Over all very lovely. Would happily go back.

The aesthetic is beautiful, it was very home from home and what we wanted. It was very clean , beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy. Good value for money. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be going back again.

People that was staying with me was wary of the dogs out front as they were barking .After a few days they warmed up to them though. Also on the advertisement it stated a swimming pool we were not shown this .

The location was pefect for us as we had travelled down from Cumbria to see family. The cottage was perfectly situated for us to see friends and family in Horsforth, Pudsey, Headingley and beyond. As per the description, it was cosy, comfortable, and very pet friendly - our two dogs loved it. The cottage has a courtyard which is fenced in and completely secure and we were able to let them out knowing they were safe. Our Cavapoo, Lucy had a great time with the owners Cocker Spaniel, Maggie and was sad when we had to leave.

Nice enough for a quick stopover

Luckily my work colleague didn't join me as there was only one bathroom, and you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to it - so would have been a bit awkward.

Superb

Spacious, well equipped cottage. Very helpful host with a hospitable Yorkshire welcome with tea, milk and biscuits. Rooms are much larger than the pictures on the website. Good heating system which kept us very cosy. Nice kitchen with dining area. Rural location with nice walks to local park and woods and only 10 mins drive to Central Leeds.

Heating was on so it was lovely and warm when we arrived. Fridge was stocked with milk and butter. Kitchen was well equipped. Downstairs bedroom very prettily decorated and lovely and clean. Dog friendly. Lovely fluffy towels.

Whilst dog friendly in the cottage it would be great to have somewhere on the farm to exercise our dogs. We had to walk to a nearby park which we hadn't expected to do.

it was on a farm yet close to all sightseeing and family in Leeds . it was lovely and warm and cosy and very clean . Leanne was fabulous and made sure everything was fine . it was private yet not too far from anyone if you needed anything . We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

What a gem!

What a gem of a cottage. Very spacious. Handy for Leeds but also in the countryside. Pub/eatery within walking distance.Comfy bed and living area. Much bigger than I was expecting. I was able to contact the host to let them know we were going to be arriving at a different time to what I stated in the booking and it wasn't a problem. Milk in the fridge! Would definitely stay again. Host was very welcoming.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Where to start! We were due to meet Leann the owner at 14.00pm. We get there and she was not there. We tried calling but the number on the booking.com website did not work. All the gates were locked with no sign of the keys. I then sent an email, to which she never responded. Booking.com then assisted in relocating us elsewhere. This was booked for my wife's birthday with our closest friends and just because this shameful and disrespectful lady could not be bothered turning up, ruining 3 hours of our planned afternoon. I would avoid this place at ALL costs. If you want a nice, pleasant stay, I suggest booking elsewhere. As soon as we left the carpark, this shameful individual tried claiming the keys were in the post box, which we checked as soon as we got there. Which makes this lady a liar too. I honestly can not believe that she is allowed to advertise on booking.com if she has no intention of showing up, nor having a mobile number that works. Shameful, shameful person. Final piece, her neighbours told us she was in, so not sure what she was actually doing.

Warmly welcomed to this lovely cottage in the countryside. We really enjoyed our stay, milk, tea, coffee etc provided for us. Would definitely return. The only drawback to some guests may be that there is only one toilet in the upstairs ensuite bedroom so may be a little inconvenient for those sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. Not a problem for us at all.
