Prima!

Appartement was prima alle belangrijke faciliteiten aanwezig. In dezelfde straat een supermarkt, koffie zaak en apotheek op 2 min loopafstand, heel fijn!

Prijs verhouding viel tegen duur voor basis.

Faltaram utensílios em quantidade compatível com os hóspedes. Microondas não funcionava desde o 1. Dia e somente foi resolvido na véspera de irmos embora. Acho desnecessário cobrar pela garagem . O preço já cobriria isso .

Apartmán je ďaleko od letiska a taktiež od centra mesta. Nachádza sa sice v novšom bytovom dome no v blízkosti je nie ve

Apartman bol čistý vybavenie bolo veľmi dobré aj na dlhodobejší pobyt.

Nefunkčný fén na vlasy, mravce v kúpeľni, nepohodlné postele, okna cez ktoré bolo počuť hluk z rušnej ulice ako keby boli otvorené.

Apartament wyjął mi z wyjazdu kilka godzin czasu i ponad dobę komfortu. Nie wrócę do Olala.

pogoda w Barcelonie.

Przyjazd w nocy z lotniska w 7 osób. W Apartamencie po naszym przybyciu nie było ciepłej wody, trochę słaba opcja po podróży i chęci odświeżenia się. Pomimo nocnych telefonów i obietnicy porannej wizyty techników awarii nie usunęli tylko dobę później zaproponowali przenosiny do innego apartamentu do którego nie działał klucz elektroniczny (ponawiane pięć kolejnych kodów) co wiązało się z wędrówkami z bagażami pomiędzy apartamentami. Potem przekazano nam klucz fizyczny w dziwny sposób używając skrytek kodowych do których nie działały kody szyfrowe - a potem się okazało, że to jednak nie w skrytkach znajdziemy klucz a w kłódce szyfrowej bo się komuś pomyliło. Ciuciubabka na kilka godzin, stracony czas, ekipa która miała usunąć usterkę nie dotarła na umówioną godzinę przez co przepadły bilety na atrakcje na mieście i musiałem 70E wydać drugi raz. Skończyło się jakaś rekompensatą 45E z czego dostałem 40 bo jeszcze jakieś podatki musieli zawinąć (ogólnie zwrot i rekompensata zaczęła się zanim napisałem jakikolwiek wniosek o rozliczenie - więc nie uwzględnili moich strat tylko sobie sami wyliczyli co i jak bez konsultacji) Przy zapłaconych 620E ten zwrot to mocno symboliczny gest. - ogólnie niesmak i stracone mnóstwo czasu. Apartament sam w sobie nie jest zły i spełnia standard 6/10. Chociaż na zdjęciach wygląda jak nowy - w rzeczywistości lata świetności ma za sobą. I jeden i drugi. Porysowane podłogi, popękane fugi, powycierane krzesła i kanapy. Organizacja przekazania ewentualnych kluczy - bardzo słaba. Ja z Olala Homes drugi raz już nie skorzystam.

Clean and spacious apartment, good facilities, but a little far from all major Places to visit.

Once check in was completed, everything went smooth.

It took us a while and a couple of attempts to complete the online check in process.

Accès au logement trop compliqué mais l’appartement était parfait.

Étage 4 appartement 2. Magnifique appartement.

Pour accéder aux codes d’entrée, le contact avec Olala Homes a été très compliqué ; les tentatives de contact par téléphone ou par mail n’aboutissaient pas. Quand il est 17h, dans une ville inconnue et que vous ne parvenez pas à avoir les codes d’entrée dans votre logement, vous commencez à flipper un peu.

Estrutura deixa a merecer

La struttura era pulita.

Nao encontrei a estrutura que vi as fotos no site do Booking. O sofá era sujo, com furos e rasgado. Tivemos que colocar uma coberta nele, para poder sentar. Além de que, tinhamos lugar para 3 pessoas na sala, e eramos em 06. O assoalho da sala, esta totalmente riscado, encontra-lho assim, foi totalmente frustante. Tivemos problema com a internet e por fim com a Tv (os cabos atacados com fita). Na cozinha aconselho deixar ao menos um pano de prato e sugiro também uma toalha para a mesa.

An excellent place to stay

It is a new spacious accommodation with all the modern facilities and conveniently located. The kitchen was fully stocked with even some guddies for the guests and the linen was immaculately cleaned. The property is managed professionally and I would recommend it for anyone planning to visit Barcelona

A spacious modern apartment with easy access to public transport.

