Loved our apartment room. Easily travelled to many sites by underground trains. Some sites walkable.

Good accomodation

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from London Bridge and 10 from St. Paul's Cathedral. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The building has a big elevator. Our apartment was very spacious with a bedroom and living room separated by a bathroom (no doors between the spaces). The internet in the room was ok. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses and cutlery.

Unfortunately, you cannot leave luggage at the location until check-in... but the reception provides you another location located 20 min walk from the apartment.

Not as advertised. Don't fall for this as we did!

Good location

Not what we booked..booked a separate bedroom only to be told there were none at that address. The man on reception..Rafa...was the rudest person you could imagine, when questioning the separate bedroom situation he shut the door in my husband's face. Never seen anything like it! Can't store luggage at the address..only available at their head office a 20min walk away. There 4 nights not serviced once while we were there. Room 8 is by front door that bangs everytime someone goes in or out. 1 towel supplied for 2 people..had to request another. Dryer not working and apparently a drying rack is the wardrobe! Very very poor all round.

Fantastic apartment-hotel, right by Bank / Cannon Street My apartment (#17) had a nice fold-out desk to be used for work Quiet, since building is not facing busy street Concierge present most of the time, easy check in / check out All amenities, incl. dishwasher Everything relatively new, quite spacious

Not very nice staff, no hairdryer, no luggage storage

Location

There is no hairdryer in the hotel (not even asking at the reception). The mattress is not comfortable at all. They do not have reception 24h, but during the day there are people at the reception, but they do not keep your luggage. You must take it to the other hotel they have which is 21 mins walking (not 15 mins as they say). Extremely basic, they do not cover even the basic needs.

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour un mini appartement propre fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Spacieux, propre très bien équipé décoration soignée. Super douche. Cuisine complète et lave linge.

Personnel peu disponible , je suis arrivée à la fin du service d'un personnel, avant que sa relève n'arrive. Il n'était pas disposé à aider et se refugiait derrière son téléphone mobile. Pas de prise usb pour recharger les petits équipements Pas de sèche cheveux Ventilatio' un peu fraîche malgré la modification du thermostat

Amazing location and good facilities. Somewhat noisy.

Amazing location, nice apartment, friendly staff. The studio is not large but had everything you’d need on a trip (washing machine, iron, small kitchenette with cutlery). This was my first time in London but the price seems great for the location.

It was quite noisy in the apartment, even at night. I recommend getting some ear plugs if you are used to sleeping in silence.

Edificio típico inglés. En el centro y a 2 min de parada de metro. Cama y cojines cómodos. Cocina completa. Incluye artículos de lavabo, toallas, secador...

Pondría algún trapo de cocina más, servilletas... Había un cojín de un sillón que estaba roto. La limpieza de la cocina estaba regular.

Excellent location and value for money versus local hotels in the EC4 area.

Very modern, clean and fabulous shower, Kitchen amenities. Reception Gentleman was very professional and helpful.

Room was quite hot, considering how cold outside, buut I didnt try the Aircon and I slept very well.

Pas de personnels qui nous accueillent Juste une personne qui nous a répété en boucle « check in at 3pm » ce qui est relativement tard. Pas de possibilité de laisser les bagages sur place en attendant, il faut se rendre à un autre endroit beaucoup plus loin ce qui n’est pas pratique. Literie très moyenne.

Good size. Nice kitchen with all you need. Table for eating and desk for working. Locked key in the room at late night and they were responsive on the phone and resolved it

Carpet was a bit stained. If there was a gym would be perfect.

Great location, awful stay there

I only liked the location of the apartments it was very safe and close to everything

Everything. There was no hot water for my entire stay so I could not shower for 5 days unless I used ice cold water in the depths of winter. The receptionist don’t know anything or have access to any real help. I honestly do not recommend.

Ich hatte mit meinem Freund eine unvergessliche Reise erlebt, in einem komfortablen Apartment mit viel Platz.

