beurre, le café... Le lit a un matelas tellement vieux et usé qu'on ne peut pas y dormir. C'est pire que de dormir à même le sol au camping.

Liebevoll eingerichtet

Super schöne alt eingerichtete Wohnung. Mit gemütlichen Garten möbeln. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte (außer Kaffee, der war gerade leer). Eignet sich auch super für ein bisschen Grusel👍🏼 Einfach mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, überall was zum gucken und erkunden. Einfaches einchecken mit Safe vor der Haustür.

Très bien ! A recommander !

Le contact sympathique avec Sandra. Une salle de bains très fraichement restaurée, une belle douche à l'italienne. Un jardinet accueillant pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. La proximité par rapport au centre historique : 10 minutes en bus, 20-25 minutes à pied. Les panières avec confiture, biscottes et brioches pour le petit-déjeuner.

La première pièce qui ne peut guère être utilisée.

Charming Tuscan Experience

Loved the authentic Italian experience. The location was perfect. The window shutters were ideal for keeping out the light and external noise.

Noisy upstairs neighbours arrived at 3am oblivious theur loud footsteps echoed through the ceiling.

Time travel in Lucca

The place is... special: you either like it or not. It is a refurbished old place with a long history. Once I stepped in I had a worm sense of being accepted in this group allowed to share the history of this place. Bathroom is new. Nice terras. Great value for money.

Kids complained about having it cold (although there are a couple of radiators hanging around). Breakfast not up to standards.

Nice place to stay in Lucca and good value for money but sadly not a great nights sleep due to the noise in the apartmen

The house is lovely, only a 10 minute walk into the centre and well equipped with everything you need.

The people in the apartment above (not clear if they live there or were other guests) were incredibly noisy and kept us awake til around 2am.

Loved the garden. Apartment was beautifully quirky and spacious. Clean and comfortable. Position just a short walk from the city walls was perfect. Great value for money.

Dark place with bad breakfast and hot water issues

The host allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment after the check out. He was responsive on whats-app and cell phone.

We had difficulties getting hot water on arrival. The host arranged for the plumber to come during the day, but repaired the bidet instead of the hot water. Upon coming back in the apartment in the late evening and finding out that still there is no hot water, the host revealed that there is a secret pressure knob which allows hot water to stay warm. In addition to the hot water issues, the place is very dark, the breakfast offered were several prepacked (long-lasting) not fresh toast breads and pastry. There were no duvet sheets on the beds, just plain sheets, so during the night after turning in the bed, we would touch the same cover as any previous guests.

Exceptional

We arrived to a very special house, felt like an old and authentic Italian house, a house with lots of character. It had a wide variety of antiquities, suitable for those who like to be surrounded by antiquities :) The communication with Francesco was exceptional. Was available and helped with anything we needed.

I would recommend upgrading the breakfast we paid extra and instead of toast jam and pastries, add milk and cheeses, fruits or yogurt, eggs for preparation... For a better sleep, I would replace the mattress and bed

BATHROOMS NEED TO BE RENOVATED AND HEATING SHOULD BE AVAILABLE/CONTROLED BY GUESTS. OTHERWISE IT IS SPOOK BUT ACCEPTABLE TO STAY WITH ORIGINAL OLD STUFF AROUND BUT NEW MATRIXES ARE ALSO INDISPENSABLE. THANKS GOD THE KITCHENWARE WAS ALSO NOT FROM THE 1950'S.
