An excellent and amazing place to stay. It has easy access to everything you need, pool, beach, grocery place, dining place. STAFF are amazing and very helpful. They care for us. I happen to accidentally forgot my jewelry box and N. Oliva (Housekeeping Mngr) is the BEST! She went out of her way to find it and mail it back to my residence in AZ. She answers phone calls/email and text message. I'm forever grateful! Thank you! Thank you!

My family and I had such an amazing stay here this thanksgiving! The property had all you needed and more. The guest contact was very responsive and was accommodating to all of our needs. It was great having two beaches (a beach club and black sand beach) within a mile or 2 from the place. The community was quiet and we really enjoyed eating every meal on that back patio. My family goes out to the big island every other year and we all agreed that this was by far the best/nicest place we have ever stayed at there. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone, it will not disappoint. Can’t wait to come again!!!

We loved the place as soon as we saw it. The house is large, well stocked, in a great location and has everything we needed for a great few days.

This home is a spacious living space with a beautiful outdoor patio/barbeque area. It is located on a perfectly manicured golf course. A large variety of colorful birds makes each meal on the patio a joy.

This is the ultimate dream get away. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler.
The house was well equipped with 2 King beds, a queen and a loft bed. THREE Bathrooms, 2 were en suite.
The pool is an oasis, we went every day- multiple times a day.
The private beach alone is going to bring us back year after year.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and we grilled multiple nights on the back lanai.
Best vacation ever!

We enjoyed staying at the golf villas. It was a great spot to come to after a day at the beach! We rented a golf cart which we drove every day to the amazing beach club. The food there and cocktails are wonderful! The staff is also super nice. The beach is perfect for families because it is in a little inlet and protected from waves. Tons of great snorkeling opportunities there too.
The house was very comfortable and has a great stock of beach toys available in the garage. We left some too!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Mauna Lani Golf Villa. The condo was in the location that we were looking for on the big island. The access to the beach club is excellent. We snorkeled at the beach daily. We wanted to have golf as an option and played the south course. The condo had everything we needed as a family of four and was very comfortable. We appreciated the fresh fruit upon our arrival! The property manager answered any questions we had quickly and provided great recommendations and instructions for the property. Overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our first trip to the island .. the accommodations were perfect for our family.

Great location, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Checkin was easy and the house was very clean
5.0
The home is very roomy, super clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, lots of splices, plates, bowls and pots & pans.
As for recreational, it has a few snokeling gears, noodles and a pair of bicycles, however one of them has a leaking tire.
It even has a moped, unfortunately, we couldn't get it to run longer than 2 min.
The resort is perfect, very private and quiet, a beautifully maintained pool is just a couple of driveways away. The best part is the access to a private beach with great snorkeling, just make sure to wear water shoes.
The resort has a couple of shipping areas nearby, and they are reasonably priced.
Overall, we enjoy our stays very much.

Beautiful villa with lots of room, great location to pool and short drive to the Mauni Lani private beach area. Unfortunately when we arrived late at night, we discovered the upstairs Queen bedroom's fan was inoperable; the next morning, the living room TV was inoperable; stains on the dining room chairs; some window blinds' cords were frayed, broken, blinds bent, etc. with a set of old dusty window panels stored under the downstairs' King bedroom? The frying pans were scratched/burned prior to our arrival, so no amount of butter kept the foods we tried to prepare from being stuck on the pans. We were disappointed with the condition of these items and surprised to arrive with repair/maintenance issues on the property. Management responded the next day with repairs to the fan and TV; replaced the frying pans, but we would suggest some upkeep/regular inspection of the property to prevent future tenants' needing to spend time contacting management with similar issues. The electricity went out just before we tried to start the dishwasher the morning we left for the airport, but that wasn't management's fault.

