About this house rental

Hyland House is a new three-bedroom house that has been furnished to make you feel at home.
Centrally located in the heart of Warrnambool, it is close to the Warrnambool hospital and CBD. It is only a short walk to the shops, cafés and restaurants of Liebig Street and a short drive to the beach.
The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped. The generous open-plan living area on the ground floor has polished timber floors and opens out onto a spacious deck, which has been fitted out with a barbecue, sink and fridge. The second level is fully carpeted and includes a second living room and a study. The upstairs living room is a great place to sit at the end of the day to watch the sun set over the ocean. Situated on top of a hill, the house has views as far as Tower Hill and Port Fairy.
The main bedroom, on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, an ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. The two upstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds. The spacious upstairs bathroom is stylishly fitted out with a vanity, shower and bath.
Thanks to the double glazing and insulation, you will be comfortable no matter what the season. The air-conditioning will keep you cool in summer and the gas log fire will ensure you stay warm and cosy in winter.

We were delighted to find such a beautiful home for our annual trek to Warrnambool . 'More than comfortable' beds and spacious bathrooms . Kitchen/ living area warm and well appointed . Each family member well catered for . Wonderful views across Warrnambool coastal areas and around to Port Fairy . Great base to explore down to Cape Bridgewater and along the Great Ocean Road to Port Campbell. Our host was very attentive ,ensuring we had all we needed. A great 10 day stay !!!

I really don't want to write this review because to be honest when I do, I may never get the dates I want :) We (family of 4, children 3 and 11) had the best time here, it's VERY clean, spacious and most of all has exceptional views. It has everything you need, even a stocked pantry. Murray was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process seamless and easy. We can't wait to stay again! Thank you Murray!

Fantastic property.. My family and I had a wonderful time at Hyland House. Murry was a fantastic host very easy to communicate with made check and out very simple. The house is very modern, clean and welcoming. I have two small children and there was plenty of room for them to move about and not drive each other crazy.. I can’t recommend this property enough. Hopefully we will visit again. 😊👍🏻

We stayed at Murray's holiday house with our 7 & 11 year old boys, we had a wonderful time. The property itself is located really close to everything yet is in a super quiet & relaxing spot. We had a lovely stay here, the owner Murray was great to deal with, excellent communication with us during our stay. Comfortable beds and couches, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely hot showers and the gas log fire going was so cozy! My husband and I and our teenage sons loved it. I’ve stayed this beautiful house for 3 nights with my family. It is very clean, well-organized house. I can see how much the owner has tried to make a great effort in it. Well stocked kitchen helped me easygoing with young kids. I loved to use a multi cooker and a coffee maker. Bbq grill on the patio was also useful. Bedrooms were perfectly clean and comfy as well as beautiful. Each bathroom has a heater on the ceiling so I could rest myself extra warm at the end of each days. Only one small thing I want to let you know before heading here is that you bring your own bath product. The owner doesn’t provide shampoo and body cleanser. This was the first time that I went shopping for the traveling size shampoo while staying at the holiday house actually. But it was nothing to me. This house is warm, clean, comfortable and beautiful with a great view. Its location is also very convenient. The major supermakets are all within 3mins and cafes as well. I can’t find anything not to stay this house again when we visit Warrnambool next time. Well done, Murray.
