Great location, beautiful view.

The location was very nice and quiet. The view was beautiful and the hospitality of Priscilla and Valentino was great!

The only issue we had was there was a transportation strike the day we arrived, so it made travel extremely difficult.

Generally we were not happy with the choice though the price was good and there was good contact with the owner

The location is very good. Veporetto boat stops are within 4 min.walking. The package of whatsup info from the owner was very useful too. And of course the living room main window on the seaside is really great although some would prefer less sunshine through it in the morning since it’s east side.

Kitchen and bathroom could be in much better condition, could be cleaner as well. There was also a weird noise outside during the night.like knocking or something. First I thought it was because of rain but it happened again next night too.

A wonderful base with a real Venetian feel. Peaceful but so easy to get to everything in the centre

Fantastic situation / quiet, amazing views but a super easy water bus ride to all the sights

The twin room was small but it was fine - we were hardly there. A couple more ISB plug sockets would have been good.

Exceptional

Someone met us at the apartment with the keys and gave us a tour of the apartment. They left us some snacks and breakfast foods (including milk for coffee!) which was great. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided. The apartment was spacious and clean with great views and a lot of light.

We appreciated hearing from our hosts a few days before arrival and while we were making our way to the apartment. The instructions which included photographs were also excellent and everything was as expected.

Helpful owner, nice location, perfect for a visit to this beautiful location.

Lovely view. Good instructions and communication with house keeper / owner. Basics for tea / coffee & breakfast provided.

Too warm in the bedrooms but we were visiting in the height of Summer so wouldn’t affect most visitors.

Fabulous location and would not hesitate to stay again.

The view was great, always something happening to watch.

Our only issue was the size of the bed - we have super king so going to a double is challenging but that is just us!!

Home in Venice

Calm and beautiful apartment with the stunning view, great location out of the busy centre but still so close, few basic stuff in the kitchen like an oil, salt etc was plus, easy communication and all info right on time, goodies for a breakfast or snack from the owner was such a bonus. We really felt like home

Everything was great - host, place, location. Very comfortable for family with kids - calm nights, cozy view, comfy beds. We found everything what is needed for a short stay - from sugar to shampoo. Highly recommend to everyone. Would love to come back.

It had a lovely view and close to return table. We were traveling with a sister who is handicapped so she spent much of her time in the apartment. It was very comfortable for her

Exceptional

Excellent position to start visits of any part of Venice. Spacy apartment with all conveniences and beautiful view over the Laguna. Shops and restaurants close by. Very warm welcome by the owner who provided not only biscuits and jam for the first breakfast but even a bottle of Spumante and fruit juice which make you feel welcome from the very first moment. Moreover, he gave in advance plenty of practical information about how to arrive at the apartment, where best to leave the car and which vaporetto to take.

Great place. Wonderful.

Everything. It,s 11/10. Great appartment, great view, great hospitality! Amazing host, amazing place. Also Giudecca is a great island to see normal life in Venice. Photos of the appartment cannot show you, how great this place is.

Superb

Very nice and quite flat on an Island (Giudecca). Well equipped, nice bathroom and a very comfortable place in the large kitchen/living room with overview of the sea and little islands. Easy to reach by water taxi. Several "nice to haves" provided like milk in the fridge, tea, cookies and chocolate snaks.Very good communication and support by the host. We were two people and each one received a key - makes it possibly easier.

Excellent

Excellent position, very quite neighborhood, and moreover amazing view: you feel the sea as it is in the living room. Great bathroom with super shower and very good soap and shower gel. Everything clean. Italian sparkling wine, cold tea, milk and fruit juice in the refrigerator as a gift from the owners. The air conditioned didn't work on the first days, but it was fixed in the following days. Without air conditioner, I suffered a lot from the heat, but it was ok after fixing.

Mosquito nets were not perfectly "mosquito-proof", they should be improved a little bit.