The apartment was really clean and well maintained on the whole. Lovely balcony space and plenty of space indoors. Bathroom. And ensuite which was perfect for us as a family. Around a 3-4 min walk from the tram stop, local shop and Riverside walks. We walked further and explored a bit of the local neighbourhoods but lots within easy walking/tram distance. We took the tram further afield and in 2 days saw Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Montjuic Park and Camp Nou Barcelona FC. As well as lots of cafe stops of course! We are already considering another stay as there were so many things we didn't get to see. The apartment was stocked with a few essential items like washing tablets and dishwasher tabs, orange juice, small cakes and tea, coffee, sugar salt etc. There were plenty of towels and wardrobe space. Everything needed for a short stay.

One socket by the dining table I couldn't get to work and the TV remote was a but temperamental to turn on and off. Everything else was brilliant!

Barcelona ne-a plăcut, sper să revenim curând.

Apartamentul a fost spațios, curat, zona liniștită.

Unele minusuri: ușile trebuiesc reparate, nu se închid foarte bine, la bucătărie ușa de la terasă este blocată, probabil a fost ruptă de alți turiști. Am avut parte de mult zgomot de la apartamentul alăturat, au fost în jur de 10-12 persoane (nu știu care este capacitatea de cazare a apartamentului, dar cu siguranță au fost foarte mulți) au avut muzică la o boxă portabilă și au făcut foarte mult zgomot, au cântat, au țipat, într-una din seri au încercat să intre în apartamentul nostru (probabil din greșeală). Pe viitor ar trebui să-i verificați, probabil au închiriat apartamentul pentru un număr mai mic de persoane, dar ei au fost mai mulți.

Casa nuova , ottimo per gruppi un po lontana dal centro

Casa nuova , molto bella e spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il check in risolto subito e in maniera efficiente dallo staff. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 e ci stavamo benissimo

Il quartiere è nuovo , però è distante dal centro di barcellona. Vicino a casa è presente una fermata del tram circa 5 minuti a piedi e della metro circa 17 minuti a piedi. Sotto casa è presente una fermata di un pullman che però non è compreso nella hola BCN Comunque nessun problema se siete un gruppo numeroso a cui piace cammire

Worst experience ever, got robbed infront of appartment (its criminal area), irresponsible staff

I am sorry but I didn't like anything about this apartment, due to the attitude and behaviour of the staff. we got robbed infront of the apartment. see details in the other comments. I will not recommend anyone to stay their if like your life and belongings. its a criminal area.

It was the worse experience ever. We (me and my friend) got robbed in front of the apartment. 1000$ + 6000€ + Rayban sunglass, Tom ford sunglass, 3 passport, branded wrest watches, employment cards, health insurance card, Bank cards all got stollen. When we went to police station, there were two other persons came who also got robbed and their iPhone 14 pros got snatched from them. Olala apartment is located in a getto and criminal area, we didn’t know this when we were booking it. The staff was super non-cooperative. They didn’t get us into the apartment although we already paid the rent payment via booking.com but they demanded 300 euro extra as a security deposit. I tried to pay security deposit but their payment system was not working, they sent me three different payment links, 2 of them didn’t work and then the final 3rd went through. Because of Olala personal who didn’t let us in into the building facility for 3 hours, during the waiting period we got robbed. Staff was only concerned about their money but not us the customers. Super non-cooperative staff. Also the code to room they sent us was not working, had to call them several times then they send another password to room. I strongly recommend not to stay here, its a criminal area. not worth of value and comfort. I don’t want anyone to suffer like us.

Our family was very impressed with our stay at Olala Apartments

Spacious apartments with all necessary furniture and household appliances. Detergents for washing machines, dishwashers, hygiene products were presented. Clean, comfortable, light. Comfortable beds with good mattresses. Convenient location with respect to public transport, the beach is within walking distance. Close proximity to the city center.

I would like to add a beach umbrella to the service, your customers will appreciate it with dignity and great gratitude.

Extremely dark apartment

Picture shows different apartments we had dark apartments on the ground floor, under the beds so much dust, doors for terrace were broken so we did not feel save to leave our stuff there it was not possible to lock it. In the bedroom I could hear all night how other apartments flashing toilet and taking shower. I am sorry but property need some investment , I would not recommend to my friends.