The perfect place for some family and friends
We had a great time at this house. The neighborhood is great. The beach at Mauna Launi is excellent for snorkelling, maybe the best we had, and very easy for kids. While it's right next to a golfcourse - great if you love golf - it is quite beautiful with the lava rocks and not overbearing. The resort beach is a short drive away with parking pass provided by the owner, or a long walk, and there are two bikes if you want to bike over there. It's a great location to check out the rest of the island. We spent time visiting a few resorts during the day like the Hilton and the Fairmont, and a hike through a crater to see some bubbling lava, as well as a coffee plantation. The three bedrooms are great and each one has its own bathroom (One bedroom not attached). And the kitchen is excellent to cook in when you just want to hang out at the house. Loved staying here and would come back again.

Amazing trip at an amazing place!
A beautiful place with great amenities. We loved being able to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai. The private beach access was our favorite thing about this place. Great snorkeling at the beach there as well. This place will not disappoint you. The location is great and close to many things within 10 minutes. Dean, the owner, is amazing and so kind. We will never forget how he worked with us when rescheduling our trip during Covid restrictions so that we could enjoy his beautiful place. You will not be sorry if you choose to stay at this place. It has everything you need in order to make your Hawaii vacation one that you won’t forget.

Peaceful location
This home was located on golf course. The grounds around us and everywhere were immaculate. Wonderful family setting with pool close by. The private beaches kept us close, between the two of them we were content. Snorkeling at the black sand beach was excellent.
The unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great trip!

Wonderful Villa
My family and I booked this villa after postponing our 2020 Hawai’i trip to 2021. We love the Big Island and wanted to return to the Mauna Lani resort area where we honeymooned in 2002. This villa did not disappoint. It is spacious and well-appointed. I only regret that we didn’t use the spotless grill! I really appreciate that it has AC, especially because it was pretty hot the week we visited. The Beach Club is fantastic and it was great that the condo had all the towels, coolers, and snorkeling equipment we needed.
Great snorkeling at the beach and the restaurant there is terrific, too. I found all the groceries we needed at the Foodland Farms near the villa, and found that store to be much less chaotic than Island Gourmet and with an excerpt wine and cheese section!
The villa was near everything we wanted to do: horseback ride in Kohala Mountain, stargaze from Mauna Kea, boogie board at Hapuna Beach. And it isn’t a bad drive at all to Volcanoes National Park, which is an absolute must-see! We also drove down to Kealakekua for amazing kayaking and snorkeling.
Don’t miss a meal at Merriman’s in Waimea! And thanks to Dean and Camellia for this villa and its thoughtful amenities. The beds are all super comfy and the washer is huge. The only (and very minor) change I would make is to update the shower heads but that’s pretty minor all things considered!

Living in Paradise
We loved our stay in this golf villas in Mauna Lani. It is spacious and comfortable in more ways than one. The kids had wonderful rooms and their own bathrooms which was a benefit for sure. The master has a fabulous balcony. We highly recommend you use it! All the beds were super comfortable and having AC was such a pleasure. We made great meals quite a few nights because we could as the kitchen had everything you needed and enjoyed them on the lanai. The kitchen table was great for games we brought!
The owners have everything you need to enjoy paradise. There are chairs, floats for the beach club beach, snorkels, masks,...as the list goes on. Plenty of nice size beach towels for everyone to use.
Included in your stay is an access key to the beach club white sand beach and pool in the golf villas. Both are spectacular! Bring chairs to the beach in case, but there are complimentary lounge chairs to you as a guest at Mauna Lani. Another perk for sure! Napua is a great restaurant for lunch and dinner located at the beach club. Although we recommend you try it, you can bring a cooler (the villas has them) instead, but know they have restrooms and changing area for when you just go to the beach.
Make sure you pack shoes for walking. Mauna Lani has soooo many beautiful places to walk. Our favorite starts at the beach club as one side is the ocean while the other side shows off the beauty of this resort area. There is historic walk which is really nice. The pond area is breathtaking! There is a public beach that you start on and walk past the Fairmont and Mauna Lani hotels which we also loved as since we were guests we relaxed on lounge chairs before heading back. You can also get access to Beach 49 but they are limiting the numbers there so go early or midday. Simply paradise by staying here.
Once you book this rental all you have to do is have fun! The owners send you an email with great suggestions and information about the villas so you don’t have to think.
You will enjoy it as much as our family did! We loved the villas and the experience so much that we look forward to buying a place here someday, but for now this villas is where we will certainly stay.

