Very convenient beach access right through the backyard gate. Updated beautiful property. Beach equipment was provided on the property which made beach days fun. Management was quick to respond to questions and were awesome to communicate with.

Was an amazing trip at an amazing location. Had everything you needed to enjoy the beach. Everything was outstanding would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in a beach vacation. Communication was good and didn’t have any issues.

Comfortable clean and great to take a fur baby.

This clean home has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. It was also nice to have items such as paper towel, dish soap, etc. on hand when we arrived. The first floor bedroom is small with limited closet space and no end tables. The stacked washer/dryer is in this room resulting in limited clothing storage. It has one window with a view of the street. The second floor bedroom has much more space with a walk in closet and plenty of hangars. There is ample drawer space upstairs as well. There is a lovely view of the beach from this room. Plenty of room to dine. There are two indoor indoor tables and a table on the patio. You will hear the noise of the traffic going by but it quiets down quite a bit past 10:00 PM. The beach access is so easy! Just step out the back door and it’s short walk to be at the waters edge. Beach chairs and umbrellas are right on the back patio. The outside shower is great convenience when you return from a swim. Show up with your bathing suit, a good book, and you’re all set!

Everything about this place is wonderful. This was our second year and we plan to come annually for a long stay. It is perfect, clean, lots of space, directly on beach, has everything you need and close to everything. Martha is Fabulous and keeps everything in check, it’s nice to have the owner next door for an added sense of comfort and security. We loved the fenced in yard so our dogs could be off a leash and run, Our puppies love the neighbor dogs (their new friends) and loved running back and forth with them. We Cannot wait to go back!!!!

Many really great parts, some not so much. It just wasn't what we expected. Very good parts: 1. Martha was very responsive to anything we needed. 2. Right on the beach, 75 feet away. 3. Everything needed was in both the kitchen, and all of the beach toys were provided. Some things I suppose just weren't expected, were a disappointment. 1. This is not a 2 bedroom condo. One bedroom was more a closet. A full bed barely fit in, no furniture except a plastic drawer container for a chest. Bedroom was 20 feet from the road, which every car/ambulance/motorcycle was loudly/clearly heard, even at 6 a.m. 2. The upstairs bedroom was a loft, with an accordion door into both the loft and the adjoining bathroom. Effectively no privacy, anything you were doing upstairs was clearly heard downstairs. Did have a beautiful view of the water though. Another full bed, two adults cannot sleep comfortably in either. 3. A mystery, not a dangerous thing I suppose but the floor in the kitchen tilted probably 3-4 inches over the width of the floor. 4. Being in a duplex did allow us to meet some nice people over the course of our stay. Excellent yard space for pets, which some of our neighbors had and took good care of. If I had to sum up our whole 3 week stay, I would have to say this rental would be a wonderful place if you were a younger group of friends, maybe from college, who could live and play together without needing any privacy. Perfect for college kids. For two middle age, older couples needing some privacy and peace and quiet occasionally, this is not the place you want to be. Live and learn.

The beach is just a short walk away out your back door! Very relaxing and peaceful place with no hustle and bustle of others was my experience. Great for a family vacation or just a couples get away!

We enjoyed everything about this unit. It was clean, right on the beach, and had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again whenever we travel to Treasure Island. Thank you Martha, for being such a great host. :)

Great rental and location. Easy check in process and communication with owner. The property being directly in the beach is a plus!

Our stay started out on a rough note with a fender bender before we even arrived in town. Martha was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early. This property is perfect for a couple, maybe not so much for parents and young kids, since there's not much privacy between the master bedroom and the living room. We loved the view from the bedroom and frequently just looked at the water. Would definitely stay here again for a romantic vacation!

Let me start by saying that this was the best stay that we have had in all the years we’ve been vacationing in the Treasure Island area. The lovely home provided everything we needed with our pet right on the beautiful Gulf beach. The description on the website is completely accurate and the host, Martha, was a pleasure to work with on the rental. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The duplex was immaculate, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen and bath were remarkably well equipped. I loved the spiral staircase in the south unit. The back fenced area was wonderful for our dog, Tango as well as the covered patio where we could sit with our pet and enjoy the ocean breeze. The location is convenient to everything, from Fort De Soto (where we love to visit) to John’s Pass to Clearwater, all you need to do is drive on Gulf Blvd. We were so impressed with this oceanfront property. Thank you, Martha for sharing your home with us! We definitely plan to be back soon.

I’ll tell you what all these other reviews from the owners friends don’t, This vacation was a nightmare from the second we walked in the door. The owner lives next door and will be in your business 24/7. When he’s not pretending to do yard work to eavesdrop on you then he’s most likely checking the cameras the cover every inch of the property or the google home devices hidden throughout the property we found, which he is currently being investigated by VRBO with the proof I sent since none of this was disclosed. If we would have known this I would have never booked this place. As soon as we got there the owner was out and would not leave us alone until we let our dog off the leash in the yard to greet his dogs after being told numerous times that our dog is selective of people and animals. Later my mother who’s staying up the road brought her dog down to play with ours, and the owner interrupted my families dinner and continued to insult and argue with me in front of my family about my moms dog coming by which he did in fact never stay at the property and only visited to play with our dog a few hours a day. If you have friends or family in the area you can forget about them stopping by because you will be questioned about who they are and what they’re doing there. The owner comes on the property without permission throughout the week and he did have permission to come on the north unit but then also went into the south side unit without permission at which point our dog nipped at him as he was collecting garbage. He then insulted and argued with my fiancé (I was at the beach) and her mother in front of a child and WAITED for me to come up to threaten me with having animal control called to remove our dog and continue to argue with me. Then the property manager blew my phone up wanting vaccination records which I sent, but she gave me the wrong email address and harassed me about her not receiving it. The property itself was super small. Bedrooms have hardly any room to move. The front parking lot says 4 cars but it’s so steep that you have to park at an angle to get sedan style cars in there without bottoming out. There’s no view of the ocean from the property unless you’re upstairs. Bottom line we will for sure not be coming back and we won’t be coming back to TI just so we don’t run into the slim chance of renting from this nightmare again. Take your money and go somewhere else where you can enjoy it with some privacy.

We came with another set of friends and rented the entire duplex. Everything was here when we needed it, I didn’t even have to pack some things. Very clean and instructions were very clear. Thank you for opening your property to us and making this vacation wonderful.

This duplex was perfect for our family of 3 plus a doggie. Our dog loved the big fenced beach yard which was really welcome since dogs aren't allowed on the public beaches. We were less than a mile walk to some great restaurants and a short drive to a ton of things to do. Will happily rent here again!

We really enjoy being right on the beach. Have a private patio and grill is the best. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. Overall very nice.

What an amazing time my family and I had at this gem next to the ocean. The check in and out process was effortless and stress free. The house is exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for in a nice week long get away from the cold. On our way back home the whole family was already planning our return trip, and I cant wait to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is our second time renting this property and we have already eserved it for next year. Perfect location on the beach. Quaint and quiet. Everything we need for our stay.

Martha is great and extremely responsive. Only thing missing is a balcony off the master. Loved the spiral staircase. Great use of limited space. Furniture could use upgrading.