Sehr gut. Der Mann welcher an der Reseption arbeitet, war äusserst zu vor kommend und liebenswert.

In den Bewertungen stand das man Orangensaft und Wasser im Kühlschrank findet, wenn man ankommt, ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht das dies nicht so war. Zudem fehlte uns ein Abwaschschwamm. Sonst war alles super!

Nice location, but that's it.

Good location, quite central and close to the tube. They provided cereals, milk and powder coffee, which was nice.

To retrieve the key I had to call: for me as a non UK resident with a foreign phone contract, an international call is not free, actually expensive. Then on the phone they gave me the code to a box, where my key should have been, but it was empty. They had to find a solution and call me back later - this was quickly done thank god. I stayed 8 nights and housekeeping came by only once: they did not even change the sheets on the bed but managed to throw out the shampoo and shower gel bottles I had opened (they were not empty yet) without putting any replacement. So when I came "home" at 21.00h after a day's work, I could not shower. I called reception (paid phone call, again) and the only solution they could find was to send me an uber to travel to the main reception (the only one with staff present) to get some replacement toiletries and then travel back to the apartment with another uber. I was gone for more then 40 minutes. I will not be staying again.

Nice bedroom. Bad communication with guests

They had a nice detail leaving us some food (orange juice, bananas and eggs) in the fridge.

There was no reception and the only way to contact them was via phone call. In the middle of our stay, the door code changed and no one told us anything so we didn't know and had to call again.

Fantastic location for an evening out in the city, would definitely stay again.

Excellent location near Cannon Street station. Beautifully converted building which was very quiet and although a studio apartment it felt spacious and was spotless clean.

Although we could check in from 3pm the check out was early ish at 10am.

Good place to stay.

Location, big room, hot shower and comfy bed. Easy walking to the tube station with luggage. Very easy walking to both Tower and London bridge.

Difficult to find. It was at the beginning of our trip and had difficulty communicating with our designated host. We had E-sims but for data only. A workman ended up calling the number for us and sorting out the problem. We did get more savvy in how to contact hosts as our journey progressed so maybe it’s not as much of a bump in the road as we thought at the time. The suite hadn’t been cleaned completely- pubic hair in the bathroom etc. They came in the next day and cleaned while we were out. I was impressed with that.

Quick rendezvous with London’s financial center

The space as massive & once we found the hotel it was easy to find again- London is complex street wise but that has its charms.

There was a bar that was a little noisy until 11 pm or so. It was not horrible. We would absolutely stay here again because this didn’t bother us but it might bother some.

I could have found a better place

It’s near river Thames and Tower of London

Air conditioning was not working and it was cold inside, we called the number they gave us and called technitions next morning but they also couldn’t solve the problem. We stayed 4 nights and 3 nights was terribly cold. 3rd night a guy came with a electric heater and told me why not to use it so long and he told me that the room was warm? He gave me some speech about cautions etc and he left.

High end apartment in a quiet nook in the heart of the city - nice

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, central but it a really quiet area. The suite itself is very grand with amazing reliefs on the walls high, ceilings and premium fixtures and fittings. Swanky you might say. The comments about the bathroom door are interesting it is a big door of real substance but easy enough to open, except I think that I was in the disabled apartment (suite 9) and I doubt that you could open the door if you were in a wheel chair. Oh yes, the light switches are crazy - several banks of 4 switches that do not seem to control the lights in the area that you are in - or in some cases anything - I suspect that the electrician had a sense of humour.

It is a great space but the bed area is far from 'cozy' - basically a bed in a large space. The biggest problem though was the check in. They want you to use an online check in platform that asks for your biometric data on a platform that seem to have a terrible reputation for service and privacy (I didn't bother and they seemed not to notice / care). Then the physical check in should be a really simple process but the chap on the phone very quickly got irritated and rude because I had failed to read his mind about which key box to operate. Oh and the spam! must have got about 10 different emails / messages from them about this that and the other before arriving - jeez guys give it a rest already! So in summary, really great apartment run by amateurs.
