LOCATION: This home is located in the community of Key Cove Landings, on an exclusive lane of waterfront residential homes. The perks of this little-known location are many: walking distance to the essentials such grocery stores and the largest shopping center on the island, while still being tucked away in your own quiet neighborhood. The excitement of downtown Old Town is just a few minutes away by car, moped, or bicycle. This home includes plenty of off-street parking in the private garages, as well as private driveways.
LIVING AREA & KITCHEN: The main entrance to this home is at the top of the stairs leading from the ground level. This home’s highlight is the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the water to provide the optimal view from every part of the house. The large open plan living room has a spacious seating area with plush couches around a large, wall mounted, HD flat screen Smart TV. One of the couches also pulls out to a Queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a dining table with seating for up to 8 diners, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and is fully equipped with all of the tools and utensils one could want or need. The sliding glass doors open up to a wide waterfront deck with additional space for a light meal, coffee, a glass of wine, or just taking in the waterfront view.
ACCOMMODATIONS: This home has three en-suite rooms, three of which are located on the top floor. The first master bedroom has a King size bed, a large wall mounted flat-screen HD TV, and a beautiful two-room en-suite bathroom complete with a glass shower, large Jacuzzi tub and separate room for the facilities. The first master bedroom also has a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening out to your waterfront balcony, with gorgeous water views. The second master suite is down the opposite hallway, with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second master suite also has a wall mounted flat-screen HD TV, large walk-in closet, and a glass sliding door with access to the waterfront balcony. The third bedroom is beside the second master suite, with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. On the main floor there is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds that can be seamlessly converted to a King bed, upon request. This bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV, and a full bathroom down the hall for convenience.
LANAI: Out back is the covered outdoor dining area comfortably seats six and has ample room for entertaining. With visiting heron on the tropical greenery that surround the back yard, your guest will enjoy the natural splendor 3/4 Time and Key West have to offer. Enjoy the brand new, modern pool with a dip area, which of course is heated for an added level of comfort. The backyard is complete with a large propane grill, outdoor furniture, and lounge chairs. Additional space under the house also offers another covered indoor/outdoor area for playing, additional storage, etc.

This spot was so great for our stay in Key West. I had my husband, myself, our 2 children under the age of 2 and my in laws. There was plenty of space, the pool was great for kids. It’s not near all of the action of Duval but it’s only about a 10 min drive.

The 3/4 Time Property was amazing and just as I had hoped for. The on line photos were a true reflection of the property which was really helpful when marking the booking. Location, size of property, presentation of the neighbouring houses and street scene all really good and exceeded my expectations. So much so I would like to re book again for next year. By exception, the only negatives would be to fix the broken shower in Bed 3. Address the overall quality of the shower in the master bed (no water pressure and limited hot water). Finally, as a family vacation house we made use of the washing machine which was dirty / mouldy in side and smelt, having not been used for some time. Just needs to run a cycle when the property is being cleaned.

We came here to celebrate my 60th birthday and the house was the icing on my cake! Beautiful location on the water. Your own pool. No need to go anywhere but the third floor to watch the amazing sunset. Easy check in and out. We have found our return to yearly home.

We stayed here with another family for our 1st trip to Key West. The house was perfect for a group (spacious, accommodating, lots of bedrooms). We loved the pool, and it had a great shallow sundeck for small kids to play in. The host was very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this home.

Our whole family enjoyed staying in this property. The only concern we had is in the master’s bathroom. The shower is very rusty and faucet is so calcified. The other rooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition.

The house was as described, roomy, modern, bright, with a lovely water view, extensive balconies, and a nice patio with a small pool. The sunset views were beautiful. There were a few minor issues, which were resolved quickly.
The house is in a commercial part of town, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., but it's not scenic or interesting for walks. Downtown Key West and its attractions are either a very long walk or a short drive away ; we didn't have much trouble parking the week we were there.

Family consisting of an elderly grandmother, her two sons and their spouses, and two grandchildren, ages 14 and 12 stayed for a week at this fantastic location! The grands enjoyed the warm pool--just a perfect temperature they said! The kitchen was well equipped and everything was sparkling clean! Would highly recommend!

Communicate was quick and great. Such amazing hosts who helped us with all of our needs. An amazing location. The pool was the highlight but everything else was just as good. This property is the most beautiful home! The location was a score for our family, we could walk across the street to all of the stores while my husband and son played golf.