Anniversary Trip
There were 3 couples celebrating our anniversaries and this villa was perfect. We all had our own bed and bathrooms and we all very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner Dean and property manager Ben were super. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect spot in Mauna Lani
I saw the townhouse online and thought it looked perfect for our family of four. There was a ton of room. Perfect amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of beach towels, coolers and beach gear. We rode the bikes. Enjoyed the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Super easy check in with the door code. Loved the ice maker in the fridge. Perfect for our hydroflasks before we set out on our daily adventures. Dean checked in with us via text the first night and was very nice. Thank you for the perfect family vacation.

Short but Sweet
5 nights at this property with my family on Thanksgiving. The unit was perfect for our family of four, very clean, spacious with lots of amenities and utensils in the kitchen and stocked well with beach towels. Loved that it was within minutes to the Beach Club which is our absolute favorite. Would definitely come back and make it 14 days instead!

Best place to stay
By far, this was the best rental property I have stayed in. Too often I find places that are hyped up and under deliver, but not this place. It definitely felt like being at home. High quality construction and amenities and very quiet.
FYI, there are four mask/snorkel sets and around 8 sets of fins. Lots is spices and typical odds and ends so no need to bring the cooking cupboard with you.

Excellent
We loved our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers. House had 2 pack and plays (we only needed one). Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen functions well and there is a BBQ outside with a beautiful view of the golf course at the outdoor dining table. Place is right by the beautiful pool which our kids loved. The beach is a private beach with very calm waters for little kids to enjoy. We also enjoyed snorkeling there, hosts have all the snorkel equipment and sand toys. There are also a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas and a small cooler. Highly recommend Lava Lava beach club for sunset (get there early to get a table). The food was also good there. There is an ok local grocery store that is 2 min away or you can drive to Waikoloa Village in 10-15 mins for better restaurants and grocery store. Took about 2 hours to get out to Volcanoes National Park and 30 min to Kona, 50 min to coffee farms. We would stay again.

Perfect Home in Paradise!
My husband and I decided to extend our stay and had to check out of the townhouse we were staying at. Fortunately, this beautiful place was available and the rate was very reasonable! Once we booked our stay, the owner was immediately in touch with us. He gave us the gate code, the lockbox code and sent us many recommendations as far as beaches, restaurants and etc. He even let us check in earlier since we had to check out of the other townhouse at 11 AM!
When we arrived the townhouse was cool and the ceiling fans were on to help circulate the air. Everything was very clean and beautiful! We really liked the privacy of the lanais and as an end unit it all felt so light and airy. We had everything we needed to cook in the gourmet kitchen including all the beach toys that were in the garage.
Free access to the community Beach Club was priceless which is very close to the Golf Villas. The water was very calm and felt like velvet!. There's a restaurant and a bar. We enjoyed our Mai Tai's on the beach! Lounge chairs and cabanas are also available at no charge. We loved some of the other beaches but this was our favorite! Shops and Foodland were conveniently just down the road.
We highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely go back!
Thank you for a perfect stay! Aloha!

Excellent option for multi-generational trip
Bottom line - we loved the house. Granted it wasn't walkable to a beach, but the pool is terrific and the drive to so many good beaches nearby very short.
The house itself was very comfortable and allowed us to spread out our daughter and husband and 2 grandchildren very easily. Plenty of parking for 2 cars and the living area and outside patio comfortable for all.
The private beach area was one of the most delightful locations for excellent snorkeling and great lounging on real chairs. And with a shade alternative, meant we could spend more time out there without looking like lobsters.
Did not take advantage of the Troon golf course nearby, although stopped by and was impressed. Got both kids certified as divers at Blue Wilderness Diving - a very easy process.
Would definitely rent this unit again.
